The
rooms
are
good,
but
the
service
and
response
time
for
any
requests
are
very
poor.
I
was
changed
to
3
different
rooms
late
night
since
AC
was
not
working
and
they
stopped
responding
despite
informing
that
AC
was
not
working
in
the
last
room
as
well.
Had
to
checkout
the
next
day.
I
have
still
not
received
the
invoice
after
2
weeks
of
check
out
and
had
to
sit
at
their
reception
during
office
hours
for
more
than
2
hours
for
the
same.
Tariff
at
hotel
is
higher
than
the
online
tariff,
so
recommended
to
book
online
on
case
of
any
extensions.
Edit:
The
room
changes
mentioned
above
were
in
a
different
hotel
to
which
i
was
shifted
by
the
manager
due
to
unavailability
of
rooms
when
I
tried
to
extend
the
same.
But
after
initial
response,
the
manager
did
not
pick
my
call
despite
repeated
calls.
Finally
received
the
invoice
after
waiting
at
the
reception.
