緊張と不安で始めたパーソナルトレーニングはもうすぐ1年になります。
担当の渡邉トレーナーはトレーニングはもちろんのこと、とても知識が豊富で、食事のアドバイスも細かく、体の使い方など、今まで気に掛けてこなかったことまで親切丁寧に教えてくれます。心配していたのぼせや偏頭痛のことも気にかけてくれ、体調によってトレーニングの仕方も考えてくれます。
運動とは無縁だった私ですが、トレーナーの指導と励ましで20kgの減量に成功。今は美ボディ目指してトレーニング中です。
理想の引き締まった体を目指して、これからも頑張っていきます。
