I visited this medical spa for a consultation and a facial a while ago and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The doctor on-site was notably rude, rushing the consultation and reminding me that I was being charged by the minute. His demeanor was both demeaning and degrading, making me feel tense and uncomfortable throughout my 45-minute visit. As a healthcare provider with a doctorate, I believe that every patient deserves respect and patience, two qualities I did not experience during my visit. I felt the need to refuse services simply because I wanted to leave due to the hostile environment. I waited some time before writing this review, hoping my feelings would change, but they have not. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other options before choosing this establishment.

I have been going to Dr. Fathy for laser hair removal and facials for over a year now. He is very professional and always takes the time to explain his services and make recommendations for the best approach. He also makes you very comfortable. I also been buying his skin care products as well which are amazing. After doing a lot of research I found Dr. Amr Fathy. His clinic provides that most sophisticated laser hair removal technology on the east coast. Most businesses I searched offered IPL (intense pulsed light) which is scientifically less effective than laser. Dr Fathy was very knowledgable and explained the technology before and during the procedure. I have experienced great results and will continue to use his services!

This place is wonderful, Amr is always so friendly and kind. He helped diagnose a skin problem when no one else could and made me feel very comfortable during my laser hair removal sessions! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

I went to see Dr.Fathy regarding hair removal from my back. He was knowledgeable and upfront about the results I could expect. Had a large blood angioma on my face removed. Took just over a week to scab up and be totally gone. It healed up very nicely as I listened to the Doctors Orders to stay out of the Sun and not pick at it or anything. Let it heal on its own which is what I did. You can't even tell there was anything there before. Pretty happy about the laser removal. Worth every penny. Definitely helped bring a bunch of my confidence back. Doctor Amir Faty was pretty good and explained about the process thoroughly as well. The laser stings a bit but its not too bad and again it was worth the 30 seconds of discomfort. Would recommend.

This has been a life changing experience for me. Originally I came for an initial 5 laser sessions to help clear Rosacea on my nose. The doctor explained clearly what will be happening with the redirection of blood to the nose through the capillaries. With medication and regular monthly treatment, I have seen a 70% improvement. I was searching in the internet about a derma clinic that offer such service and stumble with Bloom clinic who has received positive reviews from its client. Right then I book an appointment for consultation. I meet Dr. Fatty and he was very nice, professional and pleasant. He then recommended me to have 5 sessions of Hollywood laser treament to achieve the full result.. After a week from my first session, I started noticing some minor changes. My skin becomes more smoother, pores are decreasing in sizes, and acne’s starting to dry off.. Fastforward, after my 5th session, I can now visibly see its full result, acne free and much radiant skin. It increases my self confidence. Needless to say, I highly recommend bloom clinic. I booked an appointment for a facial with the owner earlier this morning. I waited and waited with no communication, there was no staff available to speak to sa the clinic. I waited past my appointment time thinking maybe he was running late. I received an email from the clinic (owner) which was not at all professional and just told me to rebook and that the clinicn is not open on Saturdays. Which the website does not state, as well as several open booking times. I am a super easy going person, but I don't appreciate how this was handled.

I’ve had facial spider veins and broken capillaries for a long time that needed heavy makeup to conceal. After receiving a series of five, V Beam laser treatments, I now wear only the sheerest of makeup tint to even out my skin tone. It’s a huge transformation.
