If you stay here for one day then then it is very good but don't extend for more then one day because they don't clean room , they don't give towels,paste and other accessories unless you demand even they don't provide water bottles automatically,you have to call on reception and he will send water after a long time. Kitchen is good. But for room cleaning you can't wait whole day that staff will come and clean room . In the morning staff is busy in check out rooms , then lunch and then they say they are doing rest and after five they say now cleaning time is over. Out of 5 days they cleaned room only two days ,vo bhi bahut baar call karne ke baad aaye

Good hotel but very bad reception staff. I stayed here for 7 days. The receptionist was talking in an insulting manner. When it was checkout, he charged me for an extra water bottle, though I didn't order it and kept on arguing in a disrespectfully. Apart from that, the hotel stay was good and the rooms were clean.

Everything I liked about the hotel, the only problem here is their service. I need to wait for 5 hours after ordering a water bottle. And countless calls, everytime their response was they are sending the bottle. At the end, I had got the bottle after going to their reception. This was a very bad experience.

It is located in DLF Phase III and I have to say it’s an excellent location as it’s located in the centre of a market and I was able to do a lot of my task due to the same. Moreover, all the great places in Gurgaon are located nearby. The rooms were clean and tidy and had all the things which a travelling couple will require. However, as it is an affordable place, therefore, don’t expect excellent service and that you will see in the attitude of the hotel staff. Moreover, their entry might look a bit dingy however don’t go by the same.

The hotel located at very decent location.. rooms are old styled but decent ones.. only thing that bothered me is the services they are providing.. the servies are good but very much time consuming..also they provide cutlery and crockery at extra charges.. overall this stay is very nice.. thanku

Its a economical type place Rooms are average and food on order is available Food rate is lil high and expect tax on each items Don’t expect anything out of the box The rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a pantry area, though no cooking amenities. The hotel will cater food ordered from the nearby places. If you love Delhi street food (I do), there are plenty of choices near the metro station which is 5 minutes walk away. The wifi connectivity is excellent. I did a 2 hour video call and it did not disconnect once. The staff are prompt and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is essentially a single item (parathas or bread/omlette, etc.) but the portions are good and served quickly. If you want to avoid the expensive hotels in and around DLF Cyber City, you can definitely consider staying here. It is about 10 minutes walk from the Cyber city

Bathrooms are very smelly, very small rooms. No one will believe bathroom was smelling like public toilet because they have common shafts which results in air flow from one bathroom to another. I took stay for 1 day I didn't went to the washroom whole day. Next morning I brushed my teeth outside the hotel with water bottle in my hand, it wash like anybody will vomit if tried to brush in their washroom. This place is toxic. And the shocking thing was this unhygienic dirty toxic place was booked for ₹2100/day I personally don't recommend this place. Never go to this place.

I stayed for 2 days. Stayed with my parents. Food taste is good, quantity is very less comparing the prices. There were 1 litre packaged water for each day, total 2. No cleaning was done during my stay. Bedsheets were not good, had hairs and all. Asked them to change, they changed it, but that was also not like clean. Used our own bedsheets. Overall decent experience.

They are literally frauds. Worst service worst behaviour worst place to stay. All 5 star ratings are fake. Once you rate this hotel 1 star they will reply and say that this person hasn't visited the place.

I just stayed for a night, so not sure about other things. Night stay was comfortable, bed was good, AC was also Ok, bathroom was also good. So no complaints as any, but yes experience could have been better.

Pros - Housekeeping/ Room service prompt & courteous. Staff decent & well mannered. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Veg dishes ordered were tasty & good quantity. Cons - Maintenance has to improve. Bathroom doors not closing. Stains on Toilet & Basin. TV channels not working except couple of channels. Non veg food quality & quantity needs to be improved.

I stayed for one day and everything was excellent. The room was clean, the service was very good, and the location was convenient. If you plan to stay in Gurugram, this is a good place.
