Rooms are spacious , nice and clean. We ordered room service (raita) right at the closing time and they accomodated it. Water was leaking in the bathroom sink and they changed our room. We were back to room around 10.15pm and requested to add extra bed. Room service can be better as they took a lot of time to add the extra bed and change our room/check the issue with sink.

They are claiming to be a 4* hotel, but absolutely lack in the service and the maintenance of the building is zilch. Mouldy air conditioning vents made me sick. For the price paid there are much better options Update - 22/11/2023 This hotel needs to be investigated by a government environmental and health agency. I am suffering from high fever and chest infection as a direct result of the hotel's negligence!!!

I have arrived yesterday & was extremely Impressed after check into this hotel, Every thing super class, great hospitality from security to Room service or house keeping. Will be comming to this hotel now onwards every month pertaining to my corporate job.

This place is really value for money. Location is easily accessible from railway station and airport. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed their service. Staffs are very polite. They provide taxi services also. If you are planning to visit "The Golden Temple", you can easily get vehicles from this location. Nearby locations are also good. There are lots of happening places where you can enjoy the foods, drinks, hang out. All are at walking distance. Markets are also near to this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast arrangement was also good. Ambiance at the hotel was nice. Overall great experience. My train was in the early morning and they helped me get vehicle to station. They have nice food menu and also provide room service.

We had a very warm and comfortable stay. The location is prime. So is hospitality and food. I was little skeptical after reading negative reviews. but it all turned false. would highly recommend it.

We booked deluxe room for 2 nights well in advanced, still after reaching we got standard room stating the deluxe rooms are not available. We paid for deluxe but for one day we had to stay in standard as all this happened due to some technical glitch. The staff is good but services are not. The washrooms filled with water everytime you use it. The towels were dirty and if you want to exchange the towels, they were not available. The reception area is beautiful but the stays is not worth the price we paid. The locality is good, everything you need is outside the hotel. Moreover, guests cannot the use the common terrace area if the owners are present. Not at all recommended hotel.

"hello sir, would you like a room with black mould and a damp smell, or a room immediately adjacent to Amritsar's noisiest party venue?" Well, neither actually but that's what I got at this hotel. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room. They took me first to a room on the fifth floor. It was lovely and quiet, but it also smelled damp and had black mould (see pictures). So I insisted they move me to a different room. They then moved me to a room on the third floor. When I called them and told them that I could hear the pounding music from next door their response was, "that normally stops by 11pm". Well, the music did eventually stop just a bit after eleven, but by that time I was not happy - and then it happened again the next night. The standard room is small and very basic. My 'window' was fake, there is no actual window. The breakfast buffet also quite limited, but it is in a nice location. This is one hotel I'd give zero stars if I could.

We had an engagement function here at Bloom Boutique. The location is perfect. Their snacks were very tasty and overall the dinner was good. Good DJ and the rooms were also very good.

Our stay was very comfortable. Mr. Rajvinder Singh GSA assisted us well. The room and ambience is beautiful.

Rooms were okay. The room we booked had issues and the hotel staff was gracious enough to provide an upgrade at no extra cost. There are a lot of eateries nearby and the hotel allows online deliveries.

The place offers very hygienic rooms and it also offers two restaurants and the food that hey offer is very awesome and pocket friendly .Gurudwara Shri Harmandir Sahib is a 5-10min drive from the hotel .

It was a wonderful experience to stay in bloom boutique hotel...i visited 2 times in 2 months as i liked this hotel v much bcoz of their perfect staff especially MR.SHIVAM KUMAR..nd their beautiful ambience their hospitality their clean and calm environment so in short i just want to say u must visit this hotel.👍

We went there for Sunday brunch which costed 820 per head...some of the dishes mentioned before were not served...but the staff was perfect and helpful... overall experience was good but I think they must serve everything they mention...

1. Very average room decor and maintenance - faded linen, unaesthetic wooden shelves and cabinets. 2. More than half the rooms are on the sides and have no windows. Musty and weird smell coming from these rooms. 3. Amenities in the washroom (body wash , handwash) were not replenished. 4. The entire second floor absolutely stinks. There is a public washroom on that floor. The smell from the washroom makes the entire floor stink. I would shudder to imagine how pathetic the state may be inside the washroom. Ironically, this is the floor where they have their restaurant and bar. 5. Overall, not upto the mark for a bloom hotel. I would not rely on this. At similar price point, other branded properties like Fortune are available. I expect them to be much better.

Location is nice, lobby grt but sadly I cant say same for my room Especially the wash room. Bath area turned into a swimming pool whenever we used it. Water logging was there due to outlet not being properly designed. We had to take bath standing in that soap/shampoo water. Yuk...same with wash basin...it was leaking. Wont recommend to anyone. Moreover the person at the reception was neither at all responsible nor changed our room inspite of requesting.

Really nice property in Amritsar situated in posh Ranjit Avenue. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is polite and cooperative. Their Breakfast spread is awesome and delicious. Overall a great place to spend quality time with friends and family!

The location is unbeatable, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff are simply amazing. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. The hotel was located at bit distance. Golden Temple was 20min away from hotel and took 100rs in an auto to reach. I could have skipped such a distance but the hotel and it's service took the brownie points.

A comfortable stay with clean and well decorated room. The morning breakfast was limited but tasty. The staff were courteous and informative. The only drawback is the location, it is about 10km away from the main city but amber palace was a bit close by. I recommend the place to fellow travellers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bloom Boutique in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms are neat and clean. Their manager and staff was extremely friendly nd helpful & loving also 🫶🏻 Food quality is okay. It is one of best hotel in Amritsar ♥️ I ♥️ Punjab 1 March to 3march 2023my first time experience was good but 6 June to 9 June June 2023 2nd time very bad . Staff is not professional. First time they welcomed very well but 2nd time the service sucks ..I would never want to come this hotel again.

The room was not clean at all, water stagnation in the bathroom .. feels like a pool.. bad smelling. No towels in the room... One has to ask for it. Food was okay but with less options.

Rooms are good (as per the price and other 4-star options). Location is perfect, most of happening places are a short walk away. But there is a gap between amenities listed on the sites and amenities actually being provided. When a hotel lists down Iron and Iron board as an amenity, it should be present in the room. But it seems like hotel has 1-2 irons+boards that they are sharing among all the rooms. I asked for an iron at 8 pm but the housekeeping was not able to arrange it till 9.15 as someone else was probably not returning it back. Shared resources are available in 2-star hotels also but they are not listed down as amenities. Similar things happened with electric kettle and hair dryer though we were able to get those things in short time. Room service generally needs to pay more attention on dealing with customers in a more ethical way or set such expectations at time of booking.

We booked 2 suite rooms in hotel for two days of our stay in Amritsar for 7th and 8th of April. When we checked in the room was full of mosquitoes and foul smell. When we called reception they sent a person who came just to see the mosquitoes. Pathetic service and response from the hotek staff. Not recommended.

I stayed there with my family during my trip to Amritsar. This is good option in this area. Located right in the posh area Bloom offers great hospitality specially when you are away from home. I am overwhelmed when the guy at the main entrance comes with an umbrella (it was raining then) and open the car door or the room service gives you hot mustard oil to massage my kids so that he doesn't get cold, small but nice gestures like this won my heart. Thank you team Bloom, 🙏 Great hospitality. Rooms are trendy, spacious. Bed is comfy and offers great sleep. In room dining is also quick and reasonably affordable. Food tastes and breakfast spread are somewhat underwhelming but who cares about hotel food when you're in Amritsar. There's so much to eat outside at some legendary joints. Overall a great stay and all the tanks to the people running the show everyday for every traveler. PS - If you're visiting Amritsar only for the visit to the Golden Temple please be advised the Golden Temple is ~6 kms away.

Room was not nice as per so don't go for it. Staffs are nice but not very helpful. 1. When I check inn I paid full amount 8994Rs for two night with full trust, then I found online rate was just 5000Rs for 2 nights. 2. After check inn within 5 minutes we found Internet is very bad I informed to fixed it but they failed and said they have maximum 1mbps only. 3. Within 30 minutes I said I will check out and go to some other hotel and they are trying convinced me stay there only and offer me their best room but that was also awful. 4. They refund me oy half amount and all was there fault only. So overall it's not a Boutique hotel and they charge a lots. In same price you will get much better hotel

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. The Hotel had a party just below our Room and a high volume was being played at night, on complaining about the same, staff says that it will continue playing as the guest are partying and we cannot ask them to lower the volume, as they have paid for the party. The music was being played till 2:00am in the night. The Air Conditioners were not working in the night in our Rooms from 11:00pm to 04:00am, and there were no fans in the room. Rooms didn't had Bathing Towels and we had to personally go to the Reception to complain, as Towels were not sent wven after 3 Calls. Overall it was the worst experience ever in my life. They totally spoilt the holiday. The Hotel staff was least bothered just because they were paid in advance through Agoda.

Situated in a good area with easy accessibility to golden temple etc. Staff is friendly and rooms were of decent size with average amenities. We had problem in 1 of the room where one can listen to the elevator's music in the room via the AC duct. We complained about it, however it wasn't resolved. That's the only negative from our stay.

What a mind blowing hospitality by all the staff members. Always helped us in anything required. The food was super yummy if you are looking for a great hotel option for your vacay than it's must visit.

Was given a room opposite a room which was being renovated. Which means you could hear drill machines for most of the time on the first day. When complained, they said we have called the paid labourers from outside and they should take 10 more minutes but it went on for 2 hours. Also had to ask to clean the room thrice, the next day, cause they just didn't care. When finally cleaned, replaced towels were dirty, linen was not replaced. Very poor. Typical hotel which looks great from outside but details are not looked after.

I genuinely liked the services provided by them. The staff was super polite and amicable. The rooms were hygienic and everything being taken care off nicely. Highly recommended impressed by their hospitality

We hosted the baraat for my sister's wedding at bloom boutique including catering for 2 days, and it was an amazing experience. The property is great, and service and staff are very courteous and welcoming. Although the main wedding function was in another place, multiple guests told us that the food at bloom boutique was much better. I'd recommend this place to all my friends and family.

There was no such quality as a four-star hotel. The electric kettle was not clean, due to which there was a very foul smell coming from it. There was no toothpaste in the washroom. After bathing, the washroom is filled with water. Torn sheets were lying on the bed. There was no notch outside the washroom, due to which wet footprints are formed all over the room. Light switches were given near the entry gate. Had to go to the gate to switch off at night and come back to bed in the dark. Bath tub service is provided, but bubble bath shampoo is not given. There was an LCD TV which had a very bad brightness. The overall was a very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My trip was very short but the experience was fantastic. Specially Mr. Aditya was very kind, supportive and the best person who help us in very manner. The rooms were fantastic, food was very good, location was terrific. I recommend to everyone do visit this hotel and get the supreme hospitality from their staff.

What a Pleasant and comfy Stay i had. The Hotel Staff were courteous & helpful. Since I was with my family,I got all special help needed. Overall stay was enjoyable & pleasant. I recommend the Bloom Boutique for stay.. the food and everything is very neatly done.
