The rooms are good, but the service and response time for any requests are very poor. I was changed to 3 different rooms late night since AC was not working and they stopped responding despite informing that AC was not working in the last room as well. Had to checkout the next day. I have still not received the invoice after 2 weeks of check out and had to sit at their reception during office hours for more than 2 hours for the same. Tariff at hotel is higher than the online tariff, so recommended to book online on case of any extensions. Edit: The room changes mentioned above were in a different hotel to which i was shifted by the manager due to unavailability of rooms when I tried to extend the same. But after initial response, the manager did not pick my call despite repeated calls. Finally received the invoice after waiting at the reception.

The property is in a calm environment of a happening place in gurgaon. This is a small property but there warm welcome will remind you to book aging in future. In-house food quality is good. All basic amenities are present and staffs are helpful in nature....especially the property owner - who himself many times monitor / ensures his guest pleasant stays. I had a early morning checkout and the made sure to arrange some packed breakfast on request. Will visit again.

Spacious and Clean Room Close to Major offices and Malls within 10-15 mins by Auto or Car. Location is available on Google Maps, so although there is no signboard of the Hotel, I could easily locate it. I could park my car safely just outside their Gate, staff had assured me there would be space to park. Tasty Food and Prompt service Special thanks to Mr. Vijay, the property’s Manager. He was very helpful and available at all times on the phone.

Very nice hotel. Home like stay. Very affordable and the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food options are good and taste is great.

Well equipped with all amenities. Inly the service is not as expected, only because their English is not proficient unfortunately. Too far for everything and usually crowded at around 3 pm until 4:30 pm.

1. We (group of 3) stayed here for a couple of nights last month (Feb'23). Overall, we loved the stay. 2. It is close to IGI airport (about 20 mins. drive) and was also close to our place of interest i.e., Aya Nagar (about 15 mins. drive). It is also located in the prime shopping area of Gurugram. From the outside, this place looks more like a residential unit than a hotel. 3. The staff is very polite and helpful. The service was super quick, be it food or any other service like extra mattress / blanket. 4. Only blip we noticed was that on one of the nights during our stay, there was some event in a neighboring room. As a result of which there was some music and hullabaloo that we could vividly hear as we went to bed by 8PM or so. Not sure how long that continued.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and gives you a very comfortable stay. The staff is very helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and the food is good. No problems faced during my stay of 15 days.

Very polite team, quick service. I must mention the French like window of the room with an extension outside that made me feel fresh and had a good green view. Better than a few boutique hotels in Delhi. Very economical too. Thanks La residence!

One of the best economical hotel in the city. Thank you Prasan and the management staff. The rooms are clean and the amenities are well provided . The food menu can be more flexible though. Looking forward for more visits.

This lodging has very pathetic management. The manager takes a large amount of time to get the simplest thing done. Many of the rooms have poorly working electrical equipments (AC, Fridge, etc.). The mess is also in bad shape with insufficient number of staff leading to poor/ late services and the dining area is also highly unhygienic. The food quality had been good. The owner of the place appeared reasonable during the conversations.

We had a comfortable and peaceful stay at La Residence. Our concerns related to clean rooms, traveling to DLF CyberHub & Quality food were answered in this hotel.

It's a very good experience to stay in this hotel. Their service was literally very good. It gives us just like home vibes. And the uncle Vijay Menon who is managing the hotel also very helpful. I definitely recommended everyone who are thinking about to stay in this hotel definitely they can because it's worth it.

This was an amazing stay, super spacious neat rooms. It was worth the money. Manager Mr. Menon was really nice and polite. We had checked in late and due to an emergency we had to check out a bit late too, he was very accommodating and caring. 100% would recommend if you want a super neat, friendly and safe place to stay.
