Unpleasant Experience with Tip Demands I recently visited this barber shop, the experience was marred by the constant demand for tips by their staffs. It made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. I believe tips should be earned through exceptional service, not demanded. I encourage the establishment to focus on improving services and letting customers decide on gratuities voluntarily. A more customer-centric approach would undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction of patrons.

Rude attitude faced by the receptionist of johar branch dated 2nd Jan 2024. Extra charges 300 asked for just changing. No proper accesories present in wash room despite extra charged 500. Rude behaivoir guy have no guts to talk to the customer. Too much time taken despite commiting 1.5 hours for a deal.
