I’m not sure what’s going on with this place. But if your kid is sick good luck taking them in. You are told they are book for the day and sick kids need to make a same day appointment and to take them in the walk in clinic. Time for a new pediatrician. Smh

Best pediatrician ever for young kids they are very caring and love all the receptionist. Very well mannered and never give an attitude. I rate them 10/10

Dr. Tenoso and Dr. Montes are the best. They are so thorough and personable. I feel good taking my kids to the office and definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional. My daughters 4 month well check was rescheduled twice due to provider schedule conflict. Then I was 8 mins late for the appointment knowing that there was a 15 mins grace period policy, got there and they no longer honor it. SERIOUSLY! Place is a mess. Also they are scheduled a week out. My daughter was sick and I needed an appointment they didn’t have one until Friday I called on a Saturday !!

First Impression is everything. I can’t rate the doctors cause I didn’t get that far, due to the front staff being rude, incompetent and racist. I’ll take my “Private Insurance” somewhere else.

i went for my daughters vaccine and these people are absolute trash at their job, the receptionist especially the one with a lip piercing and glasses gave me the worst attitude like do your job! it makes me so angry seeing so unprofessional healthcare employees. when they were going to give her shot it did not even take 2 minutes she didn’t explain anything nor did she introduce herself she entered and just did it with no warning. never in my life have i experienced such horrible healthcare staff

The doctors here always listen carefully to our concerns and questions. They are so good with my daughter she feels confident enough to ask them questions and answer their questions herself, This is huge since she has social Anxiety.

We have been taking my grandchildren here since they were born. The doctors have always had the children's best interest first and foremost. They are an amazing team!!

We’ve only been here once, but our first experience was pretty great. The reception team was professional and polite and so was the nurse, but Dr. Faye Montes really made the visit great. She provided us great information along with a warm and positive attitude. We had a great first experience!

We have seen the doctors at Gurnee Pediatrics since my first child was born (just turned 14!) at the behest of a relative who had seen them with her young child. Anyone I have known that has gone to GP, my family included, has been more than satisfied with every visit. The staff is kind, patient, and helpful, and all three doctors are knowledgeable and really, generally, just wonderful. I've never thought about going anywhere else.

My daughters have been going here since they were babies and I’ve always loved the thoughtful, personal care and attention we receive. I also feel like the office is generally accommodating and if we have a specific need or scheduling issue, they will work to help us - which matters SO much to me as a working mom!

I went here growing up and now I’m a mom myself and I’ve been taking my daughter. Dr.Tenoso is the best. Super patient, explains things well and if I’m ever worried he eases my worries and answers all my questions.

Seen by Physician as scheduled. Annual visit/sports physical went well. My son was very pleased to hear best practices for growth.

Decided to try them. Staff is horrible. They could not even book an appointment. Had to repeat my son's info 4 times. The person answering the phones seemed not to know anything. They could not find my blue cross blue shield insurance.
