one of the worst hostel experience I've ever had. Room was okay, bathroom need some maintenance while it has mold and its dirty. We shared room with asian people. Snoring okay, I'm used to hear that, BUT they were not respecting the rules of staying with other people in one room AT ALL. so noisy and disrecpetful...

The said that you could pay by card when you arrived at hostel, but the receptionist told me that it was only in cash, so I decided to go to the nearest ATM to get some money. The receptionist offered to take me to an ATM 150 meters from the hostel on a motorcycle. Once I withdrew money, I prepared to pay 150 vnd for my stay with a 500 vnd note, so the receptionist told me he had no change, so he would pay me back later. After 15 minutes he returns the money with 30vnd less. When I asked him why are u charging extra? he told me that “it is from the petrol i use in our trip to ATM”. I told him it can't be more than 10 vnd if the ATM is 150 meters away, he looked at me, laughed and ignored me. I know it's not a lot of money, but I didn't like that after not even 30 minutes in the hostel the receptionist had already scammed me. what kind of ethics do they have in this hostel … so be careful if u come here. ps place is ok for the price. u will hear the train next to hostel every 1 hour.

Do not go to this place! There is a bar on the other side of the wall and the music is very loud until morning. They don’t clean the toilets and they forgot to pick up my laundry in time and I went through hell in order to get it back! They are very rude and the lobby always smells bad. Thank me later and find a different hostel to stay in. Worst experience ever!!!

One of the worst hostel in town. The bathrooms have moulds. They aren't cleaned. The rooms stink all the time. They don't bother keeping drinking water.

Could have been an okay-ish stay, so that's why I gave 3 stars. The room is in a worse condition than the pictures shown when booking, but it is still acceptable. The hostel in general does not feel clean, but it is okay if only staying one or two nights. The common area is large, but there is zero atmosphere for socialising. Our actual experience was way worse because we shared our room with two people who were nasty and had zero care for those they shared the room with. They left their stuff around the room, left the bathroom dirty and were noisy all night.

Clean, friendly and 100% value for money,Friendly and comfortable The hostel just opened when we came so everything was very clean and obviously all the furniture, toilets and beds were new. The hostelowner and the crew were friendly and the breakfast was good and enough. We stayed here for three nights and the atmosphere was good.

I don’t recommended to stay, not safe and the owner can not solve any problems. I stay in this hostel for 4 nights, on the first day after I check-in their have 2 girl that long stay in this hostel have arguments in the room. 1 is Vietnamese, 1 is Filipino and have 2 other guest in a 6 beds ladies dorm room with me. Filipino want to talk with a Vietnamese about loudspeaking on her phone, bang the locker and make some noise during the night time (Filipino talk with the owner already but look like they are the same side because the owner done nothing, and Filipino also talk with Vietnamese about it before) this time Vietnamese is refused to talk, she leave and stay in another room. Funny but fact, Vietnamese still come to our room even she move to another dorm room (she still use the locker and come to take a shower in our room) that make me feel uncomfortable because she can come in anytime……it’s safe? It unsafe for sure. On my last night Vietnamese came in the dorm around 11 p.m. and come back again early morning (before 8 a.m.) and bang a locker door, so I shouting to Vietnamese girl ‘ is too early, leave!!! ‘. When I came down to check-out, Vietnamese said that she think 8 a.m. is not early morning even no one in the room wake up. I don’t know what to say because she seem like it normal to her and owner also hear it but she doesn’t say anything. (Vietnamese girl seem like selfish and her parents didn’t raise her well about respect other people)

Bathroom has mould everywhere, the shower head broke off in my hand, the showers are only hot for about 1-2 minutes then ice cold. Overall this is an OK place to crash for a day since it’s a cheap bed/stay.

Love this hotel. Strategic location, cheap, staff very humble and helpfull. But.. i get room in floor 4. Very tired to walk. Hahha

Nice hostel, good located and clean. The staff, Tam Tam, she helped us with everything. Even when we got stucket in the middle of the night (3am) while we were doing the Ha Giang loop, she picked up the phone and helped us. Reeeaaally nice!! The rooms are a bit noisy in the night because if the train but it‘s worth the experience ;)

The location is just next to every cool places in Hanoi old quarter. A very friendly host, good services and facility. Definitely going back.

Very quite and chilled hostel next to the city center. For a low price you get a bed in a mixed room with other people.

Clean room, nice comfortable beds, toilet has a shower but it floods the entire bathroom. Reception was helpful, little bit noisy while sleeping due to trains and some people, and only one window high up so not much natural light. But would stay here again for such a cheap cost.

A very decent hostel, a bit noisy at night due to the train line close by and the karaoke club besides. Overall what's important to me was cleanliness and services. The guys here are amazing and super helpful. They never say no to anything. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were cleaned everyday and maintained well. Specially Alex was so so helpful in booking the tours, i found that i got the best deals on tour bookings through this hostel from Alex.

Excellent staff that are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes some beds can get a bit warm but not a big deal. The location is right at the old quarter.

Loved my stay here! The beds are high quality mattresses that are super comfortable. Clean sheets, and the dorm rooms are cleaned daily. Each bed also has a night light and privacy curtain. This is a family-owned business run by Thuy, who is the sweetest lady sitting at the reception desk. I liked this hostel so much, I stayed for a total of 12 days. Central location in old quarter, with many great food options nearby. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Best bang for your buck hostel in Hanoi! Even though it's the cheapest hostel around, they don't sacrifice their service at all. We had an ok stay here. Slept pretty well which is good but if you're a light sleeper it's tough - the building nextdoor is a karaoke bar and next to that is a low train bridge... We were actually vibrating in our bed when the trains went by! On arrival our room wasn't clean, but we did arrive a bit early so that's fine, they let us leave our bags in the room and they cleaned it - unfortunately not very well though, the previous occupants' dirty wet towel was left in there and no new ones left for us so we had to ask for them. Alright for one night! Beds were comfy, but trying to sleep through vibrating walls and bad singing wasn't the best.

Bad hostel overall. The rooms are near the bar and it gets very noisy. The bathooms were also very dirty with hair all over the place and also poo stains in the toilets. The curtains were half broken so it didn't really add any privacy. Also there was no.one in reception when I arrived. Mattress very very hard, not sure how or why. I won't come back for sure

Clean and nice. The reception girl in the morning is very sweet and kind. She will help you will all your request. I love the bathroom and showering facilities. Hot water available 24x7. Moreover it has really comfortable beds. Best nights sleep after tiring days in Hanoi. Totally recommend , cheap and value for money. You get what you pay for. But here you get more for your money. They have a bar, kitchen with a rooftop. The staff all day is nice.

Beautiful and neat rooms. Stayed in the female dorm along with two of my friends. The washroom is also very neat. Loved the cozy balcony on the street side. Definitely a catch with the free breakfast, amenities and a good nights sleep all under $5!!!
