The
YPHD
runs
an
extremely
poor
after
school
program
service.
They
make
you
pick
up
your
children
on
regular
school
days
at
the
opposite
side
of
town.
That
means
parents
have
to
get
their
kids
by
car
of
public
transport
in
rush
hour.
This
is
not
walking
distance.
They
are
not
receptive
to
complaints
(from
multiple
parents!)
about
this
and
they
don't
care
about
the
parental
struggle
to
get
to
these
locations
timely.
They
literally
told
me
that
I
should
just
rely
on
family
or
friends
(we
have
none
who
can
help
us
out)
or
just
'make
other
arrangements'
such
as
picking
our
kid
up
from
school
early.
We
pay
for
the
YPHD
to
take
care
of
our
kids
after
school;
the
YPHD
is
our
arrangement.
Their
communication
is
also
bad.
In
this
month
alone
they
managed
to
mix-up
three
dates
for
pickups
at
driving
distance
locations
(i.e.
resulting
in
people
finding
out
the
afternoon
of
the
respective
day,
they
had
to
get
their
kid
at
the
other
side
of
town
in
a
timely
manner).
The
staff
was
friendly
and
artistic
in
the
past,
but
many
of
the
teachers
I
have
encounted
in
the
past
year
were
either
incompetent
(some
could
barely
write
and
also
had
no
clue
about
a
series
of
incidents
that
harmed
my
kids
such
as
kicking,
calling
names
and
even
throwing
of
future
at
one
of
my
kids
in
a
bathroom)
or
ignorant
and
rude.
When
I
brought
up
that
the
far
pickups
are
hard
for
parents
and
asked
if
future
pickup
sites
could
please
be
closer
as
it
is
difficult
for
parents,
I
was
told
to
just
wait
for
the
next
announcement
(which
was
a
pickup
at
the
other
side
of
town,
announced
on
that
day!).
If
you
are
in
the
luxurious
position
to
choose,
do
not
choose
the
YPHD
as
it
is
the
worst
and
just
makes
me
angry.
