    Visited this Fine Art Museum last year with two Japanese women. Nice exhibits and beautiful views of the lake and gardens. Cafe and gift shop.

    A museum for Hakone ekiden which is a kind of marathon competition for college student. Poor exhibitions. Disappointed.

    Very lovely art museum with excellent view on the lake and it's surroundings. You can even see Mt. Fuji if the weather is good. I'd recommend it to come here.

    For 500¥, it's a lot of info boards, few donated uniform & shoes from the past runners in display. The most impressive was the wooden To-bound trophy on display. Worth to take a look if you are here and a long distant running fan, like me. 😅

    Couldn't see any views as it was a complete whiteout which happens quite a lot, so bear out in mind if booking a trip

    Fantastic museum showing the history and evolution of the biggest sporting event in Japan. Includes real kits and shoes as worn by the athletes over the years. A must for any sports fan.
