By far the best German food I have had during my time in Europe! We stumbled in on this place and we are glad we did. Also, we have a large family of 7 and they were very accomodating. I will go back again when I am in the area.

I live in famous Studio City in Los Angeles, Ca. My best friend recommended this place. It was out of this world. The cuisine that Mr. Charly cooks is fantastic. The rooms are super clean and very cozy. The Strasburger Wurstsalat and Rahmschnitzel was first class. I can only recommend this highly. IT is one of the best kept secrets in the beautiful Black Forest. You must go there!

Traditional, very local, authentic food, great value for money. They didn't speak English, but were warm and friendly.

Wonderful food. Im American and I took 4 American friends here for lunch. Only 1 of us finished our portion. We had a friendly waitress, well plated and delicious food, and the chef/owner checked on us as well. I cannot laud this place enough. Well done Mr. Charlie and nice meeting you.
