We had an amazing experience. When we came there was no one in their because of the time. The cashier was patience with us and was very helpful since it was out first time. The ice cream was rolled for both my sister and me in a short time. Then afterwards we started and are the ice cream while having a conversation with the manager. The experience was unforgettable and I will definitely go again.

Great flavours and service, I go there all the time and it's always a pleasure. I personally enjoy watching the process, there's just something about it. There's a pretty decent range of flavours to mix and match as well, they even have vegan options for those so inclined. A great experience overall.

Very affordable, lots of variety, speedy yet entertaining service, and very clean and friendly atmosphere. They also have vegan recipes available at a higher cost but it's a great taste with coconut milk used as the cream. I would recommend here for maybe couples getting to know each other or even being together for years, families and friends chilling out.

My first time and I love it. The experience is in the making of the ice scream rolls. To see a slice of red velvet cake and a mini Milky way chocolate turn into a delicious ice scream is just heaven.😋

My first experience didn't live up to my expectations. Customer service was good. Lots of flavors to select from. But the final product was just ok. When I had my first bite there was no wow factor. Ordered Bobby and twix, they used one Bobby and one bite sized twix. Barely taste the twix, didn't taste the Bobby. Also got red velvet with rum cream. Thank God for the rum cream that save the flavour. A super thin slice of red velvet cake was used and I guess it got lost. Love the concept and like watching the process. But hope the flavor is improved.

My husband and I chose to visit on the way from church before 2pm on a Sunday. Place was empty. Awesome! I got to ask all my questions and the answers were given with all patience. Then the gentleman who was to roll my ice cream asked it was my first time and got to making my ice cream like it was to give me a great impression of the experience. Great! Took less than 5 minutes to be rolled. I got to choose 1of 4 syrups: chocolate, caramel, strawberry or pineapple followed by 1 of numerous toppings to include raisins, gummies, peanuts, sprinkles, cheers... Yummy! My ice cream of choice was the black forrest (real black forrest cake) and Baileys (real Baileys)... With strawberry syrup and gummies. *Crescendo* 🎶🎶🎶 Hubby chose Coffee and Baileys with caramel syrul and peanut topping. If I were to change anything it would be to switch the gummies with raisins because cold gummies take too long for me to chew through while focusing on enjoying my rolled ice cream.🍦😋

The attitude of the staff needs to improve. They look like they would rather do anything but serve costumers. The treats there are good anyways hence the 3 points. I've been here several times but I don't think I'll be back.

Absolutely loved this place! When you hear fried ice cream it does cause you to raise your eyebrows a lil bit, (that's what i ordered) n no its not done in oil lol it was bomb, going back to try some other stuff on the menu., there's gourmet coffee, milkshakes, cake etc. etc. very clean and manicured facility, great customer service, great ambiance 5 mins out of half way tree, perfect for both the young and old, for date or just some family time out😊

My first Rolly Polly experience was with the store in Ocho Rios, it was an exciting experience, the service was great and the product delicious. My experience with the Kingston store (two times) was not disappointing. The ice cream rolls were just as delicious. I also had the açaí bowl which was pretty decent (though I didn't quite like the coconut milk version). This location is spacious and has a lot of seats. I'll definitely be visiting Rolly Polly again.

I am definitely going back. They have affordable prices and just the whole experience of watching them prepare the rolls infront of you in like five minutes is extremely satisfying. The taste great taste is the cherry on the top.

Vegan ice cream couldn't get any better

Rolled, freeze fried ice cream that is delicious. A bit expensive but worth it.

Twas pretty good, the flavored rolls were pretty good, they had an ok customer service, not a bad experience. It was a fun spot to just chill and hang out.

This place has come up in the world as it has become a buzz word for ice-cream. Jamaica has a rich history of ice-cream parlors. Unlike those places, this one actually shows you how they make it in front of you, which is part of the experience. With great customer service, it will be a great addition to our ever growing places of attraction.

The roll ice cream was very good but I do not recommend the mango milk tea it is very disgusting in my opinion but everything else might be a good option

I went there today .... I ordered the new balieys, strawberry cheese cake ice cream. Although i could tell it would taste nice they forgot to but the alcohol in the ice cream so I had to put it on top (WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO DO!!!!!!) and it ruined the taste. And they didn’t want to do anything about it, they didn’t care. That definitely ruined my experience especially because I came all the way from Canada to try it out👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I remember eagerly anticipating to visit this icecream shop. I loved the concept of watching your icecream being rolled. The lines were long and I had a wait. I am a lover of icecream and cheesecake so I decided to get the strawberry cheesecake flavour. The icecream never really had much of a cheesecake flavour. It wasn't a Wow experience for me. Lovely entertainment an food good for couples an groups

I'm not a big fan of dairy ice cream but it really does taste good. It's quite sweet so if you're not the kind of person to like sweet things then it's not for you as its raw condensed milk I believe. What I can say is that the inside is really pretty (quite appealing to the eye, especially that of a child) and it's also fun to watch them make it.

It's not Devon House ice cream quality but the concept is cute. Kids will love it. Adults get something with Baileys😉

Need to work on their Customer service. When you entertain the building. They aren't very welcoming. More than once I noticed this. Awesome taste of ice creams though and the preparations was what I enjoyed most of all
