Wow, what an absolute gem of a hotel! I'm thrilled I found this place and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mulhouse. Everything here had a personal touch, from the room to the restaurant and especially the service. The room was pretty standard size for France and Europe (so a bit small by American standards) but still ample space to not feel suffocated while you're in the room. The beds, linens, and towels were all very nice and comfortable. The TV had Netflix and all the streaming services, but I didn't come to this hotel to watch TV. The wifi here is super fast also, which is a huge plus! There was a free bag of (local?) cookies on the bed. Also of note: the hotel is accessed through a courtyard that's gated, and they lock the gate late at night (obviously, they unlock it if you're going out). In other words, it's super secure, although I didn't really feel unsafe in the neighborhood at any point. (For my fellow dog owners: this hotel allows dogs for €5 per night.) I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and I was blown away by the whole experience. The prices were beyond reasonable (€29 for a three course meal, €8 for a glass of champagne), the food was incredible, and the server was outstanding. This restaurant is definitely one of those that you want to keep secret but at the same time you want to tell everyone about how terrific it is. I really hope more people find out about the restaurant and dine here even if they're not staying at the hotel. Perhaps the best part of this hotel was the employees and their service. You can tell the employees really enjoy doing what they do and working here isn't merely a paycheck for them. The ladies at the front desk, the housekeeper, the restaurant server...everyone really went above and beyond (even by American standards, which, if you've been to France, really says something). When I arrived, I was given a quick tour of the room. Really not necessary but very much appreciated. Bravo to this hotel and all the employees.

Staff was hospitable and professional. AC worked well. Great location by the trams. Good choice of stay to avoid chain hotels.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and great location. Tasty breakfast (hot scramble and bacon, pastry, cornflakes, great 100% juice, fruits…) Pleasant design of interior. Coffee machine in the room. Only one drawback for me was two single mattress together on large bad. Recommend!

We just visited Mulhouse for the 1st time and stayed at the Berti hotel. What a nice place. Old private house, remodelled with modern with taste, great location, delicious breakfast but really the staff makes all the difference. Everyone was smiling, enthousiaste, knowledgeable and willing to take the time with us. We really really appreciated it. Thank you . Muriel and Stefan.

A super welcome, very friendly. Room, large and newly decorated so very clean. Nice and quiet very near to Christmas market on foot.

A great example of what a quality, independent hotel should be and a real find that we will definitely be returning to. Lovely welcome and were shown to our room which was decorated beautifully with a big bathroom. Close to the town centre and dog friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but only because we wanted to leave early due to our long drive south but I’m sure it would have been good. Highly recommended, Andy….

A pleasant and friendly welcome and stay located on the edge of the old town center of Mulhouse. On a quiet street with +/- 10 free parking places on premises. Tastfully renovated with a large choice for breakfast.

The staff was really helpful. My room was clean and it had air conditioning. I had a very pleasent stay overall.

The Rooms are a little dissapointing, they are very small and have no fridge. The bathroom has a very awkward glass door so don't be shy. The building is pretty but I would try to find another hotel if I had a do over.

Great location close to the train station but also the old town. The staff is very friendly and even helped us with the luggage. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked absolutely perfect! Merci encore une fois!

We stayed one night, it is nice and clean. I put 4 starts not because there is anything wrong with the hotel but it is an average hotel. The room is comfortable, breakfast is small but sufficient and it is walking distance to the center area.

Perfect hotel in an excellent location, near the train station. The service was faultless, perfect. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Thank you for the wonderful service
