I get really nervous when going to any dentist but the lovely people here are always so sweet that I walk out feeling great every time.

I read the reviews before coming here. I called and asked if they direct billed and was told that they did. Everything, seemed like this would be a great fit. Unfortunately, my experiences have been awful at this office. It started with Carolyn, when trying to sort out Orthodontics, the conversation ended with her yelling and talking over me. The process to begin ortho for my daughter was much lengthier then I had expected at Chain Lake and as soon as I suggested we go to the Orthodontist my other daughter was seeing (which moved much faster) Carolyns tone changed and she made it sound like I was arguing with her- yelling my name repeatedly like I was interrupting her or talking over her. We have a big family, so I didn't want to move everyone and attempted to continue seeing the dentists for basic dentistry - the dentists are really nice- well it wasn't well received that before my daughters appointment today I asked exactly what was being done and that nothing extra be done. This was met with immediate irritation by the receptionist. Then I find out upon paying that they do not direct bill over the age of 15 and am surprised with the full cost of the treatment. I told her I thought they direct billed and did not come prepared to pay entirely out of pocket and after a very dirty look I was told that there was no need to be rude. I will say my reaction was short, as I was surprised and I had been told that they do direct bill but by no means do I think I was being rude- no raised voice, fidnt say anythinv remotely rude. I'm sure the interaction with Carolyn impacted the opinion of other staff and how they engaged me but I have never had exchanges like this before. I would not recommend because of communication issues.

Dr. Hadad is a wonderful dentist. She is caring and conscientious. The entire staff at Chain Lake Dental Centre are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Chain Lake Dental Center has exceeded my family expectations. From basic check ups to braces, we are always informed of our options both medically and financially. All procedures are done with patience and empathy. Never regretted switching to Chain Lake Dental Center :)

As a new customer had to wait almost 10 weeks for a first appointment (COVID, Christmas, new years, etc) but well worth the wait. Staff is friendly from the front desk to the dental chair. They explained everything in detail and showed me all scans and info. They can do everything in-house so no waiting for services to be available. Prices are reasonable as far as dental pricing goes. Best part was that they thanked me for coming to see them. So glad I did. Now a customer for life

My Wife and I started going here recently and are impressed. The receptionist, hygienists, dentists, and other staff are all great! They know what they are doing and are very concerned about your comfort. They don't immediately give you the most expensive option for work to be done and tell you about the most affordable option first

As always the receptionists are professional and courteous. The dental hygienist and dentist are more than competent and do a wonderful job of explaining the process and service.
