THEY ARE THE WORST EVER PLEASE VISIT ONLY IF YOU HATE YOURSELF!! So I visited them in sep 2023 and that was the worst experience of my life I swear. Their staff is so unprofessional they are butchers believe me. So I wanted a facial and full arms and underarms wax. 2 girls started waxing my arms the same time with no sensitivity in them at all.. the girls were laughing while I was begging them to stopppp.. I already told them that I can't bear much pain please do 1 arm at a time but they didn't listen .. there was no their head to whom I could complain.. 1 started doing my underarm and the other was still on my arm. It was a nightmare I swear.. (and also there was no privacy at all!! It was all in open in front of all the staff and all the customers)
