First time being here and I must say that I've never had an experience like this! In a good way! Upon entering, I wouldn't have known it was doctor's office because it felt very luxurious. The receptionists were very friendly. The price is very competitive. Ultrasounds here for instance are $8,000 per breast and $9,000 for two, compared to $13,000 at another institution. I received an email notification with my receipt, another first for me! In addition, once the technician had done his scan, a doctor came. I could not believe how thorough the service was. I had the option to choose how I got the results. Highly recommend to my family and friends!

Before I even going there the customer service over the phone was great. When I got there the place was really clean and comfortable. I liked how modern the facility looked. Also I applaud the customer service. I got my results quickly and you could see they really cared about the well being of their customers. Five stars recommend their services for imaging.

Very clean, comfortable and modern facility. The reception was great and they accommodated me with very short notice. My results and imaging were accessible within a short time. As a medical professional I recommend Prime Medical without reservation for all your imaging services! Definitely top tier with prices and services offered.

My first time being here, I wanted a procedure done and my friend referred me to this place. Knowing me I did my research, found the place on Google, read the reviews saw that there was little to no wait time and results would be back before I know it, so this motivated me to visit. I went and the place was beautiful, looked like a hotel lobby. The security, front desk staff, technician pleasant and very helpful. But the wait time is not what is said on the site, not to mention the results- their 2 days is actually a week and my friend who referred me there she was promised 4 hours and it took 19 hours-she actual counted and she had to call and was told end of the day and it was still not ready at the agreed time. So they need to speak truth on their website. I really think those areas need to be addressed because this place does have superb potential and the staff are truly amazing but the wait time is ridiculous and the fees are not petty cash. It also appears it's just 1 or 2 doctor's working and their demand for service is high. So I also believe they should work on that.PRIME MEDICAL need to understand that persons are looking for a difference in spectacular service from start to finish and customers seek an institution that is a cut above the rest. Once they work on those areas I believe they can make a great improvement in Jamaica's health care service.

The service stops at the ambience. They do a poor job of communicating with clients and managing service expectations. I was charged an additional fee for a "same day report" when I was through with the procedure I was advised that by same day it was meant 4-24 hours. I impressed upon the agent that the results were needed urgently and it would have made more sense to explain this before I did the procedure. Nevertheless I was advised that I would be given the report the same day but that my doctor could call for a verbal update. My doctor called and was advised that they don't facilitate verbal updates. I called at 5pm later that day and was told they would send the report before they closed off which was at 7pm. Called 6:30-7:00 no answer. No report. Despite paying an additional fee. 24 hours and still no report. Called in got excuses for when they start counting the 24 hours from, got put on hold and now noone is answering. First and last time, will definitely not be recommending.

The ambiance and professionalism of the front desk is definitely on point. The wait time on each occasion has been reasonable if not impressive. However, the doctors are young and amateur and lack proper interactive skills. On one occasion two doctors deliberated in front of me as to what the approach should be- none sounding more confident than the other. Little personal engagement and more feeling like a never ending questionnaire starting from registration and doesn’t end upon interacting with the doctor. I’ve had 3 visits and all have been lacking in proper patient engagement -on two occasions I was there for my child and at no point in time did the doctor even refer to her by name when speaking to her or attempted to make her feel any more comfortable (at best she was called ‘dear’). As for the radiology department- manage your expectations because the turn around even if expedited will still leave you calling for an update post the committed 24 hr timeline. My now lack of confidence and patience in the doctors and the process- certainly outweighs the benefits and convenience.

To begin with the health team, I met were patient welcoming and friendly. The treatment I got was exceptional, very comforting. Truly thank GOD He lead me here. The security at the door was a definite turn off though, He wasn't greetings friendly while being stern and firm.

The service is really excellent, environment was really relaxing, no long waiting time and the staff were really professional...... kudoos to you guys I recommend anyone to use your service. I'm glad that I made the right choice.

Quality customer service from the front desk, clean environment throughout, friendly radiologist, I was able to ask questions and get answers. My radiologist talked my though everything Mr Wisdom was very professional and make sure my partner and I were able to see the ultra sound images and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Doctor was knowledgeable and was interested in diagnosing rather than just generalizing their service. Technology is highly utilized and digitization does support this facility. Aesthetics were modern and pleasing overall. The wait time was short, which is unique at most doctor's offices.

Dr. Chin provided exceptional service from start to finish and the overall medical facility was very superb. I loved that the staff worked very efficient and my waiting time was significantly less than what I have experienced elsewhere. Loved it!

Great experience. If you're looking for a professional, clean and sophisticated place, this is it. I was right on time for my appointment and I didn't have to wait long to be assessed. I'm definitely going back.

Beautiful aesthetics. Receptionists are informative. Radiographer was positive telling me everything is gonna be okay when I was having anxiety about my bilateral breast ultrasound. Management is caring and apologetic if something doesn't go as expected. I WILL DEFINETLY GO BACK.

Well….. Let me start off by saying this is a first world, state of the art building inside and out. Upon entering the building, I felt as if I entered a 5 star hotel. I was met by a KingAlarm security guard at the front desk upon entering, who asked me to sanitize my hands, sign my name and asked what I was there for so he could send me to the appropriate floor via elevator. He could’ve been a little friendlier but it is what it is 🤷‍♀️. Anyway, I was sent to the radiology department where I met a very OBNOXIOUS woman, filled with attitude at the front desk. I don’t remember her name but she has very thin locks and she was wearing her hair in a ponytail. She is the reason why I’m giving this place a 3 star review. Everything else went smoothly and I got my results in the timeframe I was told to expect them. On the other hand, I would never want to be in contact with that woman ever again so I don’t think I’ll be coming back to PRIME medical. This was my first and last time coming here.

Frankly, this was a good experience. I was asked to use their services as part of a required medical and it went smoothly. As I hadn’t made an appointment, the wait was a bit long, but that would be my fault. The nurses and doctor were pleasant and made me feel comfortable with the number of tests and the Ben recommended that I have other tests done; which I have since gone to do. I would definitely use their services again.

Very efficient and very modern. Provide exemplary medical care and so far the best of the best I've ever experienced. Dr. Tiffani Chin is simply wonderful and an excellent care giver. Keep up the good work. This is my place of choice going forward.

I had a wonderful experience .. the service was A1 and the staff very professional and compassionate. They made be aware of exactly what they were doing every step of the way, which I truly appreciate.. I can only hope that they keep up the excellent service. I got my reports in a timely manner. Smooth operations in a well suited and convenient location. I loved the patient centered approach to their services where I had the option of selecting how soon and how much I paid for the service I received. The staff were courteous and very professional, from the security guard at the entrance to the receptionists and the medical team. Definitely my new location for health services.

Prime Medical is a beautiful medical facility. The staff there was absolutely friendly and made the experience enjoyable. Dr. Tiffani Chin was extremely professional, patient, engaging and gave so many alternative advice on my current situation. I’m happy to have gained a new GP.

Since my first visit at the Radiology department, I knew that this would be my new doctor for all my medical needs. The reasons why I made my decision: The staff is very pleasant. The wait is not long. My doctor, Dr. Chin, is the absolute best when it comes to overall health and well-being. I have wanted that type of attention and I get that here. The environment is clean and top-tier. The cost for a doctor's visit is $4200, which some hospitals charge and the service is nowhere close in my opinion. With a health card, you will pay less so invest in one for yourself and your family. Sickness is inevitable. Decision was made the first day I came.

The atmosphere is A1, very very clean. Dr Chin is very patient. She’s definitely a people person. I definitely would recommend.

I was scared at first because of you tube videos about the exam went in and did it the doctors there are great and it was not painful . Very clean space and friendly staff this is a great place.

Beautiful ambiance and courteous staff, however the 2 business days turnaround time turned into a week, and only after two visits to ask for my results. On the second visit, my husband had to insist that he wasn’t leaving without them and the Doctor proceeded to write the report on the spot. The results were time sensitive as I was traveling and I needed them ASAP. We were also disappointed that they do not offer printouts of the scan (I was willing to pay extra to have them). I did an anomaly scan and I really wanted a pic for my baby’s album. I eventually opted to redo the scan at another institution where I received the pics.

The ambience was fantastic. I stepped out of the elevator and thought I landed in a Spa. The lady at the desk was very welcoming. She kept me informed throughout my entire procedure she's very professional. I got service with a smile...awesome place

The first time I went to Prime Medical was to follow a friend to do an ultrasound and just how well kept and sophisticated the place is was a win for me. The staff is very professional and informative, the environment is welcoming and comfortable and you don't have to wait a long period of time before before getting assistance.
