We
decided
to
spend
the
night
in
Pensacola
on
our
way
to
New
Orleans.
We
had
driven
more
than
nine
ours
from
central
Florida.
We
decided
to
find
a
restaurant
close
to
our
hotel
and
walked
about
five
blocks
on
Palafox
st
and
decided
to
enter
the
restaurant
without
any
reference.
It
was
an
amazing
surprise.
We
had
no
reservations
but
we’re
lucky.
The
receptionist
was
very
friendly
and
got
us
a
table.
We
decided
to
have
some
tapas
and
Bob
was
the
best
waiter
we
have
ever
met:
friendly,
acknowledgeable,
and
extremely
polite.
We
had
the
lollipop
lambs
(very
well
cooked
and
seasoned.
The
couscous
was
from
heaven.
For
sure
the
best
I’ve
ever
had
and
we
would
definitely
repeat);
the
scallops
were
very
good
too
although
it’s
not
my
favorite
seafood,
and
we
also
had
the
pork
tenderloin
medallions
were
perfectly
spicy
and
delicious.
We
had
a
bottle
of
an
Argentian
Malbec
from
Mendoza
which
was
also
very
good
and
we
couldn’t
resist
the
crème
brûlée
with
berries.
I
definitely
recommend
and
can’t
wait
to
go
back
soon.
Fair
price.
