It was a wonderful experience at this amazing place. Reasonable charges. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had our privacy and served one of the best dinner & breakfasts ever. The pool is perfect and so are the rooms. Definitely recommend it for family or friends get togethers.

Very spacious and comfortable villa and a nice peaceful garden with a pool. The staff is perfect - friendly and helpful. The manager, Suranga, can arrange anything you need - be it transport, a visit to a local family, opening king coconuts by the pool, or a surprise birthday cake. The breakfasts were delicious, with all the fresh fruit we could eat, and as for other meals, they can prepare anything you like, using the fresh produce from the day's market. Highly recommended!

Nice and comfortable place for groups in a budget. The property itself needs a bit of renovation and looks a bit older than it is but still quite comfortable. Nice little swimming pool inside allows you to chill to your hearts content. A bit inland from the beach but not a deal breaker. Inhouse service is excellent.

I recently stayed at this resort, and my experience was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. However, the mosquito situation was quite problematic, and I found myself constantly fending them off. The highlight of my stay was the excellent cooking at the resort, but unfortunately, the food didn't quite satisfy my taste buds. The person in charge of the resort seemed a bit unwelcoming, which was a drawback, but it was manageable. On a scale of 100, I would rate this resort a 60. One significant advantage of this place is its proximity to Thalpe and Unawatuna beaches, both of which are within a 10-15 km radius, offering beautiful seaside escapes.

This place is a gem. We stayed 7 nights because we enjoyed it so much! The whole property is so green and beautiful with a big pool in the middle. Extremely friendly service (organized airport transfer and bicycle rental for us), they even cut coconuts from the trees and showed us how to open them. The included breakfast every morning was the cherry on top!

Most peaceful place - lots of animals to see for breakfast. Staff is super friendly and food is just amazing. Best place to rest for some days. Thanks guys!!

It was a great experience that we had in ithin romaya villas.. it is a very calm and safe environment which is able to enjoy ourselves as we wish. And the staff is also friendly and the food was amazing with the skiils of the chef. It is full of beautiful scenarios...

For our need, which was basically a getaway for a group of closely knit friends, this was perfect. We just hung for a couple days and made havoc :) the service was excellent, and they were very attentive and very patient with us. The location is pretty good because its in close proximity to many attractions while also the property itself is secluded and away from the road. So silent and good, plenty of trees and a spacious terrain garden. The pool was also well kept and very pleasant. Basically we had fun! So thank Suranga & team. Would defa recommend the place and hosts for a let loose and relax kind thing! Enjoy peeps!
