I visited Dr Javaid’s clinic in Lalamusa. It’s located in a very busy bazar and has very small place. Hardly, 20 patients can sit inside. Persons accompanying the patients, are not allowed to enter. We reached at the clinic at 12:30 and staff told that doctor sab is coming and start seeing patients in 15 minutes. They kept on saying the same thing for next 2 and half hours. Doctor didn’t inform his staff about when he will arrive at the clinic. Finally, he reached at 3pm at the clinic. Very slow and pathetic service and strange procedures. Wasted my money on Bella skin products for the last 6 months. Doctor ask you to come every week and the worst thing is that on every visit same products. Zero improvement in the last 6 months. Management is poor. You have to listen lengthy lecture. Nobody have time to listen same lecture every time. Sometimes you have to wait 5 to 6 hours for checkup. No parking space even sitting space for patients is also insufficient.

Doctor is Superb but the service is totally Bad. They Can't Respect to the Guests And the Staff Name Ali is Totally look like un Education. And he Has a Bad Behavior. Hope they will trend the staff

Dr. Javed Iqbal is one of the best skin specialist in Gujrat. I am personally treating them and God has healed them in their hands and they have been serving in Gujarat for a very long time. May God make it easy for them. Amen.

Pathetic system and not recommended. Their staf is pathetic. Dr is allergic from fragrances . Firstly they dont inform about that on phone call but after arrival you come to know that dr is allergic and you can not go inside if you have put on any fragrance. His male staff check the smell the patient to identify he/she has put on fragrance or not they dont have any females staff for ladies.

There is no negative ranking otherwise i had to give negative. Just wasted my money. Mismanagement, Rude behaviour of staff, late arrival of doctor, not checking the history of patient, self-praising of doctor and then at the end medicines at higher costs. I can write a long story on it. However, i have seen a new concept, by paying 1000 extra you can skip all patients and you will be checked first. I paid extra just to save my time as already he came very late. Then, he did not ask and even didn't bother to check the issues. Kust asked what happend, i told him that i have this issue, then instead of asking about history and even the skin, he started to write prescription and gave medicine for 1 week at a cost of 5000. When i tried to tell him that i have this issue from such and such date, instead of listening he started to give lecture and told everyone (this is another issue, all patients, male and female,sit Infront of him at same time) that he is very capable and now he is going to attend world congress scheduled in next month and he was late due to visa application and he is attending this conference regularly. Atleast, he should listen patients before wasting time for useless lecture.

Worst experience of my life. Giving 1 star because google is making me to do it. Office is clean but staff is rude. No respect for your time. If you are coming be prepared for wasting 4 to 5 hours + money
