I haven't even completed all of my services yet and so far the service is 5 star amazing... everyone is super polite and hospitable and accommodating, I would definitely book again and again and I have already recommended them to so many people I couldn't tell you! I flew in from Canada to have services done since the same services are double n triple sometimes more in Canada and it was definitely worth it. I'm seeing results already, I am being informed of everything that they do and why they do the things they do in the order and the time frame that they do! so they keep you knowledgeable and aware of everything that's going on. *****They do not take Canadian currency so Canadians please be mindful of that and have your money in either American or Jamaican dollars or you can pay via credit card****. I have to come back in a couple months for round 2 of all my services and I am already excited about the trip, it's definitely a go to for non invasive services that avoid you from having to go under the knife!

I've been going to Body Studio Skincare since December 2022 to have Laser Hair Removal done. I've since done 3 sessions and I've seen much improvement. My technician was Odette and she always ensures my comfort as well as following up with me after each appointment. She also advises me as to proper skincare techniques as it relates to my treatment. Overall, the service is good, and the staff is great. Strongly recommend. I'll post an update with pictures after I've done 8 sessions.

The aestheticians are all warm and professional, especially my fave -- Camille! Camille patiently answers my one million and one questions and never makes me feel rushed or unappreciated. I have had very good experiences with customer service so far and definitely recommend for that reason. I'm docking a star for punctuality -- I've had more than one time I've had long waits or delayed starts. But the warmth of the staff is great 💙

I absolutely love this place. The customer service is very good and they are all lovely people. The young lady that dealt with me was Juvéy and she was very polite and kind. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Most importantly, the procedures are the real deal. They work!!

I was looking for a solution for the hollowness under my eyes . I stopped by Body Studio skincare’s Mall Plaza office today and though I didn’t plan on doing the service right away, the fact that the staff was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. The aesthetician recommended under eye fillers for me , this is something I had been researching and calling different med spas locally for pricing, so the concept wasn’t new to me . Though I’m afraid of needles, I decided to take the plunge, and I’m so happy I did. I saw amazing results immediately after the filler and it took about 10-15 minutes for the session . The price was also extremely reasonable as well . During my session I felt extremely relaxed and I could tell the person administering the treatment knew exactly what she was doing . I highly recommend this company .

Juvey administered my treatment and she’s really good at what she does. I have been using Body Skincare Studio services for a couple of years now. I decide to visit about two weeks ago to do some skin care treatment and the technician Odette was nothing less than Calming. She distracted me with conversations and informed me of all the information I needed to know. She made me feel very comfortable.
