A very pethetic experience with payment . Yesterday on 20.8.2020 I made purchases of rs.3523/- for which I paid through Google pay. My bank account showed payment and transaction successful my google account showed payment done by Amul.green system did not show the payment received. The store made me pay another ra. 3523/- and then I could take the purchases. If such a unreliable system exists for customers how can anyone visit again. I hope the MD who is promoting the store takes note of this . Since I had the excess amount I made the payment . How can a common man think of visit to this store.

Quite dissappointed with service and products. The products ain't available when needed which is probably due to bad management of product chain inventory. Even the gaint supermarkets such as Dmart are better.

A normal expected supermarket. Full of things but really packed of products. Prices are average and are discounted than most. Feels like a normal professional supermarket. Here you can find some Uk founded products. However thr lanes are not clear or labelled nor are the prices for all the products.

Yesterday I ordered 2 Taza milk of one litre... I received only one. Your delivery guy said I ll get my refund of one liter Taza... But still I didn't received. This happens with me thrice in a month

I can not even give them one star, this is not Amul, but the staff they have are the worst, all the uneducate people who doesnt even know how to deal with their customer, we buy our grocerry from this place every month whoch is almost 10K ot 12K, and they dont even bother to offer any help. We asked them if someone can help, they simply ignored that. They lost their business, we are not at loss. Useless, the management should think about it and train them before it gets late.
