I was afraid just like most people but after the experience at My. Sinai I will be forever going back to this place! I had my wisdom tooth remove in a whopping 19 seconds and I’m not exaggerating. I was guaranteed zero pain for the procedure and so now I want to go back and remove my next 3 wisdom tooth. Very professional staff and extremely clean environment with upto date technology. Thanks to Dr. Pinkney-Gayle and her assistant for taking away the fear like that wisdom tooth. I can’t use worst to thank them enough!!!! Oh and did I mention that they give you headphones to listen music of your choice is you don’t want to hear the machine 😬 as I said before I can’t thank these folks enough!!!

I google Dr responded so quickly less than 7 hours I was in with no bridge came out smiling like I Won a million. Confidence is on point. Dr Gayle and her staff are simply exemplary. I have had some really traumatic issues related to dentistry in my younger years. I expressed this to Dr Gayle, and immediately requested nitrous oxide. She reassured me that this was certainly not necessary, because her staff would be very gentle. I was still skeptical of course, given my history. 45 minutes later my cleaning was done, and I had zero discomfort throughout the process. I was visiting Jamaica recently for a short time and requested another appointment with the team. Again my experience was top notch.

Mt. Sinai Dental and Implant Centre is a great Dental treatment centre to visit. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and take all the necessary steps to ensure that all your dental needs are met. I found the service several levels below my normal dental visit stress and fear levels, there was no need to fear and worry, I could breathe normally as I was not tense and the pain that is normally expected was so not there. The procedure was timely, smooth and done in an atmosphere that even in this Covid-19 pandemic, you could relax and feel at home. Most of all, the price was phenomenally great for my pocket, I didn’t even need to use my credit card as my insurance took care of their normal 80% and I paid my portion out of pocket with ease. They are conveniently located, it is easy to find and the parking is adequate throughout the day. The location is safe and secure, I didn’t have to worry about being in a major crime location and most of all with my entire family. My child could walk about while they wait and even do a little shopping. Mt. Sinai Dental and Implant Centre is going places and I wish them all the best and much success for the future.

I love this dentist! I come with stained teeth for a cleaning after every guinep season, and I always leave with my teeth looking and feeling clean and shiny! I also did an extraction here, and it was faaaaarrrr better than my experience elsewhere! Mi nuh badda go nowhere else! I trust them completely !

This is my regular dentist. The dental team is always pleasant, attentive and gentle. Very little hassle with this office and I've been attending since they opened. Great central location as well.

EXCELLENT DENTAL CARE!! I highly recommend Mt. Sinai Dental. Previous trauma had me anxious and afraid to visit the dentist. But I observed how gentle and patient Dr. Pinkney-Gayle and Hygienist Sana Palmer-Holmes were with my 10 and 14yr sons. My kids have had both cleanings and extractions but remain comfortable to visit . My own visit could not have been better as the dental duo was thorough, communicative and excellent at calming my fears. The entire staff is welcoming and the environment is very clean. I had three implants completed in May 2023 at Mt. Sinia. Being the detailed person that I am, I made a thorough research of all the dentists in the corperate area and the north coast of Jamaica. I visted the top 5 dentists that made my list, and decided that Mt. Sinia would be my choice. I must say that the work done by Dr. Gayle and staff was exceptional. Dr. Gayle and staff were very pleasant and professional; in every step of the proceedure Dr. Gayle did her best to keep me informed as much as possible. Although I was not apprehensive, the implants quality and performance far exceeded my expectation. I am so satisfied that I went back to Mt. Sinia to do an extraction. I would recommend to anyone considering implants or even other dental procedures to look no further than Mt. Sinia, you won't regret it. My first experience here with Dr. Gayle -Pickney was amazing. The staff were courteous and pleasant but it was Dr. Pickney and her nurse who were exceptional!! The calm reassurance I received from them both before starting settled my nerves a bit. I am one of those patients who have had really traumatizing dentist experiences from childhood up to adulthood. Definitely would recommend her and her team and best of all I felt zero pain!!

The care and the service I received was excellent. The patience shown made everything that much easier. I went to Dr. Pinkney-Gayle scared and very frustrated, however, she was kind, empathic and compassionate. She took me through each stage of the procedure step by step and ensured I was comfortable and pain free. Aftercare calls and check ins were always done by her or a member of staff and all my questions were answered timely. Dr. Pinkney-Gayle never missed a call back request when she was unavailable to speak with me in the moment, this was most appreciated.
