Our family stayed at Bespoke Trendy hotel Hanoi in October 2023, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service was impeccable with great advice on street food, restaurants and shopping locally. Their attention to detail was fantastic – the rooms exceptionally clean and staff always attentive to our needs (my daughter has allergies, and they made sure she was catered for) and the breakfast, excellent. David was a wonderful host, and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff who always greeted us with a big smile. We even used their Spa next door, which was equally exquisite. We’ve recommended David and the hotel to other international travellers whilst seeing the rest of Vietnam and will definitely stay there again when we return.

Stayed in the trendy room category and the room had just enough space to be comfortable and store a family's luggage. The room was very clean. The walking route to the hotel has some electrical shops etc and that was a bit of a bummer initially, however the location is great, in that it's a short walk from the major old quarter attractions. The breakfast was great, tasty with a good variety. The service is what elevates the whole experience. I would've given it 4 stars but the service makes it an amazing service. From helping with the luggage, the breakfast staff and then packing something to eat for my 3 year old daughter was so amazing.

My wife and I initially intended to stay in Hanoi for 2 nights and we chose Bespoke Trendy. The hotel is tucked in a quieter part of the Old Quarter, away from the hustle and bustle. I was staying on Level 11, so I had a great city view, especially in the morning and evening. The lift doesn’t go up to level 11, so we had to take a flight of stairs. Good exercise reminder for all the good food in Hanoi. We had a good 2 hours in the spa beside. The skills are on point and the prices are reasonable. Due to flooding in my wife’s hometown, we decided to cut the stay in Hanoi very suddenly. The hotel staff were very helpful with the transition. Special thanks to the team!

We stayed twice at this hotel during our recent trip and both times the room are clean and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located such that tourist attractions are within walking distance (not that you need to, Grab is readily available and reasonably priced in Hanoi), yet it is away from the hustle and bustle side of the town. The staffs are all very friendly and professional. Their warm hospitality made our stay a really pleasant and memorable one. Ms Alice, one of the receptionists, went above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. We were kindly offered to leave our luggage at the hotel before we return for our second stay 1-2 days after our first. To our surprise, she even arranged a birthday cake for us on our last day, and she's not even on duty that day. We didn't get the male receptionist's name but he helped us to arrange a last minute grab express service at no extra cost. We are really thankful for that and appreciate the reliability of the hotel staffs. Lastly, we tried their room service and the foods are just exceptionally delicious and well worth the price in our opinion. We would highly recommend this hotel to whoever is coming to Hanoi.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at Bespoke for our trip to Hanoi. The hotel we central to everything we wanted to see and the service is top-notch. David at the front desk is the most patient and caring gentlemen. He made sure we are taken care of while going above and beyond. He gave great recommendations for food, assisted us to our rooms, and offered us shower rooms after a long day in Hanoi. David and the rest of the staff is what made a difference for our stay. Excellent service! From the moment I arrived they greeted me and took care of me. Initially helping me with my bags and during my check in providing me a refreshing tea and dried apricots. Then they informed me of a free manicure available to all guests, provided me a map of the city with their recommendations and asked me if there was anything I needed during my stay that they could help me with. My room was clean with a very modern vibe. I was provided all amenities such as a tooth paste, razor as well as milk for tea. The bed was very comfortable. During the next morning I had breakfast with an incredible view of the city and they packed me scrambled eggs for my taxi ride to the airport. Additionally they gifted me with green tea and more dried apricots. Honestly, one of the best customer experiences I experienced in Hanoi. This hotel is a must if you want to be pampered and comfortable.

Our family of four (2 boys aged 11 and 9) stayed here for 6 nights in Feb. It is situated in a great location of the old quarter in a quiet street but so close to the hustle and bustle and in walking distance to the city sights. The family room was spacious with massive and comfortable king beds. Fantastic breakfast options available, and staff catered enthusiastically for my vegan partner. We found the staff to be incredibly warm and welcoming and motivated to ensure we had a great stay at the hotel itself, but also in our experiences in Hanoi, their city. David provided us with restaurant and site recommendations and always asked how our day was or what our plan was. Bespoke is a fantastic comfortable retreat to come back to after a big day navigating the busy streets of Hanoi. We'd highly recommend.

This feels like a pretty solid 4 star hotel (exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel). I stayed here just 1 night between my Halong bay trip and going to the airport. The receptionist accidentally spilled the welcome drink all over me. Thankfully the welcome drink has no sugar and was going to head up to shower anyway but usually other hotels will offer something like dry cleaning/ laundering to apologize for that mistake but they didn’t offer anything of the sort. We were given a room on the top most floor that required taking the elevator to the highest floor then taking a flight of stairs up. The bellman took care of the luggage upon check in and check out so that was ok but the stairs were super dark so do request for a high floor but not the top most floor if your eyesight is bad. It wasn’t too big of an issue for us since we were only staying one night. The Deluxe Twin room is pretty small so the bathroom set up is split up so the shower stall through one door and bathroom is another door. This makes showering rather awkward as you have to hang your towel and clothes outside or else it will get wet. I went for breakfast as soon as it opened at 6am and Breakfast has surprisingly decent for a 3 star hotel with both prepared food and a small made to order menu for eggs and pho. The already prepared food was strangely not warm so their warming food setup is inefficient- would recommend the hotel change that so food doesn’t get cold. I would skip the eggs Benedict as I think they didn’t store the sauce properly so it gave me a stomachache for hours.

Plus, the location was unbeatable, with the hotel situated in the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city's many attractions. This hotel was very cozy and comfortable, in a quiet back street away from all the traffic. The room was clean, well kept, the king size bed was huge. The breakfast buffet was better quality than some restaurants, with a variety of food daily, ranging from western to Asian cuisine. We looked forward to the buffet each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone was very polite and welcoming. My wife was especially thankful with Van Le, aka Amanda. She gave us recommendations to places to visit, things to see, cafes and restaurants to eat, she also followed up to make sure we had a great time and found the places ok. She made our stay at the hotel just that much better. If we ever visit Hanoi again, we would book this hotel again w/o hesitation.

was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter this time. I'm grateful for all the assistance and meticulous care provided by the staff. Whenever I encountered any issues and communicated with the hotel, they were immediately resolved. The breakfast was satisfying and of high quality. On the day of check-out, even though the expected departure time was 3 PM, the hotel allowed me to check out at 3 PM, giving me time to freshen up before heading to the airport. It's truly a hotel that thinks of its guests.

Great service and breakfast. Make sure you ask for special of the day. Room is in the small side but clean. Our room is next to the elevator so it's quite noisy as you get clean ladies talking and hoovering in early morning, or noisy tourists talking obnoxiously. Not all rooms have window. Ours have a window but not much of a view. Shop behind the lobby is quite interesting.

A amazing boutique hotel, very clean & awesome food & service

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights total and it was by far our favorite hotel during our trip to Vietnam even when compared to 5-star hotels. Don't let it fool you that it's a 3-star hotel because the interior is modern and well designed and the service is top-notch. The staff are all incredibly friendly and willing to help you with any requests. It's also conveniently located in center of Old Quarter so it's walking distance to lots of delicious food, coffee, and drinks. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, great value, and incredible service hotel in Hanoi.

Service is top notch. 👍👍👍 Rob is extremely helpful as soon as we arrived the hotel. Rob gave us a lot of suggestions as where to visit and what to eat since it’s our first visit in Vietnam. Rob even helped to deliver our suitcases to the next hotel so we don’t have to bring everything with us on cruise.He check on us even after we moved to a different hotel. Can’t say enough good things about his work ethnic and thoughtfulness. Breakfast buffet is not huge but all are very good. Many coffee selections as well. We enjoyed the spa too. Hotel guests get 15-20% discounts. The hotel facilities is 4 stars top. The bathroom of the 3 person room we stayed is a bit small. What makes Bespoke Trendy stand out from the others is its employees. We feel welcome by all, especially Rob. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay in Hanoi.

Amazing hotel in Hanoi! Loved staying here - everything was perfect and great. Check in was easy - while checking in the staff prepared us some fresh juice and water. The room was decent sized - separate toilet and shower, and the AC worked well. Noise from the street was not too bad (was on a high floor). Best part of the stay was the staff - from the awesome bar tender in the hotel bar (must go!) to the check in, to the restaurant, everyone was so kind, welcoming and spoke great English. They even printed us guides for things to do, prepped us with maps and always had fresh bottled water for us. For our first few days in Vietnam, we could not have chose better. Would stay again!

Stayed here last summer with my mom and had a lovely experience. The service, design and food is outstanding. Like most places in the Old Quarter it is on the smaller side but they did such a good job with the design and ambiance that it doesn't feel cramped or stuffy at all. Breakfast is really yummy - don't skip it! And I cannot emphasize enough how professional, helpful and truly kind the team members are.

Flipping fantastic place. Look nowhere else. This is where you want to stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make your experience comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast included at the restaurant on the top floor. Splendid views. Great location and proximity to everything in the Old Quarter. Rooms are clean. My one complaint is that you can hear noise from the halls, so I was woken up by the cleaners and other hotel stayers leaving their room. Highly recommend!

Sets a new benchmark in hospitality!! They offered fresh fruit and juice as welcome drinks. We were served with a very special honeymoon cake with a handwritten note from the manager. That gesture is truly unforgettable. I wish they had a branch all across Vietnam.

The service of staff is the best I have experience. No 5 star hotel has even come close to their service level. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Sadly we only stay 1 night here, 3 staff actually waited with us for our Grab and help to put in our luggage. They even gave us some small gift. Highly recommended

We love this hotel from the moment we entered the door until the moment we left. The stuff (especially Nhung) is so welcoming and nice! She helped us literally with everything: we were allowed to check in after 18hours of travel at 11 AM which we really appreciated. The day after she asked her boss to give us an upgrade for a bigger room. She sent us so many recommendations (food, currency exchange, attractions). She is the best!!! The hotel is very clean and save, it’s very modern. Beds are very comfortable, there is really nothing to complain about. The breakfast was excellent, we couldn’t even wish for anything else (even coffee was great which is not typical for a hotel). We loved our stay there and we would definitely recommend it to our friends who are traveling to Hanoi soon! THANK you!

This hotel gets everything right from the minute you arrive and we loved our stay here. Our room was stylish, spacious and we had the most enormous luxurious bed with great pillows and crisp linen. Location is centrally located but thankfully on a quiet street. Great breakfast each morning. Hotel really excels on service, pitched at just the right level for us. Alice in particular couldn’t have been more helpful in making great recommendations for local restaurants, helping to arrange onward travel, anything we needed. When we came back to Hanoi for an additional night, there was no doubt where we wanted to stay and Alice arranged it all seamlessly. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Not the most central location within Old Quarters but the room (a little small) was clean and the service was excellent. We could really feel their hospitality and warmth as compared to the bigger 5* hotel we stayed in Sapa. Reception was fluent in English (there was one who seemed to speak Korean really well too) and rest of the service staff had a decent command of English. Shoutout to Alice from front desk who took really good care of us throughout our stay!

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave us the opportunity to shower after check-out to be fresh for our flight. Room was good, quite small though. The bathroom could be a little bit nicer but no big bugger. Sadly, there were not thaaaat many options for me, as a vegetarian, at breakfast. Overall, I would still come back here!

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. Our experience at Bespoke Trendy was nothing short of 5-star. We were greeted warmly everyday by all the staff at the hotel. David was helpful, personable, and really made our stay a memorable one. The spa, which is located next door is also a hidden gem. The hotel is located conveniently in Old Quarters but down a quiet street. The only 'complaint' (if you can call it that) is the washroom/shower layout in the room. The shower opens up directly into the sleeping area. So it made it a little awkward coming out of the shower. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Top notch experience. From the arranged transportation from the airport, overall experience throughout my stay, great dinners at the restaurant, roof top cocktails, the service did not skip a beat. Nothing but the highest recommendation for this hotel or their other property the Solaria Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was easy, and a ride to / from the airport made my trip seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful, was able to communicate in English, and provide all recommendations needed. Great location on a quieter street right in the old quarter and within walking distance to everything. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing and robust. But the thing that really separates this hotel from others is the staff. It’s 5 star treatment and they show so much hospitality. Alice, in particular, was sweet and so helpful. She helped me arrange transportation all around Vietnam and texted me to make sure everything was going well. She went above and beyond for me throughout my entire stay and the trip wouldn’t have been the same without her

This hotel has a great location. Only tiny issue that it is very close to the train track, which can be slightly loud at times. Still, there is nothing bad I can say about their service. They try their best to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

All in all i stayed 8 nights in the Bespoke Trendy Hotel. The first impression was very good, all the staff was helpful, friendly and very obliging. The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and excellent decorated. Especially the breakfast is amazing - with a big choice. In this hotel you can only feel good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Alice at Bespoke Trendy provided some of the best service we had in Vietnam. She had great recommendations for Hanoi and most of Vietnam as well. If I could plan my trip all over again I’d ask her advice on every detail ahead of time! The hotel itself is immaculate and modern with a cozy feel. Our view from the top floor was incredible, and the AC cooled the room down quickly despite being on the top floor. The hotel provided an extremely informative map of all the major sites of Hanoi on arrival and also provided excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants at our request. They also booked us the best seats to the water puppet show. Breakfast at this hotel was so delicious, the pastries were wonderful and they always had a fresh Pho options. There was no going hungry here; the food was always fresh and with a great variety of Vietnamese and Western options. In the evening, the restaurant is an all-you-can-eat Wagyu hotpot, which was amazing to have on a rainy day. The service at Bespoke Trendy was just incredible. One morning, we had to run to a cruise pick-up, so the hotel staff gave us boxes to pack our breakfast food in, which was so sweet. This is just one example of the attention to detail and care the hotel had that really impressed us. If we return to Hanoi we will certainly stay with Bespoke Trendy Hotel again!

One of the warmest welcomes I’ve ever had to a hotel, tend staff (especially Linh) went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay - giving us great recommendations of places to stay nearby, organising takeaway breakfast boxes when they noticed some of our group did not have enough time for breakfast, allowing us to come back and store luggage and shower when we returned to Hanoi after a trip to Sapa. Every interaction with this hotel and its staff was wonderful. Would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!

5 star everything!! The hotel is like an oasis of calm in the bustling old town of Hanoi. Bed was HUGE. Rooms were quiet. Staff were excellent. Alice (Ahn) was so accomodating, and Hong was the standout at breakfast! Because it’s down a side street too, pickup and drop offs are really easy for tours and taxis to/from airport so you don’t feel rushed. All round a great start to our trip in Vietnam! It’ll be hard to beat the service at this hotel 😊

Chose bespoke trendy after reading all the good reviews and I was totally blown away by the experience! The hotel location is great, surrounded by good food!Hotel itself is well-designed, comfortable and really clean. First room I slept in had some noise which disturbed my sleep but after feedback they immediately changed me to a quieter room and I slept like a baby. What was really impressive was the service. The staffs showed so much warmth and thoughtfulness. I was travelling with elderly and kids and they went above and beyond in ensuring our comfort and catering to our needs. For example, they offered to cook porridge specially for my 1 year old for my baby. I was extremely lucky to have met Linh Nguyen on my first day. She was so ever patient with me, helping me source for a halong bay cruise that suits our needs. She showed so much kindness and sincerity, I was so touched and it left such a wonderful memory on our travel. :) I would recommend bespoke trendy to any types of travellers, you wouldn’t be disappointed!!

Our Home away from Home. We love this hotel and staff! They looked after us like family, we came, stayed, left, came back, left, came back….they stored our luggage, waited up until we got there @1:30am one morning from the Ha Giang Loop! Woke us up early to catch flights, packed meals for us when we had to miss breakfast! The breakfast buffet is legendary, the rooms and beds so comfy, spacious with coffee/tea. The Spa next door- bliss and Lily who greets you, made us endless cups of ginger, lemongrass & lemon tea because we loved it so much! I cannot recommend this place higher! Plus, it’s position in Hanoi is perfect; walking distance to all the places to see & visit, very close to train st, the lake, smack bang in the middle of the old town. We had 2 rooms, one for parents, 1 for daughters.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our recent trip to Ha Noi and the experience was immaculate! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here if ever in visiting the city again. The hotel rooms were clean and and cute. It is centrally located - a short walk to train street and fairly close to other attractions in Old Quarter. The staff are very friendly and attentive and go out of their way to provide excellent service. We had forgotten a sweater in the hotel lobby when checking out, so we emailed them to double check and they were responsive and quickly arranged to have it shipped to us in Saigon.

Bespoke Trendy Hotel is an incredible hotel with exceptional customer service. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by staff and met Van, an amazing trainee who hosted us with impeccable customer service. If I had any questions about services or restaurants, I would message her and she would get me the information almost immediately. She was essentially our own personal concierge. Though she was trainee, she thought of every detail and brought customer service to the next level. Also, located on a less busy street, the hotel offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. They also had a amazing breakfast and the rooms were adequate and met our needs. If you want exceptional customer service and a great place to stay, I highly recommend Bespoke Trendy Hotel. And definitely ask for Van! She is the best!

I've had the chance to stay in various hotels, including at 5-star resorts, but seldom have I encountered staff as attentive, professional, and service-oriented as those at this hotel. The level of personalized, swift, and courteous VIP treatment from the reception, restaurant, and other personnel is truly exceptional and remarkable. The hotel boasts cleanliness and a well-designed space in Hanoi's old quarter, while the breakfast is of excellent quality. The only minor drawback I found is that the standard rooms lack windows; however, apart from that, everything else is flawless. All this comes at a very reasonable price. Overall, this ranks among the best hotel experiences I've had in Vietnam. 5 stars. Will definitely be back soon!

What an unbelievable stay! Incredible hotel and experience in central Hanoi. First off the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive! Ling was a fantastic host and welcomer offering us tea and candied apricots as we arrived. She ensured our rooms were ready and well prepared and we had directions and names of all the best restaurants. Thank you so much. Id also like to thank the bellman; names are Hong and Manh who were attentive, so kind and moved our bags round relentlessly. The hotel is modern, clean and well designed. Rooms are large, comfy and have everything you need including tv with netflix, snacks and aircon. Breakfast was delicious, tailored and had a huge variety! The potatoes and eggs were scrumtious! Overall, I'd highly recommend a stay here and hope to be back again soon

We stayed here only for one night, the service is amazing and all the staffs ade super friendly and supportive. The price of the hotel is reasonable, room is super clean, breakfast is good with home made noodle soup. Will definitely recommend to all my friends if they ever come to Hanoi. 🩷🩷🩷🩷 oh and they have that type of connecting rooms which is perfect for a family of 4 people or 2 couples

Best service good atmosphere and strategic location

Check-in: Our car pulled up to the hotel and a group of attendants swarmed to collect our bags and usher us in. We received a warm welcome from the staff and were escorted to our room where our bags arrived moments later. A fresh bowl of fruit, water, and tea were provided in our room. Room: We stayed in two different rooms during our trip (with a visit to Halong Bay in between). One room was slightly larger than the other, but both were furnished with comfortable beds, nice decorations, a minibar of drinks and snacks, and fresh flowers. Location: Just steps outside of the hotel was Hanoi's Old Quarter. We were never more than a 15 minute walk from local attractions...if we didn't get lost in the winding streets! Food: I typically think of hotel food as a backup plan rather than the main event, but Red Bean at La Siesta had some of the most delicious food we ate in Hanoi. We ate breakfast here every morning and enjoyed an amazing spread of fresh fruit, salads, baked goods, and local treats. Staff: La Siesta is great as a hotel offering, but t is the staff that really sets it apart. From the moment we walked in, the staff knew our names and the details of our stay. They helped arrange event tickets and spa bookings, and gave lots of local recommendations. When one staff member (thank you Joanna!) learned we were next headed to Hoi An, she wrote out a long list of recommendations from her time spent there and had it delivered to us before we left. And when we had to check out quite early to make out departing flight, Joanna made sure we had boxed breakfasts prepared to take along to the airport. Simply out, the staff alone deserves five stars!

Excellent hotel in an ideal location. Generous buffet breakfast and very good food in the Red Bean restaurant. All of the major sites in Hanoi are within walking distance. A fine choice for your stay in this city.

Nice decoration, spacious room, comfortable beds, nice views from the room and very helpful staff. They even helped me to arrange a surprise before arrival. The breakfast is also good with many options both Vietnamese and western.

One of the loveliest spas I’ve ever visited. I booked a facial online for the same day and they replied almost immediately and were able to accommodate me. The receptionist was so nice and friendly greeting us with tea and cookies. The facial itself was very relaxing with a nice face and head massage. Before we left they even gave us a gift. To conclude, great prices, great service and friendly staff.

Such a great hotel. The staff here is so friendly and always there to help you. The place is super clean and the food they serve at the restaurant is amazing. I would definitely recommend it. It's also in a really nice location close to the old quarter. We also checked out their spa during their happy hour and absolutely loved the service.

My fiance and I stayed there on two different occasions during our trip to Vietnam. Although we originally booked for only the first stay when we arrived, we enjoyed it so much we booked again for our last night in Hanoi and Vietnam before flying home. In addition to the hotel being in a great location (close to the train and right in the heart of the old town), the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to help make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also incredible, serving a mix of menu items, as well as cold and warm buffet options. I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you're overwhelmed with the amount of hotels in Hanoi and wondering which one to go to, just stay here! I promise you won't regret it!

It's my first time to Vietnam and I won't expect too much. However, I was impressed by the services and the room when I arrive. David could recognize us once we arrive the hotel at 7pm. Every staff are fluent in English, really helpful and keep smiling around the hotel. The room is well cleaned and comfortable with a small balcony so I could be relaxed before heading to Ha Long Bay next day. The breakfast was great too! Varieties of choices and made my day! Top services ever in my travel experience! Especially the lovely services we received from David! I am sure I'll visit Hanoi again and stay with this hotel!

The room is not big, but very cozy, you can find their attention to detail (cup, water bottle, bed, slipper...). The hotel is in the alley of the downtown area, so it's convenient and also very quiet. We stay there from 5/17(Wednesday) to 5/20 (Saturday) with no car horn at night. Most important is the service, it can be competitive to the 5 stars hotel, it's definitely worth 5 stars. The waiters always have a smile on their faces and are very proactive in asking what can they help. It was a very, very good stay.

Bespoke Trendy Hotel take the meaning of Hospitality to the next level. An issue with the drainage in our bathroom was raised and staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. The service provided was phenomenal and has left a lasting impression. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This was my favourite stay in Hanoi … the staff is friendly, the room is modern and plentiful, and the breakfast is excellent. It feels more like a 4/5-star hotel. The price was great too.

Very modern and classy hotel. The staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, we didn’t even have a window, which was a bit sad because of the price you pay. It felt a bit like sleeping in a closet because it was also very noisy in early morning. Very clean tho. breakfast was very good, a lot of options and again, the staff made sure you had everything you need.

Stayed here for 4 nights in April 2023. Facilities are definitely above par - fluffiest pillows, bathrobe and slippers in the room, great water pressure, scrumptious breakfast with different menu daily. But the BEST part of this hotel is hands down the exceptional service by the staffs, especially Amanda. 5 star treatment from the moment we arrived till we left. Due to our flight cancellation, we had to locate to the next door hotel for the last night and she still packed us a to-go breakfast before we left to the airport the next day! Amanda went totally above and beyond and was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay! We were actually sad to be leaving this hotel. Location is also very strategic - despite being near to most attractions in the old quarter, the hotel was located at one of the inner streets and so it was still very quiet and cosy at night away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi traffic. Will most definitely recommend this hotel.

Service was amazing! They served a welcome drink and snack before Amanda / Van Le assisted us all the way up to our room and made us feel very welcome to the hotel and Hanoi. Best hotel service I've had and I've stayed in many! The room was also spotlessly clean as they made the rooms twice a day. The breakfast spread was also substantially varied the 3 days we stayed there and was delicious. The service was attentive & friendly and clearing of plates was very timely. Conveniently located in the heart of old quarter will virtually everything within walking distance. The free manicure was also impeccably done and a great bonus!

I had a massage at La Spa and Lan gave me the best massage of my life. Super professional and at a good price. I had massages in multiple places in Thailand but none compared to how amazing this one was! Definitely go here. The front desk ladies are also amazing and welcoming

We stayed at La siesta for 1 night and we were so amazed by the customer service . We had a nice welcome , got an upgrade and when we asked for a late checkout , they arranged a separate room we could use until 5 pm . The breakfast was just awesome . Great spread and great taste . We were so happy than we got into our car for leaving to airport , the whole hotel staff came down to the street waved good bye to us and also gave a gift for our family . One of the best stays during our travels , tops even some of the 5 star hotels we stayed at before .

Returned to this hotel as our 1st experience was amazing. We chose a Premium Suite which was huge. Worth the additional cost. We thoroughly recommend. The service and breakfast are 5 🌟 +. Amanda from guest relations so kindly got us brown bread for breakfast. So thoughtful. Hotel is in a quiet street in The Old Quarter within walking distance to sights. A big thank you to all tge staff in particular Alex, Amanda ,Hong, David and Lena for their exceptional hospitality. What a super team. We have chosen to rename the hotel. The Bespoke FRIENDLY Hotel. We cannot thank you enough for all you efforts .
