While the dominant style in europe is napolitan style (soft pizza dough that you can fold while eating), Sol take a different approach, closer to NY style with wide pizza and crispy crust. The star is definitively the dough, a crisp you don't find elsewhere even in 4p's. Freshness of ingredients justify the hefty price. You can feel the passion of the craft, something similar to Japan where people dedicate their career just to make a bowl of soup. As I am from Europe, Pizza belga with a fluffy dough and lot of ingredients suits me better, but I totally get why people appreciate Sol. This is a elegant, refined pizza. I recommend if you tend to the crispy style.

Small and cozy vibe. Staffs are friendly. Menu is limited but very carefully made. They serve mostly some pizza, pasta and basic salad + wine. Food quality is fine, pizza base is thin and crispy that makes it look bigger than it actually is. It’s pretty noisy when crowded. Car park in front or 50m away.

Crispy thin crust, nice flavors. One of the shortest menus ever 😂 The place was full on a sat night, quite a nice vibe but can get rather noisy. Will come back to try more Update: great to be back since my last visit. Our family had a lovely dinner, my 2 year old happily enjoyed both the garden pig pizza and the norcenia pasta. Love the thin crust!

We got “plain” pizza with mozzarella, something else and another type of cheese, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any mozzarella. It was very empty and tiny, which is not bad, but if I wanted to eat crispy bread with tomato paste, I would go to another place. I think this quality of pizza is very overpriced even for European standards. So, pizza 2/5. The cider was tasty, but I didn’t feel well after the bottle, so I would question the quality. Service is amazing especially for Vietnam, people were welcoming and nice. Service is 5/5. Atmosphere is also very pleasant for staying - 5/5. Overall I enjoyed the place, but won’t come back. If it was a wine place or just bar, then it’s pretty good and worth going. But if you are up for some pizza, then it’s not a place to go.

Best pizza in Hanoi, closest you can get to Italian pizza outside of Italy. Menu is small, due to the high quality of the carefully selected items. Inside is very cozy, perfect for a romantic date night. There is a full bar with a small selection of high quality wine. The staff is the best part about visiting here, super friendly and knowledgeable.

We just love the new Sol location even though it’s now farther away. It’s a warm and inviting atmosphere with nice lighting and great aromas wafting in from the kitchen. But the best part is the food! They now offer salads and a few appetizers, including the house made humus. On this visit we got three types of pizzas and loved them all. The daily chalkboard has off-menu items that are worth trying. The craft beer and wine offerings are carefully chosen so you won’t find 30 types of each. Overall I would describe the place and our experience as “just the right amount of everything“. Note: They have not yet installed a sign so go by the address.

Hands down the best pizza in Hanoi! Appetizers, pastas and desserts are also great, along with a good drinks selection (craft beers, wines, cocktails) and top service. Highly recommended! I go several times a month and usually forget to take pictures, but here are 2 I found on my phone ;) Pizza & pasta, Boulevardier cocktail.

Hands down best pizzas you can get in Hanoi! From the fresh ingredients to the carefully curated menu, they serve up some of the best pizzas, also not to mention the occasional pasta as well. Having a date night or a relaxing chat with friends over pizzas, they got you covered. Paired with an excellent wine menu and a full bar, you are all set for any occasion at this establishment. A must-visit when you are in Hanoi.

One of the best pizza restaurants in town. It seems like besides the food written in the menu, they will serve additional options of pizza and lasagna each day. Definitely will recommend it to my friends.
