I
really
had
a
bad
experience
in
rajalakshmi
hotel
yesterday.
I
was
one
of
their
frequent
customer
from
their
beginning
stage
of
the
restaurant
,
even
my
family
loved
the
food
from
there.
However
I
had
a
bad
experience
yesterday
night
while
i
went
there
with
my
brothers.
We
went
inside
and
most
of
the
seats
were
occupied,
so
we
sat
on
the
room
right
next
to
the
hall
because
there
were
plenty
of
seats
available.
But
one
person
from
the
restaurant
abruptly
told
us
to
leave
the
room
by
saying
that
this
room
was
meant
for
family
although
there
were
no
signage
or
board
that
says
it's
meant
for
family.
We
sat
there
because
we
were
aware
that
there
is
another
specific
room
for
family.
We
really
felt
insulted
and
disappointed
after
seeing
the
poor
attitude
from
the
people
who
belongs
to
that
restaurant.
And
i
went
there
and
politely
said
to
that
person
this
is
not
how
you're
suppose
to
behave
to
a
customer.
Even
after
the
rude
attitude,
he
was
telling
vague
reasons
and
justifying
is
behaviour.
Luckily
another
customer
who
witnessed
the
entire
issue
started
supporting
us
,
because
he
saw
how
impolitely
that
person
behaved
to
us.
I
really
felt
sad
to
become
a
victim
of
this
kind
of
issue
from
a
restaurant
i
personally
loved.
The
person
with
whom
we
encountered
was
trying
to
make-up
somany
lies
to
cover-up
his
attitude,
although
he
tried
his
best
but
it
didn't
worked
out
because
we
had
clear
evidences
and
witnesses
in
our
side.
