This place is such a GEM in the heart of New Kingston. Despite the last minute appointment, they were very accommodating and made our 1st anniversary extra special. 10/10 best massage experience I've ever had. This was a birthday gift to me and I can say without a doubt it's right up there with best gifts I've received to day. The staff is very professional and inviting but big up especially to my masseuse Shanique, girl your hands are a gift from God, you clearly love what you do and you obviously give nothing but your best!

I went to do a Swedish massage at Head to Fleek and let me just say, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received in Jamaica! Staff is very caring and professional! They welcome you as soon as you enter. Staff check on you throughout and one offered me a more comfortable seating during my wait time. They even offered me a complimentary glass of apple juice. Shanique did my massage and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Being there was an experience from I entered to when I left. Will definitely be going back!

I had an awesome experience on my visit yesterday 17/06/23. Customer Service is on point from the moment you walk in. The beauty of your surroundings also adds to your pleasure. I was surprised with a grand birthday singing, wine and a beautifully decorated cupcake while adorned in the white signature collection of “HF” ….. memorable 🌹 Kudos to the Management and staff for making my day pleasurable.
