Less crowded alternative as compared to the main entrance of Dhuandhar waterfall. It is situated across the river on the opposite bank of narmada river. Though there is a cable car that can take you across either side of the river, you can go to new bhedaghat by car via tilwara bridge( new bridge on highway).

The other side of Dhuadhar.... Amazing place. Ropeway is available which can give you the top view. But my suggestion would be go walking to the falls. You can dip in the river but with proper safety measures. One of the best waterfalls in the country, the view and the most from the falls is just unbelievable. It's worth going again and again. Just try and avoid festival dates as there might be large crowds to take a dip in the holy narmada. Highly recommended

A must-visit place at Jabalpur. The best thing about Bhedaghat is that there are 3 spots at close vicinity to each other starting with Chaunsath Jogini Mandir on a hill top, followed by Dhuwandhaar Falls and then Nauka Vihar (boating in the lake amongst the marble rocks)...and all of the are breath-takingly beautiful! Strongly recommended from my side

The best place of Jabalpur. Should be definitely in your top list of places to visit. Dhaundhar waterfalls are superb. Maa Narmada always surprises you. Keep children’s away from the railing. Although the raiging height is of decent length. But still take care of the children’s. There are always some people who wants to become hero and cross the railing. As you can see in my photos. But don’t do such kind of foolish. activities.

Bhedaghat is a town and a nagar panchayat in Jabalpur district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is situated by the side of river Narmada and is approximately 20 km from Jabalpur city. Bhedaghat is famous for the high marble rocks making a valley through which river Narmada flows. The place also has a beautiful waterfall, known as Dhuandhar Falls (literally meaning a stream of smoke, because of its appearance).

The place is beautiful, it's perfect for nature lovers. Apart from natural beauty of waterfall the place has multiple stalls for shopping different kinds of stuffs, marble carvings, shivling, statues etc.

This entire place near Jabalpur from, new bedhaghat, Dhuandhar waterfall to boating ghat falls under Bedhaghat, best time to visit is winters, river/waterfall flow is controlled by Bargi Dam, not much to do yet waterfall itself is majestic.

Visited during day time in April month. People said that the water level is low during this season. Still the beauty of this place is in the white rocks and blue waterfall. Which looks beautiful.

If you're planning to go and visit dhuadhar or bhedaghat don't think too much just go and i would really suggest everyone to see the sunrise of bhedaghatt 😭. We went to see the sunrise and it was beautiful and as you can see it's like a early morning sunset😭

Must visit place in Jabalpur. Take city bus from jabalpur railway station to bhedaghat and then walking distance to ghat.

Bhedaghat waterfall is nice and beautiful place to visit for 1 day trip. It's location is fine to reach. Roads are good, and this place is amazing. it's perfect for nature lovers. Apart from natural beauty of waterfall the place has multiple stalls for shopping different kinds of stuffs, marble carvings, shivling, statues etc. and you can test delicious foods like boiled ber, and different types of seasonal fruits and foods.

Feel the velocity of river Maa Narmada from so close. One of the best places to visit in Jabalpur. The government should make more and better arrangements for tourists.
