I’ve encountered two dentists, one okay, one horrible (that gave me insane tooth pain after the treatment). The stuff is overall not so friendly. But what makes the experience really bad is that they charge you insanely high amount of money for simple operations. I’m shocked when I received the bill. I’ve been to other big dental companies and I’ve never seen bills like this. They add up little tiny thing including your one-min call to make the appointment. They would call it consultation. I’ll never visit here again. Please save yourself time and energy, don’t come here!!

Very friendly staff and modern facilities. However, place has a very commercial attitude and pushes hard. For example, my wife was scheduled for a dental cleaning, even though she did not want one. Then she suddenly was told she had 2 cavities, even though the same place had told her NO Cavities just 2 weeks earlier. When she called this out, the staff just shrugged it off. I had a similar instance before, when I was told I should have several of my fillings redone, even though another dentist later confirmed there was no need for such procedure. Overall, good place but above experiences leave a bad taste in the mouth

⚠️ they contacted people who left bad reviews with a lawyer and threatened legal action if the reviewers didn’t take it down!!! Told my friend they needed many procedures, even though two other dentists confirmed their teeth are perfect. Looks like they do a good job on cleanings, but COMPLETELY UNETHICAL for dental procedures.

on line service was down and the appointment system doesn’t work, drove 25 mins to come here and got this great news. Get the staff up to date and stable please!

I had a very pleasant experience with the dental services provided at this dental health center. Dr. Prenga amd Ms, Drenushe were very friendly and patient and took time to inspect and answer all my questions. After my general inspection, they immediately performed cleaning and filling for me without any further appointments. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to everyone who needs dental advise and treatment.

I was going to this place for several years but not anymore. They told me only 6 frontier teeth for simple cleaning will be covered by insurance! I asked them if your bussines plan is changed? They said that TK, AOK,... do not have enough budget and you have to pay by yourself for proper normal cleaning(not professoinal) and checkup! Although they used my insurance, I have to find another place as cleaning and checkup were left incomplete! (if they delete my review, I will hire a lawyer and officially complain!!!!!!)

I’ve had cleaning, regular check ups and a repair for a broken filling here. Overall I’m very happy with the service. I’ve gone to at least 3 different dentists before and felt I needed to keep looking. Now I feel I can come here regularly and can stop looking. The staff is very caring and checks to see how you are doing throughout the appointment. Highly recommended! (For expats: some of the receptionists could be a bit friendlier but this is not unusual in Germany.)

I will never go to this center again. For the teeth cleaning, it was carried out by some nurse or other stuff instead of the doctor. After receiving my bill, there are some surprising expenditures called above average difficulty and time for check up and advices.

Today I had my teeth cleaned by Frau Shehu in this clinic. She was a true professional and dis her job with great skill and dedication. I am impressed with her positive attitude and care for her patient. Many Thanks.

They didn't help my father - said the tooth needs to be pulled out, we went to another doctor - he saved the tooth. The prepayment of 200 Euro has been taken and promised I will get the bill per post and will get the rest back. Never got the money or bill. After two months of silence I called them three times, wrote an email. No reaction. At all. Every time a different girl on the phone says she need to ask the colleague, or I need to call some other time etc.

The dental health center Dr. Berand is very modern and well equipped. Appointments are always easy to be set. All people working there are very friendly and professional. I had a very thorough teeth cleaning with Mrs. Shehu. She was very gentle and took the time to take proper care of my teeth and gums. A place with friendly staff and short waiting times. I've been doing professional teeth cleaning, regular checkups and a few emergency procedures there in the last three years. Every time the staff was very efficient. One particular highlight: on a regular teeth cleaning the cleaning specialist (Frau Schehu) noticed that I have a few teeth a bit grinded off on one side. So she supposed I might clench my jaw while I sleep, and she recommended that I apply for a jaw splint. Which was also then recommended by a doctor. The dental center led the whole procedure including negotiating with the insurance, so in the end I got the splint without any extra cost, which is pretty impressive.

I had a good experience with Dr. Berand clinic. I did professional teeth cleaning + teeth whitening. I’m very satisfied with the result. Some of the whitening gel got on my gum, but it’s a minor accident.
