Called them about a piece of rubber trim that came off the side of my windshield and was blowing around, the lady i spoke with insisted it was "hard plastic that extends back over your roof" which couldn't have been more incorrect but she insisted she was right? even when I told them it was rubber and blowing around in the wind she still insisted i was wrong and it was plastic and refused to help me, just a rediculous conversation

Recently had a small chip in the windshield of our brand new vehicle. They repaired it quickly and did a great job. They were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going to Novus Glass in Bayers Lake again for future windshield repair service.

Had the windshield replaced at this business about a month ago. They even reinstalled the mounting bracket for the camera. The heating area for the wipers works as expected. Overall, it was a very pleasant repair experience. The only thing I had to do was to adjust the rearview mirror and to wipe down the dashboard. Five stars.

Beyond excellent service. When I called to make an appointment they were extremely friendly and were able to work around my schedule to get my car in as soon as possible. Dropped it off at 8am and was driving away by 11:30am. Great job! Just have to wait a couple of days to clean the car to get it looking as great as the new windshield!

Great service and best price around HRM. My quote here was 250 cheaper than the Novus on Robie which had the highest quote of anybody around the city.

I was charged a little under $90 to repair a small chip, which seems reasonable enough. The repair took less than 20 minutes. I can still see a tiny imperfection, but I don't expect magic. I will return if needed. UPDATE: Here it is, more than a year later, and I came in to get another chip repaired. I hadn't even realized that it was, in fact, the same chip. NOVUS informed me that it was the same one and repaired it again at no charge. I'm very pleased and highly recommend.

Super impressed with the service at Novus Glass in Bayers Lake. Regan and her team were awesome to deal with. They came to my rescue when my rear window was irreparably damaged by another company. The process was seamless, great communication and top notch customer service. In the end, I received a new rear window that is perfectly tinted and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

We had the fortunate (or unfortunate) experience of using Novus for the first time last summer when we got a chip in our windshield. They were able to get us in quickly and fix the issue perfectly before it became more than a chip, we were very happy!
