I am a patient with anxiety and have avoided having my teeth cleaned for many years. I was very well informed here why this is so important. Since I did this, I no longer have bleeding gums and my oral flora feels 1000x better. I got 4 fillings and still have 2 crowns left. What another doctor completely screwed up with filling the cash register was solved professionally here. Yes expensive, but it will last for the next tens of years. I'm thrilled and both the doctor and the entire team, including reception, are super nice and despite being scared you don't feel uncomfortable. Everyone is super understanding. Not that I'm looking forward to the next appointment, but I feel in great hands because my needs are completely taken into account and no one reacts strangely when I sit in a chair with sunglasses on 🧡

This morning I had an appointment with Dr. Curse. I avoided the dentist for years due to really bad experiences. What can I say, I probably won't change dentists again. She was very nice and listened to me and my fears. She explained everything to me in detail and also explained the costs. I really felt very well looked after.

I had an appointment there on Wednesday for my retainers and I had my teeth cleaning there on Thursday. I can only recommend this practice. I received excellent advice from the dentist and the practice is very modern and the toilets are very clean. The ladies at reception also do a great job and are very friendly. So I'm already looking forward to my next teeth cleaning and future visits to this practice.

I have been going to the Steubesand & Colleagues practice for many years. Now I even drive >30km each way for it. Why is explained very simply. I have been to many different dentists. Some of them caused a lot of mischief (cement fillings, etc.) and I felt uncomfortable everywhere. There is also a certain “nervousness” at the dentist, I wouldn’t call it fear. I have never experienced such a competent and compassionate practice team. From PZR treatments to emergency appointments, I have not been disappointed once. Add to that the unbeatable opening hours from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., an absolute blessing for full-time workers. All I can say about the reviews about the supposedly high costs is "Quality costs" and "If you buy cheap, you buy twice". The Steubesand practice has painstakingly corrected other dentists' mistakes for me over many years, and in case of doubt I pay my own contribution. Because you usually only have one set of teeth. Keep it up, dear practice team.

I haven't experienced such a competent practice in a long time! From finding an appointment to the treatment, everything was top notch! Competent and friendly staff and doctors! We have been patients for years and are more than satisfied! Keep it up!

Was there for the first time a while ago with my husband and children. Initial treatment, advice and diagnosis were good and correct! In the questionnaire it was stated that there were no great financial opportunities as I was still on parental leave and my husband was still in training. My husband was supposed to get fillings and root canal treatment, and I was supposed to get periodontitis treatment. We should each have four professional teeth cleanings beforehand. That would have been around €300/€350 per person. Luckily I canceled!! Two friends from my circle of acquaintances work for dentists themselves and find this approach very unusual and bold! And I don't know anyone among my friends who knows such a treatment plan! It's really ONLY about profit!

Always been satisfied so far... BUT.... My girlfriend comes from Bavaria and has broken her temporary prosthesis. According to the doctor in Bavaria, AOK and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, it is not a problem that it is repaired here. Nevertheless it was rejected. 8th!!! Other dentists accepted it without any problems. It was just an appointment problem. That was also solved. So I'm very disappointed with the customer service

It's really not easy to find a dentist who listens, explains sensibly what is possible and what isn't and is also really good. I searched for a really long time and when I received a negative review of another practice I was even asked to delete the review. Luckily I still had invoices and was able to verify them on Google. Otherwise the post, like the others, would have been deleted... Before Ms. Dr. I have the greatest respect for Steubesand. She knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that even a layperson like me can understand, as do her colleagues and the dental assistants are very helpful and friendly. After several appointments there, I feel very well looked after and advised! Many thanks to the entire practice team!!!
