So I am giving Dr. Mario Guthrie 5 stars, only because I can't give him more. I went to see Dr. Guthrie for a Medical for insurance and it was a series of very uncomfortable things that he ensured were not as uncomfortable as they could be. I am DEATHLY afraid of needles, and we had to draw blood for the medical. He was so nice about my fear, helped talk me through it and even offered to sing for me. He made the process completely less stressful, than it usually is for me. His bedside manner is completely friendly, but at the same time totally professional.

Environment was amazing. Free Wi-Fi while you wait. Exceptional customer service. Dr. Guthrie spent time and do proper checks. It is just the best doctor’s appointment I’ve ever experienced in a lifetime.

Today was my first time at Dr. M. Guthrie's Office and I would go back for another checkup as well as recommend other females to visit. My procedure was quick and painless and I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the office. Job well done guys. 👍👍👍👍

Per usual Dr. Guthrie shows his knowledge and skill in the area of medicine and allows you to feel safe being private and confidential. His staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home. My visit at Eastwood Medical has been the most delightful (I literally talked about it all day 🤣). The staff was warm and welcoming, the space itself: clean and relaxing. Had my paramedical and PAP Smear done by Dr. Mario and it was such a comfortable experience! He is polite, very down to earth (easy to relate to) and took care to explain every little step to me. Any nervousness I had before was replaced by confidence. An absolute professional! 10/10 ...I would recommend.

I don't even know where to start, the service given at this place is so admirable i was taken aback on how warm and welcoming the front desk were you rarely find person these days being zealous about there jobs but just upon entering the doors i was greeted with loving smiles and outstanding customer service when i think it would stop there I went in to see Mr. Mario Guthrie Oh My Words! I definitely recommend this man if your looking for someone to be patience, some one to be gentle, some one to talk you through medical procedures and make medical examination fun it is very obvious he did not choose this job for the money but for the love of it. It was my first time here but I would recommend them to anyone. Receptionist was simply adorable yet professional with how she handled me and the other clients that were there. My visit to Dr. Mario Guthrie’s office is one of a kind. I enjoyed the interaction between myself and Dr. Guthrie. I like how he take the time to explain a lot of things especially when it comes to medications. After leaving his office you feel so energize and that feeling of illness is no longer there. I was nervous and Dr. Mario Guthrie gave the assurance that pap smear procedure was a simple process and he was very professional in how he conducted his business. I was comfortable. My husband was also allowed to sit in the doctors office just outside the procedure room. He gave specific and clear instructions of what was required before the start. He was very knowledgeable and willing to respond to questions making referrals where a subject doesnt fall within his area of expertise
