The only good thing about the hotel is the location.. It is at a prime location near super mart 1.. So easy access to auto rickshaws n market.. Apart from the location not a single thing is good in the hotel.. I stayed here with my parents.. Staff is rude.. they will not clean yur room after multiple requests.. Room cleaning is a basic thing.. they will clean the nearby rooms but not yur room.. they clean guests room in the end which is weird.. They say they will clean room after 2 pm nd then they ll make excuses not to clean yur room.. whenever my parents wud calll n ask for some thing, their answer will b no.. they have no kitchen or atleast they will not even serve u basic things like tea or coffee.. they do hv a tea coffee vending machine but it’s not working most of the times.. They will give 1 mineral water bottle per day and they will clearly deny frm giving extra water bottles unless u tell them urself that u will pay for the bottles.. Special mention to manager named Tarun who is extremely rude, not helpful, he will keep denying services like room cleaning, serving tea, hot water, drinking water. We got this room thru a known frnd who is the frnd of the owner nd if this is the service they give to the owners contacts, I’m afraid what service wud normal people wud get..

It is a budget hotel, but the rooms are good and spacious. Hot water was lukewarm during this winter. They corrected but not hot refreshing bath I could take. Coffee and tea maker is free for use and most times you can get it free. Complimentary Breakfast is OK and enough for an average eater. Not very far from Huda Metro Station.

The hotel is very close to the market. I mean totally in front of the super mart 1 and very close to Galleria market. But that Is about the only good thing about this hotel. Coz after that it is mostly disappointing. The basic room, which called super deluxe is not even a room. It's just like a store room with a bed in it. Yes, it's sooooo small that u can barely put ur foot inside it. On the website the pics are misleadin, and so is the description. It is described as 168 square ft but it is barely 100 sq ft, which I'd at most 10 by 8 ft. No cupboard. Very small bathroom and nothing else. The executive class which comes for about 2000 rupees is also having a very small bathroom where u can not take a bath and no hooks to hang ur clothes. The laundry towels and bedsheets are also not clean and managed enough in rooms. The bed has a very old and saggy mattress. They seem to have spent more on things outside the room more than in room. The sitting lounge is good. The ironing thing available is good. The terrace and the balconies are nice to sit in. But as I said, the rooms are a big disappointing. Tv is there with few channels but the WiFi doesn't work. It didn't work for us on 4th floor for sure. The breakfast is fixed day wise and no option to choose. Also it is not too impressive. So overall quite a disappointing stay but then at this price u might not even get this much anywhere else in Gurgaon. It had really become very costly to live in this City. Better prefer mahipalpur than gurgaon. 😄 The maang3r at the reception Mr Harry is a nice polite man. So yeah, it's ok at the end of u are ok with the problems I listed. Thanks.

Very poor hotel, very bad rooms, walls were having seepage due to this room was very suffocating no ventilation, bed sheets blanket pillow were dirty as hell and the best part is during check out they ask if we review and give 5 star they will give cashback of 500rupees now i understand all good reviews are fake bought by money

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, offering both convenience and charm. Our check-in experience was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff at this hotel impressed us with their exceptional professionalism and willingness to assist. A special shoutout to Mr. Rishi, who went above and beyond to provide us with outstanding hospitality.

The best part about this place is it's location. Right next to a market and a main road, but still secluded enough from the noise. The staff is courteous, and the place has a comforting feel to it. The common areas as well as the interiors are done well. It does need overall maintenance in terms of old seepage stains showing on walls/ceilings, and carpets/furniture revealing their age, but in no way do they inconvenience the stay or sleep quality. I would highly recommend this place!

Loved it. I wanted a balcony that the hotel is famous for but unfortunately I couldn’t or maybe those rooms are more expensive. Overall, included breakdown was something that will make your stay worth it. Plus if you prefer location hotels then this is the best. You got everything down the building. There’s an entire supermart.

I stayed in the Executive Room for about 6 nights at the Hotel City Premier while I was shifting to Gurgaon and searching for rent flats. Amazing, safe, lively location in Gurgaon DLF phase 4. Cabs and autos arrive in less than 5 mins once booked. About 3 kms from Cybercity. There is a Supermart just in front of the hotel that has pharmacy, good food takeout options, salons and home accessories shops. The hotel provides only breakfast, but their breakfast service is good. Parathas were the best. Good hospitality, and they do cater to your needs quite timely. I had a good 1 week stay at the Hotel. I stayed alone in the hotel and found it pretty safe for women too.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel City Premier I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel City Premier, and I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's warm welcome set the tone for a delightful stay. The check-in process was efficient, and the team displayed professionalism and friendliness throughout. The room exceeded my expectations – it was immaculate, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Mr. Tarun was attentive and provided excellent service. I must commend the entire team for their exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. One staff member was kind enough to provide us with warm bedsheets and hot water kettle. I will undoubtedly recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for providing a top-notch hospitality experience. Best regards, Siddharth Raj Room No. 301

The best hotel to stay in Gurugram with family is the one where the hotel staff, including Arun, is exceptionally polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially first-time visitors to Gurugram. Its convenient location, good breakfast options, and perfect timing make it an ideal choice. Additionally, the availability of a medical facility in the basement and the prompt service of the staff are valuable assets during your stay.
