Went for lunch on 18/05/2022. Food is horrible. I did not expect high spice levels and bad taste in such a big hotel. We ordered biryanis, naan and curry. Nothing is up to the mark.

I have visited one of the meetings here, Rating Staff behaviour at lunch- 0/5 Staff was too rude. Requested for water they mentioned water is completed, you can drink outside. Food taste-2.5/5. Hall Ambiance -3.5/5 AC-2/5 Washroom-0/5( no maintenance, water leakage in washroom) Overall not a good experience.

The rooms were musty and the amenities were not provided. Beware if you have allergies cause they are gonna flare up like crazy due the well maintained ambiance (sarcasm if you did not get that). Overall it was not worth it!!

It was a horrendous experience. We were 15 people staying in the room. We came for wedding. AC was not working in some rooms. Some rooms were not that cleaned. Window was not getting closed in some of the rooms. Mosquitoes were there. No press machine provided for clothes. Please don't stay here. At the restaurant, the lady iss just waiting for us to pay the bill...just looking at us as if we will not pay the bill.

We booked a function hall. 1. Responsibility taken by management for the event is worst. 2. Morning breakfast quality is not upto the mark. And weird part is no one knows when and where they serve food. 3. Lift won’t work properly. 4. Lunch quality is average. 5. Ice cream doesn’t sound like ice cream. We can drink it. And they want to serve the same way 🤦‍♂️ 6. Water leaks out of nowhere 7. Entrance drink taste and quality is worst . I won’t refer other parties to go with this Function Hall

Grand Nagarjuna is one of the Famous Guntur. Top Class Hotels. Prices are Decent and service is also good. Staff here are very polite.

"The chef has changed" says the food we ordered :) well the change was good. The food has a new taste now. Anyway Nagarjuna grand was and still is one of my preferred restaurant for good food. Their banquet hall is open for events. They've arranged a lot of parking space for 4 wheelers in a ground behind the hotel.

Water was horrible ,it has got brownish colour ,don't know what is the problem,might be rusted pipes or something else.they checked but again it came the same way after 2 days .food was costly like metro cities.need lot of improvement in biryani taste and texture.

Hotel Grand Nagarjuna is located on Main road of Arundalpet Guntur. This Grand Nagarjuna is beside South India Shopping mall. Rooms are good service is good but only bad thing is food ,food in this hotel is worst.For accommodation one must prefer this hotel but it's better to find food outside

Stayed 2 nights recently. One of the shabbiest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The linen was dirty and stained. The bathroom was old and water didn't clear even overnight. The dustbin wasn't cleared from previous occupants. Never stay here. The overall maintenance of the hotel is very poor.

The check in was easy. State of the bathrooms were bad. Leaky taps and commode. Had to ask for phone, limited room service, took them 2 hrs to give 1 cip of coffee. Evening, had asked for a few hours of extension since my train was after a few hours, and they agreed. While checkout time they argued and demanded full fare stating extra time taken. Rude behaviour. Rooms are good. Clean linen.

Missing the old grandness in this Hotel. Nagarjuna lost its charm, the maintenance is bad now. Rooms have leakages with the old paint rooms appears dirty. With the same price there are many better options in the city. Need to work on the service & is still good for food 🤞🤞 but Ambience is bad.

Even though rooms were available they initially made us wait. Hot water not available asked for the same and received after one hour. Food was just ok. Expected much on big hotel like this and disappointed by their food and service.

Every Sunday Vegetarian Buffet is available. Taste, Quality and Price all are best and reasonable. Good to visit.

We stayed for two days in grand nagarjuna hotel, the food taste was horrible and coming to hygiene in the room is not well maintained and we asked them to change the pillow covers and bed sheet but there is no difference. I completely disappointed staying there and the rates they are charging for food. Plz think once before opting this hotel

Their restaurant closes during other hours other than breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are traveling for work and reach there odd hours, u basically will need to call in from Swiggy. There is no basic 24 hour menu. Not very accomodating when it comes to the restaurant food atleast.

New management is taking care of the restaurant very well. Mutton biryani taste is very good in Hyderabadi style . In starters,cheesy mutton and loose prawns are the best. Rooms are very well maintained with friendly staff.

The waiting time for our food was long, and it seemed as if the staff had forgotten about our table. When we finally received our meals, they were incorrect .The staff's attitude was far from welcoming, and they seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. They were slow to respond to requests and often seemed annoyed when we sought assistance.

Worst experience ever if you're thinking to visit here don't even think about it. this hotel staff are very disrespectful to the customers and not serving properly the serving staff ladies are just standing and chit-chating.

Nice food. But make some changes in taste. I had butter noons and kaju masala. And fruit salad.

In this restaurant prices are too high and food and food quantity it tooo low so I will not recommend this restaurant for anyone.

Ambience is fine. But food can be better. They served very hard veg koftha curry. And burned tandoori. Even the ice cream at this place is disgusting.

Ambiance is good, spacious rooms but maintenance is not good enough. Beds are not cleaned properly, towels are in bad condition, intercom system is not working, delay in room service and most importantly morning breakfast is not as professional service, not much items were served.

Top 5 hotels in Guntur city😀 It's opens 24 hrs... But taste is below avg....😏😏 I don't know why this place not improve food quality.... Staff maintenance is good And it's having banquet halls for function and it's have bar inside it's really good 😄😄 But we tasted vegetarian not reached my expectations...🤦 Non-veg is also good...🤗😋😋....

Mostly meetings are getting organised here. And also hotel ambience looks 3star. Need to try the food here. Will update soon the quality and taste of food in my next inputs

We went for lunch which is veg buffet.It was so tasty and very good ambience.lot of options in veg even we can't get it outside with that price.because the price is low and can worth it.anyone who can want to go for veg meals I prefer togo this restaurent.

Went to mirchi restaurant in grand nagarjuna and disappointed... starters are OK, biryani rice is fine but fry peices are very spicy and hard chicken, raitha is horrible ( 2 days old curd) complaint given but of no use no finger bowl low quality ice cream prices are high for the quality

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the town accessible to all nearby important places.

Centrally located. Well maintained, Hygienic, Covid safety, good food. All staffs are good and supportive. Ideal for travel stay and Organize functions.

Average. Ambience not that good. Lobby is ok. Dinning area/restaurant is small. Kitchen is easily visible to visitors/customers. Very limited menu. Rooms are ok.
