As a loyal customer who frequents your store with my family at least twice a month, I was utterly shocked and appalled by the conditions I encountered during my visit. To put it bluntly, my experience at Imtiaz Mall on that fateful day was nothing short of a nightmare. The store was unbearably suffocated, and the temperature inside was significantly hotter than the scorching weather outside. It was evident that something was amiss with the air conditioning, or worse, it may not have been functioning at all. As an asthma patient, this situation was not only uncomfortable but also potentially life-threatening. If I hadn't carried my inhaler with me, things could have taken a dangerous turn. The lack of proper ventilation and cooling posed a serious risk to my health and that of other shoppers who might be facing similar conditions. I want to emphasize that I have been a dedicated customer of Imtiaz Mall for a considerable amount of time. My family and I have consistently spent substantial amounts, ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 Pakistani rupees, during our visits. We have always appreciated the diverse range of products and the convenience your store offers. However, this recent experience has left me questioning whether Imtiaz Mall still values the safety and comfort of its customers. I implore you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation. Your customers deserve a shopping environment that is not only comfortable but also safe. It is imperative that the air conditioning issue is addressed promptly to prevent any further health risks to shoppers, especially those with medical conditions like mine. I trust that Imtiaz Mall's management will consider this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such a distressing experience is not repeated in the future. I genuinely want to continue being a loyal customer, but my family's health and well-being must come first. Unfortunately I have to give low rating because mall equipped with all necessities and update needs however House OF Allah SWT is not good at all mosque build at back in storage area.... I hope management took action on it

never once have I stepped in imtiaz and wasn't made uncomfortable by their male workers. This is basically a hell for women. No matter how you're dressed, they stare. They don't dare touch you but I have been physically harassed here by male customers a few times. Imtiaz Gujrat is an unsafe place for women. I try not to come here unless it's absolutely necessary. Today was one of those days and again, as expected, male coworkers made me and my family extremely uncomfortable by staring at us constantly. They hire young people for aesthetic but they don't bother to discipline their employees.

Best mall in Gujrat providing every thing. All the things affordable and prices are less. parking is also available here. They work speedely and satisfied the customers.

this mart is good they have all kinds of products . where you can found clothes with reasonable price mix stuff.. and good food variety.

After it's opening here I found twice wrong pricing but that was due to new staff I think but the good thing that entertained my complaints with open arms n resolve the problem too n they compensated me with some gift package. Yeah I appreciate the customer care staff .the guy was very polite n professional dealing me . I didn't find any problem now. I always feel good shopping here.

All things are good and have variety of items but unfortunately bathrooms were very unhygienic and dirty. If we are providing a large facility for shopping then we should keep our bathrooms clean and fresh.

Good large clean store. Shelf assistants helpful. Cashier can do with some customer service skills training - rushed the service and no acknowledgment given.

It's outstanding experience. I'm happy to see that kind of big mall in small city. Where everything is available in good price and standard and very good quality. Most importantly staff is very supportive and i think it's convenient for families they don't need to visit different shops they can get everything here within short area

Wonderful service. Three different staff in the same day helped us with our queries to their fullest. From guard on the door to the cashier, everyone was very helpful. Background punjabi bhangra music should be changed in my opinion. Otherwise overall its a nice place to shop from.

Good mart, little bit high prices, don't buy perfumes from imtiaz mega,vey high prices

Good place for groceries but clothing and shows section need much improvement in quality and design, similarly fruits and vegetables area also has quality issues.well managed and careing staff. Almost everything is available. Exit door checking is very insulting and useless thing better is improve Cash counter service. Some time looks car parking is not sufficient. Endorsed people to visit.

Great place for grocery. A tidy and well managed environment with wide variety. Customer service is too good.💯 Also the prices of many items are very reasonable, many are over-priced as well.

An okay shopping mall. Has got good selection of products. A bit overpriced. Staff look miserable. Their Moto is serving with a smile but that clearly isn’t the case. Good to visit to do home shopping. Slow service at the till. Cashiers are not helpful at all. I would say to visit if need be but there are other places better.

Everything is almost good and great. Buh they need some improvements like self payment counter and instead of cash paid stamp put a machine over there because its useless stamp and u r paying them guys for nothing. Because can't control burglary. Good food but still need improvement like guys don't know what they r selling.

It's a good place to shop and do grocery like any other mart. But 1 thing that I found annoying is that most of their items were not properly tags for price. Whatever you choose you've to hustle to cash counter to check price of that thing. Other than this you can get almost everything of your need for groceries and cosmetics which are branded and local both.Their staff isn't properly guided about what they have and where it could be. Many of them don't know about dental floss and tinkle razor which are very bssic.
