Really nice views! If you have vertigo, this may not be for you πŸ˜… but it’s worth the views! (Note: there’s a fence at the top and you can’t have unobstructed views because of it)

It is a memorial tower of the Canadian independence. You can now get inside and climb the spiral ladder and reach on the top. Unfortunately the top floor was closed due to the vandalism but the view from the small window was fabulous.

Really cool feature of the park, the tower stands 34m high and was built in 1908 and finished by 1912. It's a very neat feature of the park, and definitely worth visiting. Entrance is free, and you can walk up the stairs all the way to the top platform, as well as onto the top of the tower. You'll have amazing views all 4 ways.

Plenty of parking lots, well maintained pavement and staircases, view from the top is just beautiful. The only bit of annoy is marijuana smell. BTW, is marijuana use in public legal or illegal in Nova Scotia?

Great pathways, amazing views. Bummer it was closed when I went. Would’ve liked to climb up the tower.

First time going into this tower. It was an impressive experience. Keep to the outside of the second set of stairs if you are afraid of heights.

A lovely spot not far from the city. Lots of great walking and hiking trails. Some trails are very rough with rocky surfaces, but others are smooth gravel, so check before you start. there are nice playgrounds and lots of benches and picnic areas. The views of the arm and the houses of the rich and famous across the arm are very good along the waterfront walk, and the views of the tower are spectacular. There is lots of parking in multiple areas.

A great community park that we regularly visit as a family and most especially with our golden girl Sophie. Great paths to walk anytime of the year

A very nice place to walk in nature. There are more than one parking lot with lots of parking spots. The tower looks great, and the area around it is wonderful. There are many benches to sit and relax, and the water in ftont makes it more enjoyable. The park is also connected to Frog Pond, which makes a great hike.
