I was impressed by the staff at this hotel. They are all so friendly and enthusiastic to do anything for us. As well as having the best staff, the room is great and the location is perfect. I would like 100% to recommend to all travelers who want to travel to Hanoi.

Great staff. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Booked a brilliant tour to Ha Long Bay via the travel desk. Relatively quiet location on a side street. Excellent value.

Hanoi Holiday Centre Hotel is situated in old town down a little alley The rooms are small but comfortable and the water pressure in the bathrooms are the best I’ve come across so far The staff members are fantastic and try to do anything to help you especially Kim I found her to be so helpful and kind They also do here at discounted tours there so if in need for a discounted tour give Kim a ring and she will organize for you

New, clean and great location! The staff was attentive, caring and very helpful. We were given free breakfast, booked a tour through them and were always offered suggestions on places to eat or explore. Such a lovely experience for my boyfriend and I since we've been backpacking for about 2 months now. We will gladly come back again!

More than just a hotel, Thuy was absolutely fantastic with helping us organise our whole holiday. Ha Long cruise, Ha Giang, and Pu Luong! She was really knowledgeable, carefully planned out the itinerary with us, and it was a great price too! We stayed in the old quarter at the hotel for two nights, and it's a great location right in the heart of the old quarter. The old quarter isn't for the faint hearted! It's so busy all of the time, but you want to be right in the thick of it to get the full experience!! Thuy also organised a cooking class for us which has been one of the highlights of the whole trip so far, it was so fun and delicious! (market for ingredients, then cooking over coal, then eating all the yummy food!!) We can't thank Thuy and the Holiday Centre hotel enough. Truly good.

Room was nice, air con, clean and staff very attentive. Cons: Car/bike wash at reception entrance which started at 0630am which you could hear loudly in room as well as 2 local yappy dogs

Good hotel, really helpful staff. Not to expensive and overall a good location. Pretty view from the balcony, only downside was you were allowed to smoke in the room. So our first room smelled bad but the second one was nice. Clean and some small ants but that's pretty much everywhere. Breakfast was also alright.

This is a fantastic little boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and serviceable with comfortable beds. But the highlights are the hosts. They are beyond kind and make you feel right at home. Their hospitality, including their cooked breakfasts feels more like a private bed and breakfast. Tucked down a small side street, you’re away from the worst of the noise, but in a fantastic location to explore Old Town. Can highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. They are all so kind and couldn’t do more for us. As well as having the best staff, the room was great and in the perfect location. I would 100% recommend to all travellers in Hanoi.

Well organized and lovely staff. They made our trip a remarkable adventure, by organizing trips for a great bargain and helping us with every question we had. The rooms are clean and offering a good comfort for this price. Breakfast was a mix of continental and vietnamese. Not a huge variety, but they changed it as it seemed on a daily basis. The location in the old quarter is good. You can reach everything by walking. Definitely worth the money.

After two disappointing bookings online for local hotels, I walked into this one and was so glad I did. The staff is very kind and helpfull, the rooms are all you can ask for - spacious shower, very comfortable bed, enough room for me to practice yoga...and a small terrace that fits two. There's a breakfast included, and the price was great. Good location (quiet street yet very central in the old quarter), great value for money. We are thankful to have found this place.

This hotel is located in at a tiny alley off the street. You can never tell a hotel is there if not for the tiny name board on the road. It’s very small hotel with small elevator. The room & bathroom is okay. Breakfast os very limited. Verdict is not worthless for the price you pay. You can find better room for this price

Good bed, but beside good bad, other not that good. I first stay at room 611, we must go to floor 6 by lift, and then go to floor 7 by stair which is a small rounded stair, well, luckily we don't have to take our own luggage. On second stay, stay at 308, there is a window directly show to other building's wall, so it's almost like you don't have a window, so in the morning, you can not be sure what time it is, cause it is so dark. But once again, price equal quality. Oh, btw, the staff all very nice. Oh and one more thing, I like the banana pancake at the breakfast, taste good.

Holiday Center is clean, basic, affordable, well located and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is simple and healthy with a bit of variety every day. I made a stop in Ha Noi before visiting my family in HCMC and I felt very at home in this hotel. If you have a balcony room and are a light/early sleeper I would maybe recommend earplugs as there is activity on the street outside. If you are looking for comfortable, no frills accommodations this is a great choice. I would 100% stay here again.

We booked this hotel through a website, in it said this was a 3 stars hotel and the photos you could see show decent rooms, but at least the one we had was just not acceptable. Smell bad because the bathroom without ventilation, and all the room was out of maintenance. Also the entry of the hotel was pretty scary, when we arrive we wanted to leave immediately. The staff was friendly and we liked them, but they were not professional at all.. I can't recommend this hotel as for the same price you can find others much better.

This hotel is fantastic! A true gem of Hanoi. I absolutely loved it here! The location is very central, yet quiet enough to get a goodnights sleep in Hanoi; the staff are very attentive, caring and knowledgeable; and the rooms are cosy and cute. Kimmy, the receptionist was very good as she arranged two amazing trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay at fair prices. The two managers are also very kind and respectful people, always making nice conversations with me 😊 and sharing great knowledge on good restaurants and attractions. The night staff were also very kind and caring. Don't be afraid to contact the hotel directly for the best rates. I'm actually still here and checking out in the morning but it really has been a great 9 day stay. If I ever come back to Hanoi, which I'm sure I will, I will only stay here.
