My
experience
with
Dr.
Philip
Kessler
at
Alldent
has
been
nothing
short
of
a
profound
disappointment.
His
deceptive
practices,
substandard
work,
and
broken
promises
have
left
me
utterly
disillusioned
and
distrustful
of
both
him
and
Alldent
as
a
whole.
First
and
foremost,
the
issue
of
billing
is
deeply
concerning.
At
the
outset
of
my
treatment,
Dr.
Kessler
provided
me
with
a
price
that
we
agreed
upon.
However,
when
the
final
bill
arrived,
I
was
shocked
to
find
that
it
was
significantly
higher
than
what
was
initially
discussed.
It
is
clear
that
this
unjustified
price
increase
was
solely
due
to
my
private
insurance
coverage.
However,
the
most
distressing
aspect
of
my
experience
was
the
abysmal
quality
of
the
dental
work
I
received.
To
my
dismay,
the
materials
used
to
repair
my
teeth
started
to
come
loose
within
less
than
a
week.
Seeking
a
resolution,
I
returned
to
Alldent,
where
Dr.
Kessler
promised
to
replace
the
faulty
materials
with
better
ones
at
no
additional
cost.
To
my
disbelief,
my
ordeal
worsened.
Not
only
did
I
receive
a
second
exorbitant
bill,
completely
contradicting
Dr.
Kessler's
assurance
of
waiving
fees
for
the
improved
materials,
but
he
also
flatly
denied
ever
making
such
a
commitment.
This
blatant
disregard
for
his
word
and
refusal
to
take
responsibility
is
indicative
of
both
his
lack
of
professional
integrity
and
ethical
standards.
The
culmination
of
these
deplorable
practices
has
not
only
eroded
my
confidence
in
Dr.
Kessler's
capabilities
but
has
also
shaken
my
trust
in
the
entire
Alldent
establishment.
Regrettably,
I
was
forced
to
abandon
my
plans
for
further
dental
implant
procedures
with
Alldent,
despite
having
invested
over
500
euros
in
comprehensive
preoperative
assessments.
In
conclusion,
my
encounter
with
Dr.
Philip
Kessler
at
Alldent
has
left
me
deeply
disheartened
and
disillusioned.
His
deceptive
billing
tactics,
subpar
craftsmanship,
and
failure
to
uphold
promises
have
irreparably
damaged
my
perception
of
his
competence
and
the
credibility
of
Alldent.
