    After the experience I had and seeing the reviews I now understand why what happened happened. Very unprofessional I would rate zero stars if I could. Purchased the service through Gustazos and I booked an appointment for 10:30… I got there on time… the representative was asking what service I was getting before even making it up the stairs (no privacy) bear in mind other persons were there. Anyway I had a seat as instructed by the rep… I thought that the person doing the service had a customer or something plus I was early so I was there waiting… minutes to 10:30 the rep that greeted me told me that she’s waiting on the wax to finish melting so I thought I was going to go in soon… 10:30 passed nobody said anything to me… so at 10:47 I asked her if the person for the appointment isn’t here because that must be the reason why I had to be waiting so long. That’s when she said the person is on their way and they are 5 minutes away! BARE IN MIND THAT I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THE PERSON WAS NOT THERE! Had I known this, honestly I could have understood… at 11:06 still nothing (bare in mind she said the person was five minutes away at 10:47) so I got up and left. Some minutes after she called and apologized and explained that she does not know who booked my appointment for 10:30 because the boss is the one that does waxing and she does not come in until 11… didn’t care at that point cuz I was annoyed and had no plans to return they wasted my morning honestly. Disputed it with Gustazos and she lied and said that the person had an emergency which is a LIE! Because she basically told me that they were unaware of the appointment because the person for that specific service does not get in until 11am. Waste of money and time. Overall horrible experience.

    Had a manicure and pedicure done. My manicure (on natural nails) was horrible, less than 3 hours after and it began chipping. Literally before the day was done I was able to easily remove four "fresh" coats of polish as they literally started lifting, which only made me remove them all the day after. The nail tech was absolutely too rough on my hands even after telling her my fingernails are soft. Between her picking at my skin around my nail (nail fold) and causing it to bleed and overfiling my nail plate and my skin(eponychium) I pretty much made up my mind that this was the 1st and definitely my last visit. The pedicure was subpar as that also started chipping hours after they were done. I winced a lot through the services.

    Bought a Gustazo, set a 12 pm appointment, reached ontime, ended up waiting for 3 hours and did not get any of the service I paid for....and management did nothing to assist with the situation....the customer service rep tried to ease the situation but to no avail.....poor customer service......they didn't even offer to have me reschedule to come back a different time. I wasted 3 hours of my Saturday.

    I wouldn't even recommend this place to my dogs. Update: NO I DID NOT COME THERE WITH ANY GUSTAZOS PACKAGE/COUPON OR WHATEVER. STOP MISLEADING THE PUBLIC WITH YOUR FAKE RECORDS. I GAVE YOU THE BAD RATING BECAUSE YOU WERE RUDE, YOU OVERCHARGED ME AND I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

    Where should I start? Have you ever paid for a service and later wondered why you went there in the first place? Why did you wasted your money when you could have gotten up and leave! The cost that was given to me over the phone was not the same as when I went to the salon. I have a feeling they charge you based on how you look. I have learned my lesson and I will NEVER go back there. Thieves!

    i wanted a new look so i choose salon innovation. My first contact with the person on the phone when making an appointment was excellent and they were very professional and excited to offer their service as well as to have me as a customer. At the salon the service was excellent, the staff were aware of my appointment and i was engaged promptly on my visit. The staff were very professional and friendly. They make the atmosphere felt like a home away from home. They offered tips on the type of hair cut and colour that would be best for me. i must say execllent customer service. My pedicure was professionally done and it was evident that she takes great pride in her job and in pleasing her client. My biggest fan was my stylish and she did a great job on me. I love the new look and it was evident that she takes great pride in what she does and in pleasing her client. She was excellent. I highly recommend her.

    1st time visiting Salon Innovation was during a stressful time in my life. Got myself a pedicure, manicure, a full body massage. What can I say? Except for the fact that it was heavenly 😌. The ladies are professional and very customer services oriented and I loved that. 2nd time was a gift to my lady and all she did was a pedicure and manicure and Jah Jah! Couldn't get this woman to stop flaunting her hands and feet 🤣 Solon Innovation is Definitely A Great Choice!

    I got my hair flat ironed and my make-up done for graduation and I was 100% satisfied. The staff was very friendly and answered my MANY questions. The makeup artist, Jordee was so sweet and she did such a spectacular job. Will definitely return for whatever occasion I have in the future and would definitely recommend.

    I got a facial done here a couple years ago and had a good experience so i decided to get my nails done here. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. My gel manicure chipped by the next day. One week later almost every nail is chipped, half of my little finger seems like it has 3 coats of polish on it and half of it hardly has any polish. The polish on my toes looks like I could have done better myself and I'm not even good at doing nails. I called to report the peeling polish after a few days and was told I would have to pay half the price to have them redone. Gel nails shouldn't fall apart after a week and definitely not by the second day. I would not get my nails done here again.

    It was my decond time there and my opinion remains the same... staff are professional, yet nice and friendly but they can't polish nails good at least not my natural nails or qith gel nail polish. The corners were not polished. They looked a week old when they were just done

    I cannot begin to express how SATISFIED I am with the service I received. I came early for my appointment because it was short notice as the appointment was made on the very day. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but I never even got the chance to be upset. The receptionist (Kimmy) was very professional in her approach as she explained everything to me. The atmosphere was very welcoming. They had a tight schedule and you could clearly see that they were short staffed. I did a mani and pedi and my Nail Technician (Millicent) delivered and without a doubt this was my best pedi. (She was gentle and meticulous when cleaning my toes) She massaged my feet and hands; I was so relaxed. During my appointment other clients came in and let me tell you....they were sooo strategic in attending to other clients without making me feel like I was forgotten. The communication was top tier and I truly respected and appreciated that. I wanted to do a facial and massage but I will definitely be coming back for those. I wasn't over charged, I was not profiled and the customer service I received surpassed my expectations. I look forward to my next appointment. 😊

    I have been going to Salon Innovation for over 20 years. Very clean , bright and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and polite. The styles are innovative and current! Great spot to hangout and you leave looking amazing!

    I had the best waxing experience I have ever had. I felt comfortable, it was fast but not rushed and not excessively painful either. I will definitely come back. The staff was also friendly and professional.

    This owner was extremely unprofessional. I got my hair done recently, and not only was it obvious she didn’t know what she was doing, she was training other staff members to do my hair!. The hair salon is not somewhere you want to be a test subject. Also, they ran out of one important item to finish my hair, I had to make arrangements to get it myself. When I brought my concerns to the owner, it was as if they were invalid. If she had just apologized with hopes of doing better going forward, whether it be genuine or not, this review would have never seen the light of day. With all that said it was an overpriced salon visit with unprofessional and lackluster service.

    This is the worst customer service I have received and this was from the owner herself. Kerry Spencer was very rude! Disrespectful and dishonest! I don't know if it's because I purchased a gustazos or what because it seems like you get different treatment when u buy that voucher. Why do u advertise the deals on gustazos if you gonna treat people differently. Before I bought the voucher I called to find out if I could be facilitated for an appointment. I sent her the style for my nails and asked her to quote me the additional amount I would have to pay and she got back to me with a figure. I went for my appointment as per schedule and started. Everything was fine with the nail tech and receptionist who took payment. About 2 hours into the appointment Kerry Spencer came to the table asking me why I schedule such a late appointment and I need to consider other people's feelings so I should come back to finish my service! I told her i couldnt becUde i have a flight the next day and she said "well come back after your trip". I just thought this lady was out of her mind to talking to a customer like that so i told her i would not . I paid for my service and u set the appointment for me so i will complete it. Now u tell me! She went further to tell me that I need to pay more money for gel polish because the receptionist only collected for the design and to avoid her further rudensss i said i would pay. While trying to understand what she was charging me for she made comments about me wanting things for free and she even told the nail tech to stop until she sort it our cuz she had a long day and don't have time for this. There is so much more that she said jut too much to text. The lady rude bad and I would not recommend anyone to do service there.
