They had massive sales recently. That was the first time I believe I went there. It was also the first mi see suh much nicer tiles in person..the variety was mind-blowing!(Like the ones posted) lub dem bhad!! Now I have a spot to get them when me ready. Prices weren't suh bad either. Definitely returning soon!!

The variety is absolutely worth the visit but the system is archaic. I wanted additional tiles because the first set ran out. I took a picture of the information for the tiles after locating them and went to the cashier only to be told I needed to ask a sales representative to assist me. I found one literally looking bored stiff leaning on a shelf and showed her the picture of the tiles I wanted. She did not do anything more than write down the SAME info on an invoice form and give me. Wasted my time completely. I appreciate that there are many sales representatives to help if I needed it but if I know what I am looking for do not force me to search someone out all over the store to assist me. Pointless. Given the location on Spanish Town Road with the horrible roads and that service, I would be happy to find somewhere else to go honestly but the price and variety will keep me coming for now.

Great: The way how they display their tiles is very good! You are able to see and touch the tile and move the display that tile sits on back and forth! Very good job. Not so great: Parking here is limited and it can be very stressful to find parking during peak hours. They also have limited to no seating for customers to sit while they wait on their items to come from the warehouse. The customer service needs improvement in limited aspects as well. It is not the worst to be honest but it is not the best either. Pros: Despite that, they have items to suit persons with all sorts of budgets and you should be able to find items if you have a big budget or a small budget. They also have a variety to suit many tastes whether bold or subtle; simple or fussy.

Hadn't visited in a few years. I must say their renovation was well thought out. The space has been expanded to showcase more items such as: tiles, vanity, toilet, shower, bathtub, windows, kitchen and bathroom sinks. Prices are reasonable when compared to Phil's Hardware and Total Hardware. Their range of items were endless. Check them out.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Limited inventory of tiles, my preferred choices weren't available in the quantities I needed or completely out of stock. Overall not a bad experience, got everything I needed

Went to pick up a box of tiles. They had a wide variety to choose from and the staff inside the store was helpful. However after paying for the item, it took me 45 minutes to collect it. And the place wasn't that crowded. Definitely needs improvement in that regard

For a variety of tiles, windows, doors plus kitchen and bathroom fixtures, Tools is the place to go. The prices are affordable.

Tools have a wide variety of tiles and home building and improvement items such as doors, face basin, faucet, toilet, paint etc. I was looking for long (4ft) wood look tiles and only found these at two stores. Tools have competitive prices as their price for the tiles I was looking for was $400 less than compared to the other store. Note that these were the same quality tiles. Customer service needs improvement, especially inside the store. The rep that delivered the tiles offer excellent service. He was very patient and helpful.

Needs better customer service. You have to wait to find someone to assist you. And when you do they seems tired and can't be bothered

The stars are because of the prices and the product but bad customer service. They have all these displays items but everything is out of stock so why display them. I was a bit frustrated saw some lovely vanities but they are all out of stock

Found my floor tiles again finally 🙌 hassle free, plus lots of household items,doors,faucets n paint....its Tools for me! Prices reasonable

Had to wait a long time to get my items ..but the sales representative was excellent she really assisted me in getting what I needed and when I thought I was finish she indicated that the item I purchase would need additional pieces which if it wasn't for her attentiveness to my sales need I would have to come back to the hardware when the plumber started working

I can never get assistance whenever I go here, everyone is too busy hence the low staff and always busy and loud. You must be prepared to help your self or wait a very very very long while for someone to assist and that's after you hunted them down.

Tools customer service is always good when it's not packed up. Lorraine is such a great help. However there is a lady at the the front Tasha a rasta fashion twist lady...she got a attitude...she need to be more professional I've never experienced such attitude there before..

From the first call to the final delivery Tools Hardware showed to be the boss in the business. I had the option to shop out of town but I was quickly delegated to my super rep Christine . She took my messages day or night and she helped me with getting value for what I needed. Highly recommend Tools for all shopping, going back for the rest of my building needs. Most importantly ask for Christine and just say Kerry recommended you to her. You will thank me later.

Staff move on their own time.. And always on their phone especially the floor assistants they. I asked for assistance from two floor assistants and they still haven't moved as yet.. They are still attending their phone.

I have consistently supported tools for all my hardware needs however on this occasion, the security guards had me twisting and turning all around the parking lot even when I was directed where to park. I just drove out. I don't have time to waste.

If slow was a next word for the cashier area. The time it takes for your ordered goods to be sorted out you would sleep and wake. Don't get me wrong they have goods but the service.

Dionne made my experience a pleasant one. She was very patient with helping me choose the right tiles. And the tiles were great and of good quality.

Good for tiles at affordable prices. However, i wanted the Wood-look tiles but they were out...so why have them on display? Went to make a change to our bill and you could see and feel the exasperation in the cashier's body language. I was not pleased with that. They need to be trained to better serve clients. An investment in videos isnt going to affect the company's bottom-line and it will help make relationships better. Make that investment. Watch and learn from the staff at your competition Active Traders. Customer service in Jamaica is really poor. Please also as a suggestion invest in AC units especially in the July August months.

Don't have any mixer dont have any shower curtain rod dont have half the things i really wanted and i experienced poor customer service no one to help you for a long time
