To my pleasant surprise I did a treatment with Chanel for the first time last week. Well if Andrea is version 1.0, Chanel is version 2.0! Face to Face understands that everything matters. Good products and professional staff are their basics. But they've mastered all the other details of the salon experience too. Ambiance lighting temperature smell... the finer courtesies of a complimentary 🍸 As someone used to my regular service providers I'm always understandably hesitant to try somewhere new but F2F hasn't disappointed. They are consistent across services and aestheticians. From my brow wax to my Swedish massage every time I try a new service I've had nothing but an 4-5 🌟 experience. For that and the finer details you will pay a little more but that's to be expected. I went for a service and left with so much more! It was my first experience and definitely not my last. Chanel and her mom made me feel like family. The level of professionalism and care during my service was second to none and the ambiance, from entrance to treatment room offers the perfect spa setting. Very dedicated staff and knowledgeable on the area of skin care. I have received the most outstanding service from this establishment, they have great customer service and Chanel is willing to listen and answer all of your questions for a customer focused approach. Honestly this spa has changed my skin so much. They tailor your skin routine based on their assessment of your skin issues. That being said, I'm more confident even though I still have a few blemishes remaining. However, with patience and consistency, I believe I will accomplish my skin goals with Face-to-Face. I am very happy with the service and the results of my skin which is much improved at Face to Face Day Spa, I use to suffer with acne and have tried several products & medications prescribed by dermatologist which did not work ,I felt like giving up but thank God I came to Face to Face , their facial treatments and products have transformed my skin !

Honestly, face to face spa is the best I've ever been to. Mrs. Ricketts and Chanel Ricketts are passionate about skin care . I live in St. Elizabeth, and I travelled all the way to Kingston for my facial treatments. It's has been three months now ,and I am loving my results so far . The products are very effective .
