First of all, I have to mention that my experience with the room service and the rooms were positive and very friendly. Now, because my rating for the reception and spa facilities would be in the minus range, I give you 1 star. Spa facilities: Did not work. Not in the evening, not in the morning. Gym should be renamed to "training room". Reception: when I told the lady at reception at the checkout 20 min after my spa visit thsat this did not work, she mentioned "it is working". Also other guests had been there who also noticed this. I hope they will also write a review here. This behaviour is terrible. Now, to the pending case 1 week after my visit. Until today, they still block 50 EUR as a deposit on my credit card - even if they told me they will release it at the day of check out (1 week ago). I sent them a message with picture of the bank details but it seems like they dont care. They have stopped to reply. So my stay incl. Dinner cost me instead of around 200 EUR (Room, dinner, breakfast) overall 250 EUR for 1 night without spa. Wow..

Hotel is ok, staff good but they could have informed me about breakfast is not included and it costs 35 euros for a couple. I don’t think it deserves 17,50 per person on this breakfast.

I came here with a tourist group, they are nothing but racist. They took us to a seperate room for breakfast and gave us a full carbs meal, didn't even bother giving a fork. Not only this but all the staff acts like they saw a monster when we just came down to ask some questions.

Great stop en route, dog friendly (€12 supplement), free parking though we paid the €15 for private secure interior parking because the car was full of stuff. The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful, kitchen open part 21:30, and all the staff super kind and helpful, breakfast had a wide selection and everything was delicious and with a 12pm check out time we enjoyed a dip in the pool and a bit of sauna, stream Room and bubble massage (no extra charge). Will definitely stay again when driving through again.

Easy to locate as it is close to the motorway. There is plenty of free parking available outside. The hotel is in a nice quite area. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of choices. Would defiantly come again.

Excellent friendly service. The food was excellent as was the service. We did not have coffee in our room, so the receptionist arranged for us to have a coffee in the bar area before we left as too early a departure for breakfast. Definitely went the extra mile. The morning receptionist was very friendly and came down to the car park to let us out as it was locked. Room very clean and comfortable

The surrounding area is not appealing but has reasonable restaurants nearby and the hotel itself is very good and reasonably priced

Das Zimmer war geräumig, hatte zwar einen Kühlschrank, der leider nicht kühlte. Das Restaurant im Haus war bestens. Man konnte die Kühl-Akkus über Nacht abgeben, was super war bei der Hitze. An der Bar musste man teilweise etwas länger warten, bis man bedient wurde. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse left much to be desired. Firstly, the location of our room was unfortunate, as it was situated right next to the elevator. This proximity made it extremely loud and disrupted our sleep throughout the night. It was quite disappointing that we were assigned such a noisy room. Another letdown was the state of the spa facilities. The spa area was not as clean as we expected, which was a bit unsettling given the importance of hygiene in such spaces. Additionally, we were looking forward to enjoying the pool, but to our dismay, it was not heated. There was a note saying they will fix it soon... One notable aspect of our stay was the lack of attentiveness from the hotel staff. No one ever asked us about our stay or even extended a simple greeting or good morning during our time at the hotel. This lack of engagement with guests left us feeling overlooked and undervalued as patrons. While there were certainly areas that fell short of our expectations during our stay at the Holiday Inn in Mulhouse, we appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff in maintaining room cleanliness. In conclusion, our stay at the Holiday Inn had its downsides, including the loud room, subpar spa conditions, and the absence of warm hospitality from the staff. We hope that these issues can be addressed in the future to improve the overall guest experience.

Sind leider enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Es ist kein Holiday Sinn Standard. Matratzen sind sehr schlecht ( warum sind nicht wie in Hamburg oder Singen gute Matratzen im Zimmer ? ) Matratzen sind durchgelegen und auch auf dem Bild zu erkennen. Bad war dreckig, alte Vorhänge, furchtbar braune Sessel, Gläser schmutzig sowie komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Aber das schlimmste ist der Frühstücksraum. Niedrige Decken, viel zu kleiner Frühstücksraum und zu wenig Plätze für die Größe des Hotels! Sorry aber leider kein Holiday Inn Standard !!

Overall good hotel. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, the dinner and breakfast were good and the staff was very friendly. I was only missing a power socket on my side of the bed.

Bad service and interior. The hotel has a spa and even car park. But the service is very bad, and the repairs are generally terrible. Despite the fact that this hotel is quite new, all the walls are scratched both in the rooms and in the corridors, it is very cold, the entrance is very dirty. They charged me a 400 euro deposit, but there isn't even a minibar in the room. And the bed sheets were so old that there were holes in it and the pillowcases were a different size than the pillow. It helps that there is a simply magnificent steakhouse nearby!) In general, an ordinary overnight stay for travelers. I don't understand why there are 4 stars.
