I've been living here for a year, never had any problems. The studio is modern and quiet, nice place to live ❤️ Daniel Donà.

Now that I have received my deposit, I think it is a good time to write a review. While I was very happy in 2018 to have a home all to myself, this feeling has greatly diminished over the years. This was mainly due to landlord Change= and its CEO, who are mainly concerned with making residents pay too much for their studio and non-existent services, and not enough with improving services, safety and living pleasure. 500 young people live in the building, so the risk of noise pollution, litter, vomit and urine in the common areas is high. Years ago you had to take an intake interview with Change= so that they could assess whether you were a decent and hardworking, motivated young adult. I don't think these intake interviews are held anymore, considering what unreliable and careless people are often around. The laundry room is a mess, with washers and dryers that often don't work, and residents taking out other people's laundry and throwing it on the floor. Just search for the Change= episodes of BOOS and Kassa, and judge for yourself. Unfortunately, you often have no choice in where you live due to the housing crisis. But if you do have the choice, do yourself a favor and ignore Change=.

NEVER EVER EVER rent from them even if you are desperate. I moved out in December 2020, not only did they STEAL money that year by making you pay for services you could not use. But today September 2023 they are still having the AUDACITY to charge me some fake costs. They send wrong calculations which they ADMIT is wrong and then send so many alterations after. They are SIMPLY THIEVES. I earn well, I am not desperate for money - it's just not justified. They are THIEVES.

Very good location. Fair rental price. Good studio size with all necessary features. Have only been living here for the past month but so far the experience has been positive.

Honestly,it’s the WORST service I have ever had in my whole life from a housing company. I don’t recommend it. If there was 0 star review would really fit them. At the “change-is” site and studio advertisement at “pararius” there is Nowhere any age limit. I started collecting all the documents that are needed to upload and they rejected me because of my age limit. I had to call them 2 times to get an answer about if my documents are correct and if I can proceed to find a studio. They even said that I don’t have enough income and I had to emphasise them that they don’t read my documents correctly. The customer service at the phone is so rude, ironic, not respecting the client to finish its sentence and they don’t listen to our needs or questions. I had an unbelievably BAD experience when I had to call to receive information. Not only she wasn’t listening to my questions but she was also answering ironically and rudely about something different even though I repeated 4 times. She hang up the phone line 4 times. When I asked the employees name that she was assisting me she denied to say it to me and I had to insist so to give me her name. When I asked her supervisors she denied to give me any names. Then Joelle Vliet contacts me through email only to let me know about my rejection and she didn’t say anything about the incident but only when I mail her about what happened even though she knew about it. Instead of apologising to me as a client that I received such an unprofessional attitude, she had the same attitude as her employee at the customer service. I’m not surprised. When I asked a higher position supervisor Joelle Vliet said that there is no one. This is a complete Circus in there and they should not exist at the housing market. As I also read the previous reviews I am not surprised at all that I had this attitude from people that work at “change-is” Amsterdam. 100% I do not recommend this company. They sink. They are unacceptable and unbelievable. Good luck with your choice.

I lived in this building for a number of years. Not anymore as of October 2020. Even in March 2024, they will continue to pressure you to pay service costs, while it is not necessary according to the rent committee and judges. Don't live there, they keep sending you high costs too often.

I lived here for half a year and I have been a happy tenant the whole time. I don't recognize the negative reviews written here. Sure it's a bit pricey, but I knew this when I signed the contract. Complaining about it when you've signed it just feels a bit stupid. The washing machines always worked, there were always people working at the helpdesk, and there were cleaners everyday. The studio is tidy and has everything you need. I wasn't charged for anything when I moved out because I, unlike other people, kept the studio clean and undamaged. It's that simple. The costs for an extra entrance card also makes sense, as you would also pay for an extra entrance key. On the other hand I saw tenants behave incredibly rude. From screaming to staff, smoking in the shared spaces, organizing parties and leaving empty cans of beer everywhere, demolishing doors to vandalizing the elevators and their studio's. I get that you cannot agree to certain things like a restaurant that's never open and raising service costs, but that doesn't give you the right to behave like a wild animal. I feel for the excellent people who work there (especially Joelle) because there is a clique of revolting people who ruin it for the majority of the decent tenants living there. Just keep in mind that these people are also people just doing their job. If you have a problem you can try to work it out as decent human beings.

I'm trying to register but their system is full of errors so I can't do it. I can never reach them by phone, imagine if you rent here and you can't contact them. A sign for me to simply not continue with registration.
