Newly opened, staff need to be trained well. Most of them are freshers, they really need a proper guidance to achieve their international standards as a brand. I hope it will get sorted as soon as possible. All time favourite ultimate bucket with pepsi pet, It's a good initiative and people who like to take away it's a good option. There are three different products with different tastes are served, it is a good option for family of two or three. They can taste all three products with three different dips. Also we love to have *Double down* as well as *Chizza* which are discontinued. I don't know why these products are discontinued, they will be available only two to three months a year. One more thing that the Chicken longer also discontinued in COVID lockdown, and they haven't started yet. Any way still we like krispy chicken, Ginger Burger as they are & KFC as a brand, their secret seasoning and the tenderness of chicken. We hope Devayani international will maintain the brand as it is before.

Such a pathetic experience... The entire review is stated on service only. Because, the staff in this place didn't even let me order the food. Went to the counter, stood there for 5 minutes. Wondered whom to call to give the order. After a while found a guy and asked him to take the order. He didn't even care and walked in. Later another person came and he's also not ready to take the order. If you are not willing to serve the public then why are you running the franchise. After waiting there for 10 minutes. I decided to walk out, but nobody was even worried about it. ****Never ever I am going back to this place***** I'm writing this to KFC, You need to take serious action on this or else your brand will get affected.

The staff will ask you to open the Google and search for their store. They themselves give 5 star rating. Don't trust this Google rating. I feel quantity is less when compared to other KFC stores

The ambiance is good. However I believe that the staff are new and hence there is a delay in the processing time. Staff needs to be trained well so that they can be expedite the billing time. We have ordered fries and popcorn and noticed that the popcorn is a bit salty than it should be. Also the glass next to the tables is very dirty. Despite being a new store, if they don’t maintain these things, it would give a negative impression. Hence there is a lot for the staff to work on.!

Popcorn is tasty! Suits Guntur taste buds. Crispy fried chicken legs were tenderly cooked but bland. enjoy them with oriental dips. The space inside is not as big as it looks from the outside. 25 pax at the max. Anyhow, the chicken lovers of Nagaralu are glad that their friendly neighbourhood KFC is now nearer.

Pathetic service. Reason being they are under staffed or the staff is too lazy. My order took 25 minutes to prepare and I had 2 people ahead of me. You specially have to ask them to clean the tables for you, no one is allotted to clean the tables as such. The person who cleans the tables is the one working in the kitchen, he cleans the tables wearing gloves and with the same gloves he then goes to the kitchen continuing his work. Unhygienic practice, decently long waiting in the queue, floor a bit sticky. Overall food was good, location was great but service really needs to be improved.

The leg pieces are not even cooked properly so had to fry them again.the outside looks well cooked but not at all cooked in the middle

It felt super weird when a staff came up to us right after we ordered food and asked us to open google and search for “gorantla KFC “ to give review. It could have been a better gesture if they requested us to give the rating as per service. And getting on to food, i am pretty disappointed with the quantity of strips.

To start with the restaurant didn't had air conditioning running all the time throughout the year since the start as i was the regular customer to KFC and particularly to this branch , and the billing tills are always produce the longggg lines as they always won't work or the guys who are operating them didn't know how to work on them . And mainly their behaviour they don't even know how to be polite to customers . The main reason why people' opt for KFC is cause it serves fast and the objective it self is waste , even though i write this review i am pretty sure it's waste of my efforts as they will continue to be the same what they are till now and will be for ever ,cause this is an American company operating in India and in guntur to be particular

Staff needs skill development training to treat their customers politely and well mannered. When something delayed there should be proper updated status. The staff here are very much interested to get the order but don't care about delivery on time n when questioned they say they are waiting for something and it can take 5 to 10min. Like this they keep you waiting for two or three rounds of 10min interval. This is my experience with this in my first visit.

Worst experience ever.Firstly AC is not working,we waited for almost 45mins for our order. Even though there are very few customers. Worst service ever they are giving top priority to online orders only than dine-in customers.Infront of our eyes every delivery boy is picking orders and We are waiting with lil kids and they just kept us waiting. If we ask they are making silly excuses as oil is not heated, gas is finished.Really a huge franchise can’t maintain minimum requirements.I don’t know if we order in online also they are delivering in 1hour after order was placed. The outlet can’t manage the walk-in customers. I experienced this much negligence in this outlet only. I used to travel n have KFC at different places. But this outlet disappointed me than any other.

We come to the KFC for the combination of Pepsi and Fried Chicken. But Pepsi was not available during our visit, chicken was salty, only regular 7up was available, service was not smooth and finally an unhygienic washroom. Please avoid this KFC. I don't know his age, but a kid took my order. I wish for a zero-star rating option.

Ambience is good. AC is also good enough as it's new store. Customer service is just ok as there is no one even to clear trays... Not holding stocks of even buckets when ordered buckets.. served in trays which looks ugly infront of friends. And taste is like nothing to say just bad enough. Why KFC is loosing valued customers I don't understand.

I'm pretty sure the KFC franchise guntur outlets definitely know the ground reality of service, maintenance and food quality. Earlier there was dedicated cleaning staff, now they are using the same person to clean tables and take orders. The ambiance is worse and air conditioning is turned off. Leg pieces are not properly cooked and chicken burger is smelly. Better we should avoid these so-called international brands who are taking customers for granted.

They have taken popular items off the menu. Very limited options and that too the taste KFC used to offer in the past is much more better than the current

Today these guyz served rotten chicken pieces for us and when we go and ask them for explanation they are saying that it is the smell of bone marrow . Iam just writing this review just to warn them not to sold such kind of food items through which kids and older people who has low immunity who will get sickness soon when compared to healthy ones, as a Mother and as an Advocate this is my anguish related to health of everyone. Hope they will correct this kind of selling food to public .Thank you .

Gets barely 30sec to insert another card. If we ask them to try again then they say they have to cancel the whole order and have to place a new one and instead suggest we use another mode of payment.

Low quality and quantity , worst experience from staff ,not worth for our money 188rs veg rice meal they give half of the bowl and said we r giving 175 grams really they r cheating the people in name of international brand even they are not displaying the food quantity and not mentioned grams of food quantity on price list showing on order counter

Lazy staff and quantity is less compared with other branch. Double down burger the size decreased drastically, there was an offer regarding boneless strips but staff says that it is out of stock..... but I was able to order in zomato.

Just I purchased boneless 8 pics of strips with worth 299...it is a small pices...it is not worth of 100rs ....same order in bangalore mejistic I ordered...that is big size strips...and also testy....very disappointing....

One of the best and clean KFC in Guntur town.. not so crowded and at the same time not so empty.. waiting time is a bit too much but no comments as the number staff seems to be meager... Taste wise 8/10... For Service 7/10 and atmosphere 8.5/10.

Went there the first day. Chicken was fantastic. It was so soft and so cruncy. I enjoyed every bit of it. Finally thought a proper franchise has come to Guntur. And just within a few days things changed dramatically. Ordered in yesterday, the chicken popcorn was pathetic and undercooked. Hard as rubber. Had to throw away the entirety of it. Night and day difference within a few days. I hope the owners pay attention and train the staff and cooks properly. Hopeless as of now.

I’ve visited the KFC Gorantla, Guntur branch, for a mingles bucket. The cashier refused to take the order, mentioning it is not there in store order, however the other cashier can order you via online. The other cashier logged into my zomato account on his device and added it to the cart, and said i am gonna get medium popcorn for free which i couldn’t understand. Then he started to explain, I had to pay a delivery fee of 70 rupees for dining which doesn’t make sense and since i would be paying 70rs extra they are gonna add 70rs from their pockets and give me medium popcorn for free. I asked if I didn't need extra popcorn and would you give back my delivery fees since I walked into the store for dining, for which he said NO, he won’t refund the delivery fee. Next I asked what is the cost of the mingles bucket which he is ordering online, it’s 440rs that is 100rs more than what KFC menu says (339 rs). So in total I would be paying a Zomate price of 100 rs extra for the mingles bucket, along with GST and delivery fees for dining at KFC. This service is pitiful and utterly unsatisfactory. I was confused and asked can you explain to me what is happening? He started saying software is not working properly and they have got approval for ordering from online. Also they continued saying due to some celebration near by their poc device also not working and hence couldn't accept card payments. Which is ridiculous and I said don't order and walked away. After some time, I got an email that KFC order has been placed successfully from Zomato. The other cashier used my login on his device and placed an order for someone else at the counter. Is it a Zomate's KFC or the real KFC?

No food raste. Oil floating from chicken. No subsequent staff.

Service is good but place is small. It can hardly accomodate 40 people at once. Other than that rest things are pretty good. Service is quick (might be store being new). Cleanliness is 5/5. Even takeaway's are given fast. Evening 7 to 9 you will find place to be bit crowded rest time not many customers. Food cannot comment much as it's KFC and all the preparation process is pre-defined and they follow the same to maintain taste and quality.

1) we went on Sunday moring by 10 clock Their is only a few table's 2) the waitress did take our order for 20 minutes 3) we asked her why it was taking this much time... 4) she was replied in rude manner..if you can't wait u can leave..... 5) never coming back to this place.... 6) if u can't deal your customers on time shut the shop & leave the place....

Poor service, they barely pay attention and are on phone all the time. Poor quality of food I ordered large chicken popcorn and the bites tasted stale. I never had this complaint with the Lakshmipuram outlet.

Average in taste 👅. Particularly felt unhappy while having chicken 🍗 here. Can’t able to find fresh chicken 🍗 while eating. Need to improve a lot in term’s of taste.

Poor service, poor staff response. Please check your order well before you pick up. Staff will manipulate and try to convince with their choice. They don't accept their mistake. They argue and give wierd comments... Bad mannered staff
