Dear Mr Prashant, I myself had spoken with the front desk person atleast twice regarding the booking and checking timings. and he did not inform me about any additional early chekin charges. Also when we arrived at the property around 8:30 am your staff responde was "WE DO NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR YOU" . This was the second time that we had made an advanced paid booking and your front desk denied room availability. Also the problem was I myself was unavailable at the time of checkout hence I couldn't speak with the front desk person myself. Also we made the made complaints regarding the tv and wifi twice. They had changed the TV once but that one too didn't work. So kindly ask your staff to be truthful to you before blaming the the customer. This was a really bad customer experience. I hope you improve the customer service as your employees made multiple mistakes and then blamed us for it. One thing is for sure your response cannot be an excuse for the bad service you have offered. I truly hope no one else has to face such circumstances 🙏

It is a new property, clean and well kept. Fully equipped kitchen and very nice linen. I enjoyed my stay to be honest though it was just for a day. Recommended 👍

The most spacious and the best service ever. The receptionist is always active. The service is quite fast. The cleanliness is perfect. This is our 2nd time here and we are planning to come here again. Every market and clubs are around this area. Very nice!

Staff was great and helpful.. Only reason to give 3 stars in service is cuz the smart TV wasn't working even after changing 3 TV's and ac is placed right near the bed which made it bit difficult due to which we had to change the site.. Rest everything was fine.
