Extremely unprofessional, rude and unorganised staff. A group of us came for our body check up test appointment was set for 9am however nothing started till 9.30. We were fasting and no one cared to assist us faster. If you are that busy and can’t handle the pressure then you should not accept any appointments. It 11am I don’t know how long I have to wait to finish my tests till I can eat. Would recommend people to go to a government hospital if you want to be treated like this hospital and not waste your money.

## Billing Errors ## This review is not related to service but billing and accounting errors. Accounting team made intentional additions to hospitalisation bill and when encountered didn’t change but rather gave a credit note. They still applied the same bill to insurance company. Unethical practices and poor billing experience.

I was in Spectra Hospital for my myomectomy surgery, and I would like to say it’s unusual to find such nice people in a hospital. Dr. Sadhna Sharma and Dr. Vinod Kumar Nigam are amazing personalities. They supported me all through my treatment. The thought of being in the OT was stressful and overwhelming. However, the staff helped me and consoled me saying everything will be fine when I get out of the OT.
