I went to a few rooms to check them out. Some of the A/C units didn't work, some sheets weren't completely white, were stained. The one room I stayed in the fridge didn't have such a pleasant smell, the washroom tiles weren't clean, there was no phone in one of the rooms. They had mentioned the elevator hasn't worked for a while. All furniture is old. There was a room with a bed that was shredded up and old under the sheets. The Windows weren't cleaned, the service lady wouldn't let down the price due to it being do bad. Terrible customer service. In all, it wasn't exactly horrible since I did get a room that was decent. But always check the rooms anywhere you go.

Not sure what to say about this hotel. More can be done about the aesthetic and service but people just lack the zeal to promote and market such a gem in the middle of the city

Meaningful exposition. Uplifting messages of encouragement, inspiring moving relevant presentations for all ages. Worth every second of my attendance Should be repeated across the island. Relevant powerful and meaningful.

My experience was horrible . Bad costumer service also we receive our room dirty, Sheets are dirty but well spead on bed . When told the lady at the front desk not she giving us attitude and not answering our questions. It was Very Uncomfortable . We had to crash there for only one night. They are not ready .

I loved the fact that they were available on such short notice. HOWEVER, the experience made me wish I had taken the 2 hour journey home instead. The room I got was neat and tidy, yet the ac I paid for needed servicing and the overhead fan wasn't blowing cool air. The bathroom had been used and not flushed properly, then the toilet started overflowing. While Donavan, the only pleasant staff there, was kind enough to mop up the mess, we were not offered another room that we asked for. We had to wait until that was sorted, after being so tired and desperately wanting to sleep. One towel was provided per room, even though we mostly had double occupancy rooms. We got some cup noodles and needed some forks and we were told there weren't any. Not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided, neither did they have any available for purchase. And if that wasn't all bad, we were unable to sleep from 5am because a church was playing so loudly that it made our heads hurt. The lady at the front desk, Ms. Dixon, needs to work the morning shifts because she's not so pleasant in the night time. I appreciate her efforts to contact her superior re our sleeping arrangements though. In conclusion, I definitely will not be returning for another stay.

I had an awesome experience here at Olympia. Faith apostolic church is right next door and they have a lovely singing choir as well as a great sermon. The hotel itself is accommodating with lovely pool, welcoming guests, and there are plenty of sports to play in the field space. It is walking distance to Half Way Trees and Uber ride safe. Thank you for your consideration Mrs. Blake and the lovely staff and friends there that provided information about activities I can participate in and ital food I can enjoy. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in May 2018.i rented a room with AC and Fan also a refrigerator ,flat screen TV 2 beds was in my room,i was offer 2 rooms one with less payment and one with more this means you got what you ask for pay more for what u need.I was very comfortable within my 5 days stayed will go back there again.didnt have any problems.

Friendly, courteous staff. Always willing to help. Great environment to host functions, wedding. Etc. Meals are on point.

On top of the bad customer service that we received the bathroom also over flowed and they refused to give us another room after paying 40,000 for the night. WORST PLACE TO STAY

The staffs are okay, the beds are so uncomfortable and old, hard and they the creek so much. Had an outfit that needed ironing an they didn't have any iron, Needs upgrading.

Definitely not for a vacation or more than one night quick stay (wink wink)

Second time at this hotel and I really enjoyed it for what it offers.

The location is well within reach.

Perfect for a short stop over, i spend a few hours there after the disco in kingston, they did not have breakfast for us in the morning, no blankets when the night gets cool, the curtains are too thin it lets in all the sunlight and try not to go there on a Saturday night, the church starts very early, makes it impossible to sleep.

A low cut budget hotel. Cheapest rooms are very basic and the beds aren't that comfortable. The other level rooms gives you a better bed with few more options such as ceiling fan and a/c.

Customer Service is very poor and the place need fix up. Don't know what the owner is doing to make this place great again.

The rooms without air conditioning units are not comfortable and they provide no fan in the room for you to use. And also there is a big air conditioning unit in the room and rat is running out it on the bed. It was the most disgusting experience I have ever had in my entire life . Something serious needs to be done with this so call motel /hotel and I won't stop talking about it until serious changes take place. Next thing my commendations to the front desk receptionist (the younger one) you are the best !! Keep it up girl.
