I have seen the newest Dr to the clinic- Dr. A. Adebisi. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I recommend her. She has arrived from London UK where she had a 20+ year family practice. The clinic administration though still leaves room for improvement. There seems to be a lack of understanding of NS health administration knowledge, culture, expectations. Hopefully as the administration gains more experience this will improve…..we shall see.

Dr. Olusegun does not seem like or act like a doctor. He scolded me and my wife because we could not make appointment as he wanted because our weeking schedule. Even if we did an appointment, he spent time scolding us rather than answering our questions. My wife is scared of him and resiting to see him any more. TThe experience we had with this doctor was horrible.

Our family have been able to get in person and telephone appointments within a couple of days at Clydes medical practise which is very quick. Dr Segun is very good with babies, he’s friendly and very thorough. Sometimes appointments are a little late but things like that cannot always be perfect, Dr Segun is diligent and thorough and takes the time to examine you thoroughly.

Maybe update the name of ur location to say ‘not a walk-in clinic’. And be more descriptive to those who looked you up in google to see it’s a dr’s office plus a walk-in. Would have been nice to know that my half hour spent walking to ur location (while sick) was for nothing as u don’t take walk-ins unless u are a patient there.

Dr. Laniyi has been good with listening to me and getting me the tests I need, even if he keeps forgetting who I am and why I'm coming in, I'm sure he's just extremely busy. But the administration at this clinic is the worst I've ever experienced. The staff are mostly friendly and I'm sure they're adequately trained, so I guess it must be a systemic issue of some kind, but I only get notified for about half of my appointments (which means I miss the other half because I didn't know they were happening), they've given me the wrong dates resulting in me missing appointments or going on the wrong day, and the phone appointment slots are 3 hours or more long, which means if I miss a call because I couldn't take 3 unpaid hours off work I'll have to rebook an appointment for weeks later, there's no way to just call my doctor right back. Some of my in-clinic appointments and tests outside the clinic are time sensitive, so this is really unacceptable. The last time I complained about not being notified I had an ultrasound coming up, I was told "we tried to call you but your voicemail was full...." Why not call me again? Why not email me? Why is the ultrasound department telling me they notified the clinic but half the Clydes staff are telling me they didn't, and the other half are saying "oh yeah they did, oops". This is not the clinic to be sick at, I hope I never need more urgent care. I would leave if I thought I could find a family doctor anywhere else, but I can't so I take my risks here.

Nice clinc, Dr. Alex is amazing. I have been her patient for almost 3 years. He is very kimd, geniune and understand. He is a very good family doctor but also a great gynecologist. My experience with him has been the best. Plus the receptionist ( Amanda) is very understanding and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a good doctor should definately consider Dr. Alex.

I was having issues with my current doctor, and Dr. Olusegun said that he would be able to take me on as a patient once I had a letter discharging me from the other practice. I come to him with this letter, and he tells me he is not taking on any patients. His lies have left me without a doctor.

Dr. Segun is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He was so incredibly helpful in the process of getting my son diagnosed with a disease. Whenever I have my own health concerns, he takes the time, listens, and follows up from bloodwork or whatever process needs to be done. We’re so grateful for him.

Reading the bad reviews, yes glaciers will melt before I get proper diagnostic imaging with the public health system. But I wonder if delays like this are the Dr's fault. I got sent to Dr Olu from a waiting list, so not my choice initially. Haven't met this Dr in person and only on the phone, but he arranged the follow ups needed. I found front desk a little bit monotone at first like they didn't care, but she was very caring and followed up thoroughly when asked.

Came on here to look at other reviews to see if I was alone in my TERRIBLE experiences at this clinic - and I see that I am not. Great doctors, terrible reception staff, so unhelpful, unclear and misleading with every answer to your questions. Rude and unpleasant to your face. Truly never have dealt with such terrible service at a medical clinic of all places...

I have been with the doctors in this clinic for four or five years. Excellent doctors and staff. They are invested in their patients and in preventative medicine. I have complete trust in the doctors that work there. Despite being as overwhelmed as every other doctor in this province, they continue to provide quality care and staff provides top notch service.

Dr. Laniyi is our family doctor, and we're really happy with their caring and knowledgeable approach. Every visit feels reassuring, and On the top of it, the office staff is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend Dr. Laniyi to anyone in search of a dedicated and caring family doctor.

Dr. Laniyi is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Not only is he kind and caring, but he is also strong advocate for his patients. In a province where the wait lists for women's health are incredibly long (24 months) he has been able to get me seen by specialists in a timely manner (sometimes only waiting a few weeks).

The girls who work the front desk seem purposely rude, like a dominatrix... Very strange.... Dr Ojo however, is great.

I am a patient of Dr. O. Ojo's and have only positives to say about Dr. Ojo and the staff. Dr Ojo has strong listening skills, a holistic approach to wellness, while recognizing the possible need for medication or other appropriate treatments. The staff are helpful and kind. I am appreciative of finding this clinic.

I have had the good fortune of being the patient of a few excellent doctors over the past 75 years but being cared for by Dr. Odebunmi at Clyde Medical Clinic is the best. All the staff from the receptionists, to the nurse who takes vitals and documents reason for my visit to the doctor himself have been courteous, caring, prompt and thorough. I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient of this clinic and Dr. Odebunmi.

Dr. Emezium is such a wonderful doctor! Very understanding and apathetic towards his clients. Funny too! With such a shortage of Doctors in Halifax I felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful Doctor:) Amanda at the front desk is amazing as well. She’s gone above and beyond before when I needed it. Awful Customer Service. They need to train and/or investigate their front desk communications practices. Sounds dismissive and angry attitudes toward patients. The last thing you wanna hear after trying to get a hold of your doctor and you are in severe pain but you don’t want to go to the already stressed emergency, is an education lesson from a clinic that says “walk-in” on Google. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only one who had a bad customer service experience with them..

Lovely Clinic and amazing, very helpful and caring staff members!! I’m so grateful that Dr. Laniyi is my Doctor and all the girls upfront are very helpful.

dr lani has helped me out with every medical enquiry i've had. he listens to what i have to say as a patient first which is extremely important to have in a family doctor. im happy with the services provided, i am able to get an appointment usually within a couple days no problem.

They do their best at all times and they always have patience. It's the most respective clinic I've ever been to. Thank you very much.

Staff are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Often can get in for same-day Apts if needed. Drs and Nurses are all so thorough and approachable. Wait times have always been respectful. Overall super happy to be seen at this clinic!

Only take phone appointments for patients that need to be scheduled weeks in advance and then on the day of the appointment you have to wait around for HOURS for the rushed call? Better off going to a walk in clinic.
