Very elegant resort. Fantastic food - both in the restaurant and the breakfast served were delicious. the service at the reception is nice. The best cleaning crew on the web. everything was super spotlessly clean, every time I came back to the room everything was sparkling. Great pool overlooking the trees and the sea. Very comfortable rooms with small terraces. I will definitely come back in the future :)))))

Hugely overpriced, especially considering how much accommodation options on the island are struggling during the pandemic. Just go exploring and you'll find a much better deal, often right on the beach. The rooms themselves are great here but that's it. The hotel itself, at least during my week here, was filled with very noisy families with young children. If you're looking for a genuinely relaxed time on the beach then go somewhere that doesn't attract young families! It's disappointing that these families show such little concern for how much they disrupt what could be a truly peaceful environment. The food and 'cocktails' are also hugely overpriced. The food was middling at best despite being triple the price at a restaurant in either direction and the cocktails contained incorrect ingredients, were very weak (often tasted like sugary water) and very expensive. My girlfriend and I don't mind paying premium prices for premium services but that's not the case here - for the food, drink or the serenity of the place due to how much noise the families make. Staff were nice enough but very slow. Again, this is something we don't mind when we are at more modest establishments but when we are paying premium rates, we expect an above-average experience (at least!).

We stayed in both the garden and beach sections and both were great. The garden area is a short manicured walk from the beach but has its own nice pool, making up for any potential inconvenience. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a great selection, which kept us full all day. The staff are helpful and can help book transportation, scooter hire, and provide recommendations. We visited during the low season so luckily there was no noise from the bars in the area but it still has a lively atmosphere.

Great place to stay, lovely grounds surrounded by nature, big pool and restaurant & cafe on site. The staff were very friendly and hospitable to our needs. The only downside is if your staying in the ‘garden area’ of the resort then it is VERY VERY loud as close to a road, they do supply you with ear blocks to help combat the sound but this does not always help. When we arrived our door in our room did not shut - we asked reception and they sent maintenance people to fix this and the issue was sorted (after 3-4 times of trying and some frustrated people) - we stayed in garden room 1 so please be warned it is very loud. Breakfast is brilliant, they have so many options to chose from and there is something for everyone.

Might be the best spot on Ko Lanta. The best I've seen anyways. A lot of people agree, so its well booked, but never overcrowded. The beachfront is absolutely beautiful, the ocean to swim in regardless the tide. Staff is super nice. Spent nearly 2 weeks here with my family, very relaxed. The garden zone is ca 300m from the beach, cheaper and very tastefully done, with their own pool, great rooms and a lot of plants. Might be noisy due to the street though. At the beach zone, all rooms are great, but the beachfront villas seem worth it with their great view and tubs on the veranda.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The first night was in a superior garden loft and the 2nd night was in a beach front villa with spa. Both rooms were very clean and came with plenty of water, a water cooker, tea and coffee, toiletries, extension cord, safe, etc., etc. The service is excellent. The location is great for watching the sun go down. Plenty of chairs available and free pool towels for guests. There are 2 pools. The buffet breakfast has a very large selection of good tasting food for both farang, Thai and international travellers.

Staff great. Pools were good although didn't swim in them as too cold. Breakfast was great. Room service prices reasonable. However we stayed in the garden zone in a DELUXE GARDEN LOFT, room B4, and I give 1 star overall as would not recommend these rooms. You get a cheaper rate for the 3 budget garden rooms closest to the main road, but you still hear every single motorbike or car of your stay anywhere in the garden zone, particularly as the timber floor has no insulation. Also the garden rooms back on to a bar which plays house music with heavy bass. It closes at 1am. So all of us got to sleep after 1am. Separate bathroom wasn't a problem. Walk from garden rooms to beach is 4 minutes. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere if you want a good nights sleep.

Directly on the beach is this great resort with super fun treehouses. In all of our stay in Thailand, we have not had a breakfast like this. The choice and quality of food is brilliant! We especially liked the almost unlimited supply of tasty mango. Housekeeping kept our room spotlessly clean every single day and folded our towels in super cute animals. We had an apartment with garden view (no 3). Would not recommend the massage at the hotel, just go across the street, if you want a proper massage.

This resort is beautiful! We stayed here for 7 night and the rooms were always immaculate. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and the beach is amazing while only being a few steps away. We were impressed with how central Long Beach Chalet is. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t always have to eat at the resort and if you need to pick up some snacks or bug spray there are plenty 7Elevens and convenient stores around. Our fridge was also always stocked with water and soda, which was nice considering how hot it gets.

Very cute hotel right on the beach with a nice pool, very comfy beds and nice rooms. The floor is cracking a lot but besides that it was just perfect. We would have extended our stay but it was fully booked :(

We had booked a sea view villa for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5! Great location right on the beach, beautifully designed rooms with all amenities and an excellent breakfast buffet. There is a cafe and a restaurant on the property which makes it convenient to sit by the beach all day for those who do not want to venture out. Lots of sun beds too. If you're planning to visit the beautiful Island of Lanta, I would highly recommend staying at Long Beach Chalet. Worth every penny!

We've just stayed for 4 nights here and I can't fault it. The rooms are gorgeous, the service is amazing (var staff are a bit distracted by their phones, but everyone else is absolutely attentive, friendly and so helpful). We chose a garden room as we wanted the underneath space to chill out in, and it was great in the rain as we were still outside but protected from the monsoon rain. The pools are lovely, happy hour is great fun, and everything is so relaxed and happy. We met lovely other families, and had truly the most wonderful time- don't want to leave!! If you're looking for a chilled, relaxed beach vibe- close to wonderful local restaurants (try Family Restaurant and Melina's), you can't go past here! Highly recommend!!

The hotel has a super rustic vibe to it so be prepared and don't hope for extreme luxury! Be prepared to immerse yourself in nature and unwind accordingly. They have many good and cute little seating areas spread out across the beachfront which makes it very easy to lie there and relax almost all day! they have a beautiful cafe with great coffee (escape cafe) so you should definitely try that! their breakfast was below average in my opinion however the amount of fresh mangoes available was great! We didn't use the pool area but it looked decent while walking past it! The reception is helpful in getting you taxi's whenever needed to go and explore the island :) The rooms are beautiful, properly air conditioned and have a more modern vibe to them compared to the resort overall. Keep in mind that this resort is located a little away from the hustle and bustle! so if you would like that vibe, I suggest living closer or you can also just walk along the beach and get there or there are always tuktuk's as well!

Great resort, perfect breakfast. The rooms are clean and good. 2 pools are nice, big and clean. The beach is great and good for swimming. When you have rooms by street, there is a noise in night. The park is nice.

Very nice rooms in the Lagoon area that we stayed in. The beach is beautiful and there is lots of space in the shade along the beach. The pool is nice as well. We didn't eat at the bar in the evening, but the breakfast was nice.

Our room was at the end of the complex overlooking the lagoon.Short walk to breakfast area/bar/beach. Beautiful sandy beach and sea perfect temperature, but jelly fish occasionally. Finding a shady spot for sunbed that didn't have a towel on despite the signs was still a problem. However thoughrally recommended despite the scorching temperatures in February!!

Great Hotel! we felt like in paradise from the beginning. The nice ladies from the frontdesk managed our transfers and looked that we got everything to have a good stay in the hotel and a nice stay in Koh Lanta . The room was clean with lots of space and the roomservice always put a smile on our faces when we came back from the beach and looked at the creative towels they folded. The staff at the breakfast area and at lym's bar and restaurant were really nice and offered great food and drinks. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We loved our stay at Long Beach Chalet! The property is beautiful, clean and right next to your own private beach. There is a restaurant and coffee bar where they serve tasty food and good coffee! Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The service is really good and we would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel is a slice of heaven. We stayed in the deluxe garden bungalow and it was beautiful. It's set back from the beach, about a 4 minute walk, but there is a second pool at the centre of the garden bungalows. The staff were friendly and keen to help with everything. There are lots of sunbeds and hammocks by the pool and along the beachfront, so lots of options to sunbathe. Lots of nice restaurants along the main road or along the beach.

Great hotel for Koh Lanta, perhaps even the best one, located on the best beach of the island within walking distance from cafes and 10 minutes walk to 7/11. All the staff are very friendly: from gardeners, security guards, girls at the reception, in the restaurant and cleaning ladies. I was especially impressed with how beautifully the girls tried to make new figurines out of towels every day. They cleaned a room well and came to ask unobtrusively, did not knock on the door in the morning. I stayed in a large bungalow near the pool in the garden and I really liked it. I don’t know why people here complain that it’s far from the beach, on the contrary, it was nice for me to walk past beautiful trees every time; and in the garden I like it much more than on the beach: there’s much more privacy and peace. Breakfast was excellent and varied, lots of choice. The hotel has two swimming pools: one large near the sea, the other smaller in the garden. There is also a restaurant and cafe on site, which is very convenient if you want drinks or food. There are many free hammocks, sunbeds and gazebos on the beach. I could see that the houses are being looked after, the territory is being cleaned, although there is a lot of fallen leaves. BUT beware that families with little children and babies like to stay here, so if you want peace and tranquility, choose another hotel or endure children's crying) in general, everything is fine.

We stayed here during the low season for 8 nights. The room was absolutely amazing located right on the beach, the staff of the hotel were super nice and friendly, the breakfast buffet was rich and the bar/restaurant had almost every night a fire show. We rented a scooter from the hotel which gave us the option to exlpore the small island. We would love to come back again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Long Beach Chalet. We stayed in the beachfront suite, and those are amazing! The room is beautiful, with a huge outside shower and tub on the porch. The staff is super lovely. My boyfriend proposed on the beach during a private dinner, and the staff did anything they could to make the night one to remember. The pool is clean and pretty, located in front of the sea. There is a café that makes great coffee and a good restaurant for your everyday food and cocktails. Breakfast is great too. Can’t be more enthousiastic about this place. Would very much recommend and hope to be back one day.

Great hotel, we had deluxe beachfront bungalow with terrace. There was big round couch and bath outside. The bathroom was nice with big shower and well equipped. The whole bungalow was well-designed with big windows around and clean. We had a view of the sea straight from our bed which was awesome. One minus for me was that there was no slippers and too many children in restaurant and breakfast area so we ate at our terrace which was also quite nice. Overalls I recommend it for everyone 😀

Can't think of anything bad about this place. Large clean rooms, great people, lovely breakfast buffet and a nice beach with beautiful sunsets every day. The restaurant at the hotel serves good thai and western food, but is a little expensive. Also a lovely cafe serving very good artisan coffee on site. We ended up walked to the main road and eating at other restaurants. It is a 10-15 min walk so if you have a bike it would be more convenient. Highly recommended for all types of travellers.

Such a great place to stay. Very friendly staff, well located, amazing room. We had a room with private jacuzzi just in front of the beach & it is definively worth it. The room was huge, there were a mosquito repellent plug inside the room. The shower was huge & outside of the room but still closed enough for the insect to stay away. The aircon was working like a charm and not so noisy. The place was very calm, the swimming pool was perfect. The breakfast was good. The place was very clean & we had an amazing time there. You can ask the reception for anything you want, from a trip to scooter rental. There are massages & yoga if you are into it. The jacuzzi outside at night was definitively the best. For me this place is so worth it especially when you look at the price.

Our stay at Long Beach Chalet was fabulous. The property has a really luxurious feel to it but it didn't cost us as much as some other lux resorts in the area. The pool and bar area are really nice to relax, come and grab a drink in the afternoon and watch some of the most amazing sunsets! The beach on front of the hotel is amazing too if you just want to relax on the beach. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was very nice. All of the mini bar and snacks were complementary which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good and the ladies serving it in the morning are the friendliest bunch! They offer a lot more services, like scooter rental and transportation to your next destination/airport. There is also some yoga classes in the morning, although we didn't participate, and they offer massages too. Highly recommend this place if you are not on a budget in Ko Lanta

Absolutely loved our stay!! Gorgeous rooms with complimentary drinks and daily cleans, fantastic location right on the beach, food was delicious and fairly priced, the breakfast included was great and had a good variety, staff were so kind and helpful. On Tuesday night there was a great DJ and nightlife at the bar next door. Highly recommend! It also looked like the one of the nicest resorts on Long Beach when we went for a walk.

This place was a spectacular resort experience. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, the food is is great in the restaurant, great coffee shop on property, beautiful part of Long Beach. The beach front villa was a extremely clean and was a beautiful room. Air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was huge with a unique shower room. Jacuzzi tub on the front porch was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the beach bar and restaurant here as well as the live music and fire dancers in the evening. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. The pool was a refreshing alternative to swimming in the ocean and was very clean. Watch out for jellyfish in this stretch of beach.

This place was perfect. Everything you need is here, but also really close to some amazing cafe’s and restaurants. Everything was immaculate and staff were all friendly and helpful. Had an amazing massage and fun with the free paddle boards. We booked the sea view villa, I can’t recommend these enough, I’d avoid the garden view option personally, they look great but it’s nicer to be closer to the beach and close to breakfast / bar etc. Also, breakfast was really good, everything you want / need. This place has been the highlight of our 3 week trip so far.

Our stay in November was just wonderful! We booked transportation with the hotel to and from Krabi airport. Everything went smooth and made our trip worry free. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and the bonus was the water in glass bottles! Our A/C went out one day and was fixed within two hours. Staff was extra kind. We also had the included breakfast which was well worth it. This property has a great beachfront and is centrally located on the island. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Long Beach Chalet in March and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We stayed there with our family and friends for our wedding, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our big day. Firstly, the wedding planning process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the excellent communication with Tum and his team. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and ensured that everything was taken care of, from the ceremony setup to the BBQ buffet, private bar, speaker setup, and DJ for the after-party. We were impressed with how well everything was executed, and it made our day all the more special. The accommodation was equally impressive. We booked both the Beach Front Bungalows with ocean views and the standard garden rooms for our guests. The Beach Front Bungalows were luxurious and spacious, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The standard rooms were also very comfortable, each with a balcony overlooking one of the hotel's two pools. We found all the rooms to be very clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel's location is peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Overall, our stay at the Long Beach Chalet was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway or a stunning wedding venue. Thank you to the entire team at Long Beach Chalet for making our time there so memorable.
