Worst experience! During my stay @14th -15 th June 2023 ! Hotel is under renovation, no electricity entire night , couldn’t sleep, no proper water in washroom, swimming pool is dysfunctional , Managers are not available in hotel only front desk staff , when called Manager Vipin Raj to resolve the issue he is unnecessarily shouting so that he can save himself from not coming office and not performing his duty but no worries, will ensure no other guest get this treatment in future for sure. NB : GM Inderveer Singh Bali as informed by hotel staff is holidaying in some foreign locations, I hope once he will return he will compare what poor service he is giving in India and what he gets there

From the chains of “Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels” a 4 star hotel on GT Road. property is having 60 rooms and all were occupied being a weekend. Rooms are good and clean. Upgradation work is going on. Good Breakfast with lot of North south Indian Options. Water in bathroom were too hot and were not mixing properly with cold water. Service is a bit slow.

This hotel is simply cheating it’s customer. They claim to be a 4-star property charging 5-star rate (9000/night for an executive room) and not even giving service of a 3-star hotel. They are deceiving the customers by putting different pictures over travel websites. As can be seen in picture the hotel is currently undergoing renovation and is filled with dust all over. You might have to eat some dust along with your breakfast. Most of the additional service like gym, swimming pools are not operational. With MakeMyTrip as agent in between they just left us high and dry charging us an hefty amount for the so called 4-star experience.

These guys are a big joke on name of 4 star hotel. Poor management Very Late responses to your request In dining hall, you will feel helpless to get your choice food on time. Not recommending this to anyone. If customer get these kind of poor services after paying high charges then no one will recommend this. Try once if you have enough money to waste. 😂

I have stayed at other Regenta/Royal Orchid properties and the stay has always been pleasant. This one was a thorough disappointment. From the infrastructure to the policies at their property (they switch off lights in the lobby at night and make it look eerie) to the service, everything was sub-optimal. They don't even provide hot running water in the peak of winters. Avoid if you can.

Location of the property is very good, on the road and very easy to locate. Excellent hotel for stay in Amritsar. When we visited our room was upgraded and provided Hassel free early check-in also. Rooms were big, clean and service was excellent. They provided extra bed for kid. Staff behaviour was customer friendly, specially Mr. Vikhyaat is very nice and cooperative person. We took room with breakfast and dinner, food in restaurant was tasty and you can have various options. Adequate parking space is available. Overall good experience.

Very prompt response and service by everyone. Had a minor issue with the room and were promptly shifted to another room. The floor manager specially took care of it and made sure we were happy. The only thing which the team might like to look into is the breakfast spread, very limited menu. Rest everything was praiseworthy

Had a very bad experience....I suggest plz don't go for this hotel....n if u really want to go for it then plz check the room category coz they tries to fool the guest by giving a low category room which they tried with us .... really a third grade hotel to stay in ....n without ur permission they enter the room for cleaning....with the help of their master keys ....can't even keep r personal space.....n if asked them they says it's their protocol to clean the rooms without the permission of the guest.....so that means r belongings r not safe in this premises....a complete no for this hotel..... Plz be safe n secure by not booking this hotel.....00000stars ....

Totally disorganized . Rooms don't have proper wiring to switches. Many of the livh bulbs are fitted on one single switch. One single switch can turn your room in dark Shower partitions are not the right size . Water comes out on the bathroom floor. The fridge and room are stacked with food. They want to verify it when you check out and will make you wait at the front desk till some one goes in room to check. Absolute waste of time. BE CAREFUL THIS IS. THEIR WAY OF CHEATING YOU. On top of it the night staff on duty on Sept 15 was very rude.

Stayed there for 2 days with family. First of all it is not a 4 star property. Lift was not working. Restaurant is in basement and room on 3rd floor. So everytime have to climb 4 floors with a kid. Food is good but expensive. Bathrooms and feel of the room is old. Construction is stil in progress so u get constant sound of hammer. There is dust all around because of ongoing construction. Very poor stay.

Very bad service. I just booked my room through makemytrip but due to some reason my plan cancelled i asked them both to refund my money they refused me. Firstly, I booked my room after 3pm but they automatically gave us the check in time 2pm. Don't go.

This hotel was previously with the Golden Tulip and in Covid acquired by the Royal group of hotels. The location is very close to the Railway Station and about 20 min drive to Harmandir Sahib though majorly depends on Traffic. Check in was fine we were offered a welcome drink. They have renovated the second floor and the rooms and corridor look new. The major disappointment is with their Air conditioning which did not work very effectively that too when you need it most in such hot and humid weather. We had to change our room but even the changed room had the same issue. We saw other families having the same issue as well and were changing rooms. The breakfast buffet was fine as per the price paid.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff.... Tasty food. Hotel is under renovation and this they have already informed to all guests. So no room for complaints. I do recommend this hotel for your stay at Amritsar. It's straight road from here, if you are visiting Attari border.

Spacious, clean rooms. Bathroom is spacious and has excellent shower. However, bathroom has no adequate lighting for shaving. Good service. Nice location. Opposite Amandeep hospital. I'd recommend this hotel.

I gi there for vacation with my family for 2 day trip ....but I cancelled my booking after 1 day. worst Service ....tv was not working....they came to fix after 3 calls. For water, tea once you ordered they take more than 1 hour even after regular reminder I asked room service for clean my room in morning 08.00 am no one come till 11.00 am... when we go to golden temple than they unlock our room without our consent for rome service. Parking is available only 4-5 vehicle hotel staff move our vehicle from parking area to outside road without our consent. Lift was not properly working Gym was not started Swimming pool is under construction Open terrace is not started Manager are unprofessional Overall worst experience

Rooms were good. But mattress are not upto the mark. You will not able to sleep well. I suggest to hotel management to look for some decent mattresses.

The hotel is average.The reception staff are unfriendly.Rooms are spacious but have old set up.Breakfast is average.Location is very good.

It was an amazing experience staying at Regenta Place, The rooms are very clean and at an affordable price.... Extra beds are available as well in case you are sharing rooms.... The hotel is not far away from famous eating points and shops of Amritsar so we had an amazing experience in commuting to and fro of the hotel... Overall if you are visiting Amritsar and wanna stay a day or two to explore, Regenta is one of the best affordable options.... P.S. when we visited the place, hotel front was under construction. However, it's just beside lemon tree hotel.

I find this hotel suitable and comfortable that is why choose to stay here always. This time also it was comfortable but bathroom fittings and doors got old and did not have ease of use. Location wise it is very good, staffs are supportive and easy to approach. Food quality and taste was good but price is on little higher side. We got rooms 308, 309 and 310.

Thank you for the wonderful stay and taking care of little little things. The food was amazing and even the breakfast layout was superb. The room was neat & clean. Though the exterior isn't that attractive the hotel has very good atmosphere and the rooms are also kept neat. There's also a switch available when you want house keeping to clean or when you don't want.

Pros-Room was spacious and clean...Prompt services.. Breakfast had alot of options... Cons- Most of the Gym equipments were not functioning.. Swimming pool was closed.. Lounge can be made much better..

The only good part of my stay with them was breakfast. The sheets and linen were dirty when we checked in, had to ask to have it changed. The air-conditioning was not working and they didn't even bother to tell us about it, after raising a small blower was provided to us. The worst of all was water kettle, had milk powder stuck in it and upon raising they changed it with other one which had corrosion, again upon raising they cleaned tge previous one and gave it without even properly cleaning. I had to eventually give up on it.

Mr. Virender from this hotel did an exceptional job of providing me to arrange VIP seat at wagah border, Amritsar. He was very kind and helpful throughout my journey. The deluxe room was not that great but on my request Hotel staff moved me to Exec room which was much better.

The bathroom was filthy.. the floor was never scrubbed and when you spray water there was flakes of dirt ..looks like months of dirt clogged up in between the tiles..even the mat in the bathroom was so old, stained and dirty..yucks!!!!! cleanliness is zero here..

Property is located on main GT road, close-500meters to the railway station. Staff is helpful. Rooms are good but for a 4 star property the cleaning levels can be improved greatly.

What a property. Right in the center and it’s very easy to go around from this location. We booked for 2 nights but we extend another night. Staff is good specially Sukhwinder singh is service guy very good for to tell us about the city where to go. he help us a lot. We saved lot of time just because of him. We found the right person in this hotel.

Location of the property is very good and on the road and very easy to locate HarMandir Sahib, and other destinations of the city. Room was clean and spacious. Food was not so delicious but I can rate it 3.5 out of 5. All staff are very helpful and ready to serve. Service was good and enjoyed my 2 days stay in Amritsar at Re.Gen.Ta Resorts.

I have stayed 2 days in the hotel. Overall It was an excellent experience. From front desk to breakfast table to room service and housekeeping all the members are very polite and comparative. Especially at the time of breakfast Mr bhola dutta take counties feedback and keep involving with the guests. Good food with reasonable rate and awesome good quality. A big thumbs up ☺️ ambience is love.
