I’ve
visited
the
KFC
Gorantla,
Guntur
branch,
for
a
mingles
bucket.
The
cashier
refused
to
take
the
order,
mentioning
it
is
not
there
in
store
order,
however
the
other
cashier
can
order
you
via
online.
The
other
cashier
logged
into
my
zomato
account
on
his
device
and
added
it
to
the
cart,
and
said
i
am
gonna
get
medium
popcorn
for
free
which
i
couldn’t
understand.
Then
he
started
to
explain,
I
had
to
pay
a
delivery
fee
of
70
rupees
for
dining
which
doesn’t
make
sense
and
since
i
would
be
paying
70rs
extra
they
are
gonna
add
70rs
from
their
pockets
and
give
me
medium
popcorn
for
free.
I
asked
if
I
didn't
need
extra
popcorn
and
would
you
give
back
my
delivery
fees
since
I
walked
into
the
store
for
dining,
for
which
he
said
NO,
he
won’t
refund
the
delivery
fee.
Next
I
asked
what
is
the
cost
of
the
mingles
bucket
which
he
is
ordering
online,
it’s
440rs
that
is
100rs
more
than
what
KFC
menu
says
(339
rs).
So
in
total
I
would
be
paying
a
Zomate
price
of
100
rs
extra
for
the
mingles
bucket,
along
with
GST
and
delivery
fees
for
dining
at
KFC.
This
service
is
pitiful
and
utterly
unsatisfactory.
I
was
confused
and
asked
can
you
explain
to
me
what
is
happening?
He
started
saying
software
is
not
working
properly
and
they
have
got
approval
for
ordering
from
online.
Also
they
continued
saying
due
to
some
celebration
near
by
their
poc
device
also
not
working
and
hence
couldn't
accept
card
payments.
Which
is
ridiculous
and
I
said
don't
order
and
walked
away.
After
some
time,
I
got
an
email
that
KFC
order
has
been
placed
successfully
from
Zomato.
The
other
cashier
used
my
login
on
his
device
and
placed
an
order
for
someone
else
at
the
counter.
Is
it
a
Zomate's
KFC
or
the
real
KFC?
