am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
and
concern
about
my
recent
visit
to
the
Imtiaz
Mall
store
in
Gujrat
on
September
27th,
2023.
As
a
loyal
customer
who
frequents
your
store
with
my
family
at
least
twice
a
month,
I
was
utterly
shocked
and
appalled
by
the
conditions
I
encountered
during
my
visit.
To
put
it
bluntly,
my
experience
at
Imtiaz
Mall
on
that
fateful
day
was
nothing
short
of
a
nightmare.
The
store
was
unbearably
suffocated,
and
the
temperature
inside
was
significantly
hotter
than
the
scorching
weather
outside.
It
was
evident
that
something
was
amiss
with
the
air
conditioning,
or
worse,
it
may
not
have
been
functioning
at
all.
As
an
asthma
patient,
this
situation
was
not
only
uncomfortable
but
also
potentially
life-threatening.
If
I
hadn't
carried
my
inhaler
with
me,
things
could
have
taken
a
dangerous
turn.
The
lack
of
proper
ventilation
and
cooling
posed
a
serious
risk
to
my
health
and
that
of
other
shoppers
who
might
be
facing
similar
conditions.
I
want
to
emphasize
that
I
have
been
a
dedicated
customer
of
Imtiaz
Mall
for
a
considerable
amount
of
time.
My
family
and
I
have
consistently
spent
substantial
amounts,
ranging
from
50,000
to
100,000
Pakistani
rupees,
during
our
visits.
We
have
always
appreciated
the
diverse
range
of
products
and
the
convenience
your
store
offers.
However,
this
recent
experience
has
left
me
questioning
whether
Imtiaz
Mall
still
values
the
safety
and
comfort
of
its
customers.
I
implore
you
to
take
immediate
and
decisive
action
to
rectify
this
situation.
Your
customers
deserve
a
shopping
environment
that
is
not
only
comfortable
but
also
safe.
It
is
imperative
that
the
air
conditioning
issue
is
addressed
promptly
to
prevent
any
further
health
risks
to
shoppers,
especially
those
with
medical
conditions
like
mine.
I
trust
that
Imtiaz
Mall's
management
will
consider
this
feedback
seriously
and
take
the
necessary
steps
to
ensure
that
such
a
distressing
experience
is
not
repeated
in
the
future.
I
genuinely
want
to
continue
being
a
loyal
customer,
but
my
family's
health
and
well-being
must
come
first.
I
