As
I
was
in
the
store
tonight,
some
things
jumped
out
at
me
that
were
concerning.
I
understand
that
shipment
was
late,
however,
when
it
did
arrive
it
was
alarming
to
see
that
there
were
only
a
few
people
scheduled
and
I’m
sure
that
there
will
not
be
enough
people
to
help
tomorrow
to
get
everything
unloaded
-
items
there
are
still
so
limited
and
it’s
going
to
end
up
being
the
same
thing
of
people
coming
in
and
not
getting
their
stuff.
Next
I
overheard
a
conversation
between
the
staff
and
I
think
it
is
so
petty
of
the
manager
to
do
this
to
another
staff
member.
Supposedly,
the
scheduling
manager
reduced
the
hours
of
a
team
member
because
they
were
“talking
to
much”.
Whether
that
is
true
or
not,
you
do
not
manage
your
team
that
way!!!
What
happened
to
having
a
conversation
first?
Maybe
they
weren’t
aware
of
how
much
the
behavior
was
persisting?
Also,
so
many
places
are
short
staffed,
why
are
you
going
to
add
more
to
that
issue?
Uhhh
you
might
not
have
enough
staff
to
unload
shipping
tomorrow
and
you
do
this!
And
this
economy
today?
How
is
that
person
supposed
to
earn
enough
to
pay
bills?
Right
now,
they’re
probably
so
confused.
Lastly,
I
was
so
excited
to
see
a
chameleon
in
the
store
again!
It
was
so
disheartening
to
hear
that
there
was
one
in
the
back
because
he
was
sick:(
Maybe
they
should
look
at
having
proper
tanks
for
chameleons
that
allow
more
ventilation
and
climbing
space
